We had a large group for our family reunion. The property was excellent for us. The 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms worked so well. The location was excellent as well.

A couple of days before we were supposed to be there, they reached out to me to let me know the brand new dishwasher was having an issue and would need to be fixed. They also let me know when the repair person would be coming. It got fixed quickly and there were no issues. We had 18 people in the house and had a wonderful time. Lots of room for everyone to spend time together or alone. Very comfortable. Enjoyed grilling and using the fire pit also. Beds were comfortable also. It was very close to everywhere we wanted to see. Great location, felt like we were in the country. A couple of deer paid us visits a few times a day. Delightful. We would stay there again.

Check in was easy, even allowed early checkin. Provided snow shovels after the heavy snowfall and cleaned the driveway as good as possible with cars in the way.

Excellent location, lots of bedrooms

The house could use a deep cleaning (vents, walls, corners) but overall an excellent location and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! We’d stay here again its minutes away from the wilderness and downtown.

This was an excellent home for our family vacation. We had 17 people and everyone had plenty of space for cooking, playing and sleeping. The neighborhood is quiet and semi secluded so the children were able to play freely, yet we were very close to everything that we wanted to do. The property managers quickly replied to my messages.

Cousin’s Reunion at WI Dells

The Arbor Dells Inn was a great 7bedroom 7 bath property on 3 levels with plenty of room to spread out for family meals and private sleeping. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. We loved using the fire pit for a fun evening of campfire and s’mores. Nice deck and screened in porch. Old style game machines and lots of jigsaw puzzles were enjoyed for friendly family competitions. Overall excellent accommodations.

Great place for a large group!

Having so many bedrooms and bathrooms is such a luxury when looking for a house to accommodate a large group! We have been here twice now and plan to use it as our annual vacation house if we can! The large firepit area was great to enjoy a fire - definitely plan to bring your own chairs as a lot of the existing ones are small/breaking down.

Friends' get-together

Five families met after two years and we all had a memorable stay. Location close to almost all attractions. Nice layout of the house and had all needs taken care of.

The location was very good. The property was very spacious as it had been a bed & breakfast. The property id dated and could use replacement of deck and many of the outdoor chairs were damaged

AZ friends annual golf outing

The house worked very well for us. The bedrooms were very roomy and only one of our 7 couples needed to share a shower. The large kitchen table was perfect!! The location is ideal. The kitchen needs hot pads, the chairs at the fire pit need attention and the entryway rug needs to be replaced - these are all minor and we would stay here again.

Family reunion

The house met all of our needs for our families. Everyone had their own room and there were plenty of bathrooms. The big table was nice and we enjoyed playing games (that we had brought) in the back yard. House could use a few updates. Overall we loved it and would stay here again!

Better than the photos

Our family of adult married kids and a few small grandchildren spent a long weekend here. The bedrooms were spacious and all had private bath rooms. There is also a LOT of space for eating and just hanging out. There were very few photos on the website and after we got in to the house, we all laughed and agreed that the house was even nicer than the photos led us to believe!
