Diese Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr geräumig und befindet sich in der Indian Creek Community, einer der ursprünglichen Disney .. Es gibt 5 Schlafzimmer und 4 Bäder, von denen zwei Master en-Suiten. Das gesamte Haus ist auf Sauberkeit gefliest und zu einem sehr hohen Standard eingerichtet. Beim Eintritt gibt es eine Königin Schlafzimmer mit Doppel-Schrank und Flachbild-TV. Angrenzend Badezimmer verfügt über Bad / Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Die Garage wurde zu einem Spielzimmer mit Tischfußball-Spiel umgewandelt worden. Die voll ausgestattete Küche hat Edelstahl Geräte, bar Sitzgelegenheiten für 2 gebürstet und es gibt einen separaten Frühstückstisch Platz 6 sowie ein weiterer Esstisch mit 6 Sitzplätzen. Die Familie Sitzbereich verfügt über zwei weißen Ledersofas, Leder Hocker und zwei Polstersesseln, sowie einen großen Flachbild-TV, Surround-Anlage, DVD-Player und Terrassentüren zum Pool-Bereich. Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über Kingsize-Bett, Wand montiert Flachbild-TV und eigenem Bad mit ovaler Badewanne, eine separate Dusche, Doppelwaschbecken, WC, Tür zum Poolbereich und begehbarem Kleiderschrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Doppel-Schrank, Flachbild-TV und eigenem Bad mit Badewanne / Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Schlafzimmer 4 hat ein französisches Bett, Doppel-Schrank und Flatscreen-TV und Schlafzimmer 5 verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, Doppel-Schrank und Fernseher mit Flachbildschirm. Weitere Familie Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche, Waschbecken und WC.

Draußen ist ein außergewöhnlich geräumig, mit überdurchschnittlich großen Pool, Spa und schattigen Veranda Bereich Ziegel gepflasterte Terrasse Deck vollständig abgeschirmt in mit Tabelle 4 Sitzplätze. Es gibt 2 Sonnenliegen und die Aussichten sind über einen weiten Rückhaltebecken. Es gibt Zäune zu beiden Seiten des Grundstücks, so gibt es eine ganze Menge Privatsphäre.

This property looked good in photos, but in reality, it was not at all up to the standards of other homes we have rented in the same area. The house itself was clean- the cleaners did a great job preparing the house, but the difficulties with this property were just too great to allow us to relax. First of many- the noise. The photos did not show the busy highway behind the house, and the noise from sirens, trucks, and loud cars made conversation difficult at times, and listening to quiet music impossible. The presence of this highway was not listed. Nor was the fact the house was for sale, nor was the fact the entrances to the pool deck were all alarmed with a 6 second time limit to get through the door before the shrill alarm sounded. This was also not in the house description. The problems with this home were many- a stove that didn't work properly, a washing machine that thumped, non working lights, a non-working garage door, cooking pans so poor they barely functioned, a non working spa, numerous ant hills on the pool deck, and black mold underneath the spa lip, Repair people were visiting regularly to repair items, but it was clear that whomever owns this property had let things deteriorate. Orlandorentavilla- the property management company was a pleasure to deal with. They responded promptly and made every attempt to ensure things were fixed for us. The takeaway was that we became tired of phoning the property management company to fix things. Avoid this property.

Excellent Location

This property was exactly as shown in the pictures. We were able to enter the property exactly as specified. The property was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, very close to many restaurants and Disney World parks.

Clean, convenient and well equipped for our family stay

We enjoyed the patio pool and spa as well as the spacious living and sleeping areas in the house. Other that some incorrect data for the lockbox code when we arrived (which just took a call to correct), our stay was very nice and we would recommend this location for anyone wanting a convenient location for parks, dining and shops. The zero-gravity chairs on the patio were very nice to have compared to the plain platic ones you may get at other houses. Thanks

Good Stay

Good stay. House was beautiful. I paid extra for pool to be heated when we got there and it wasn't. Toilet in master was a problem and we called. They sent someone and it was not fixed. Almost overflowed so had to use other bathrooms which was inconvenient. Other than those 2 things it was a good stay.

