Gorgeous Lake Austin Waterfront Haus in einer ruhigen und ruhigen Nachbarschaft nur wenige Minuten entfernt von den Annehmlichkeiten der Gegend gelegen. Das Haus befindet sich am Ende des Lake Austin in der Nähe von Mansfield Dam und sorgt für einen ruhigen und friedlichen Aufenthalt. Gewerbeküche ist ein kulinarischer Genießertraum und öffnet sich für die Familie und den Essbereich. Geräumige obere und untere Terrassen bieten zahlreiche Bereiche zum Entspannen und Erholen. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem flach abfallenden Grundstück mit einem Bootssteg mit Oberdeck und einer Terrasse mit Feuerstelle. Geräumige Master-Suite umfasst Spa wie Badezimmer, seine & ihre begehbaren Kleiderschränke und Französisch Türen zur unteren Terrasse. Der Hof ist komplett eingezäunt. Schönes flaches Wasser ist perfekt für Kinder und Hunde. Wenn Sie ein Boot haben, können Sie es an unserem Bootsanleger befestigen. Wir haben Stollen an der Seite, an die Sie binden können. Unser Boot befindet sich im Slip, aber die Seite ist offen für Ihr Boot. Die nächste Bootsrampe befindet sich neben dem Lake Austin Spa am Ende der Quinlan Park Road.

Fantastic Rental on the Lake

We loved staying at this property (and our kiddos loved it as well!). Great location on the lake. Amenities were awesome and the house was very tastefully appointed. We especially loved hanging out at the dock both nights of our stay. Would absolutely recommend and hope to do a repeat if we come back to Austin in the future.

Perfect lake house retreat

We enjoyed everything about this property! The lake is chilly, but refreshing in the summer and less boat traffic than other parts of the lake. We enjoyed being able to bring our boat and leave it tied to the dock. The house is perfect for two families. Easy check in and host was very responsive.

Awesome Weekend on the Lake

This is a lovely property, right on Lake Austin, with a boat dock. The views from the boat pavilion are lovely and the there is a small beach which makes getting into the water extra easy. The top floor of the house is open plan; great for families and get-togethers. The kitchen dining and living area all open to a second floor porch. Downstairs are three bedrooms, another porch, and access to the lake. A great place for fun and relaxation.

Austin Lake House

Beautiful home on Lake Austin with great outdoor patios. Upstairs - Bedroom, a half bath, great kitchen and dining area that overlooks the lake. Downstairs - 3 bedrooms, jack & jill bath, incredible Master, W+D. Large covered patios with fans - Upstairs & Downstairs - great view from Upstairs patio. Use of 2 stand up paddle boards was very appreciated by our 2 kids!! Nature trails just down the street. Great escape for us!!

Stunning lake house with a Texas state of mind

This beautiful house is a gem! You'll feel a world away from the city in this peaceful location. The house fit my family easily with plenty of room to spare. We spent every afternoon eating and drinking on the breezy porches before moving down to the upper deck of the boat dock for more relaxation. The house was spotless, stocked with everything you could need and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The host was super easy to work with. I will absolutely rent this house again for my next Lake Austin vacation!

Wonderful!

I would highly recommend staying here. The house was beautiful and slept 9 adults comfortably. Well kept house with plenty of space for all of us both inside and out. The host was prompt in responses to questions and willing to help accommodate us better. I was worried about location as we were spending the weekend both enjoying the house and enjoying the city. I didn't know anything about the area, ease of getting an uber to the place, exc. All of this was easy! Located right off the highway and a quick drive to Lake Travis or into Austin to enjoy the night life.

Spacious Lake Austin Retreat

We had the pleasure of staying at Montview Harbor for 8 nights during the summer. The house is new and feels purpose-built; all of the rooms orient to the lake in a delightful way. Since the house is situated on the top of the canyon slope residents enter onto the top floor which houses all of the public spaces of the house (living, dining, kitchen) as well as one of the bedrooms. Downstairs are the other three bedrooms and entrance to the terracing that takes you down to the lake. The lake side of the house is continuously covered with porches and terraces which provide ample opportunities to be outside but also shielded from the sun. On the lake is a boat house which provides multiple opportunities to hang out on the water. We brought our kayaks and it was simple to launch them due to the sand beach adjacent to the dock. The boat house is outfitted with very comfortable furniture; we spent most evenings having drinks there while we looked at the night sky. Due to the location of the house on the lake breezes were reasonable and we were comfortable more than we thought we would be in the Texas summer. The yard between the house and the lake is fenced which worked out great because the owner graciously allowed us to bring our dogs. The interior of the house is charmingly finished; wood and stained concrete floors, concrete countertops and high end appliances create an atmosphere of casual Texas elegance. My family has rented Lake Austin house multiple times and Montview Harbor was the most enjoyable / comfortable experience that we have had.

Annual Epic Wakesurf Trip at Stunning Property

This house and property are lovely! My husband and I take our college aged nieces and nephews for a wakesurf trip each summer and this house was absolutely perfect! So much space, beautiful luxurious bathrooms, comfy beds, gated area for our dogs, and the boat dock was perfect for sipping wine