Needs some improvements

Clean property in good location close to theme parks and restaurants. Property management quick to respond to 2 issues. Furniture, flooring and bedding different to online photos. Insufficient glass ware in kitchen and only 2 sun loungers on patio for a house that sleeps 10. . Patio doors equipped with tedious alarm system, pool fence would have made access easier.

Disappointed

I was surprised when I saw the house because of all of the reviews saying how clean it was. That wasn't our experience. There were hairs in the refrigerator and the shower. The bed comforters were not even washed from the previous guests. One of the bedroom doors wouldn't even latch. There were missing blind panels, so we had to hang paper towels on the windows to have privacy from neighbors. The hot tub never got hot. The pool had trash in it upon arrival. One of the toilets wouldn't flush. Maintenance even came to check it and it still wouldn't flush. It would also be nice if the back door alarm had a 2 second delay so if someone is swimming late it doesn't wake everyone else up when they come in.

BRAIN RATTLING HEADACHE

We have stayed in this neighborhood for about the last 10 years and have always had a fence around the pool as per Florida rental law. This house has a brain rattling, ear piercing door alarm on the door to the pool. My daughter was anxious to see the pool and ran to go outside, setting off the alarm. Part of the reason we come is to get out of PA winter's and enjoy the pool! From this point on, both my kids were scared to open the door! The alarm sounded several times before we figured out how to work it. There was no button on the outside to come back into the house either - the alarm had to go off!! Not just an alarm either, this is one of the loudest alarms I have heard and its positioned at head level on the wall. Both my kids are great swimmers who LOVE the pool so this was very stressful to get them to outside. I was not informed of this alarm anywhere in the agreement - it said it could have a fence or alarm. I have never had an alarm in almost 10 years in this neighborhood. Also, jets in hot tub had mind of their own and didn't work half the time. It's up for sale and had minimal accommodating accessories! RUN AWAY FROM THIS HOUSE!

Perfect House w/ excellent location!

This house was perfect for us! It's very hard to find some many rooms with king/queen beds so this was a great choice. The house was very clean and ready when we arrived even though we had a much earlier check in. The location was great!! We were there for the AAU Volleyball Nationals as well as some vacation time. The location made it easy to get to the convention center and even better for the Disney parks. When looking for homes, a pool was a must have for us and this house didn't disappoint! It was great to come home from a hot park and jump into a private pool until late in the evening. The property management was so easy to work with. I called them the day after arrival and they immediately came out and fixed the 2 issues. We never had any issues after that. We had a wonderful stay in a nice neighborhood, close to everything needed! I highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to Orlando, it is certainly worth the price!! It is definitely in my notes for our next trip to FL! Thanks for making our stay memorable, easy and fun!!!

life saving great people managing the property

i had no place to stay during the hurricane and they allowed me to stay a day ahead of the reservation so I can have shelter from the hurricane. Terrific property and service.

Perfect house for us!!!

The house was perfect for those of us who were able to make the trip to Florida. We were all very comfortable. All of our needs were met. Our 8 year old granddaughter enjoyed the pool and the older ones loved the hot tub after a day of walking and standing in line at the various parks. We will certainly go this way again some day.

Perfect house for our Family

The house was perfect for our family. Everything we needed was there. We were all very comfortable. Our 8 year old granddaughter loved the pool. She was under water most of the time. The older folks enjoyed the hot tub after a day of walking and standing in line at the parks. We will certainly go this way again!!! Thank you!!!

BEAUTIFUL and QUIET

The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was very quiet. There was a flat screen tv in every bedroom and netflex in the living room. The view out the back where the pool was is beautiful. I could not wait to get up and open the blinds to enjoy this view every morning. This was very close to Disney, resturants and grocery stores. I will definitely stay here again. The rental company people were very nice and helpful also.
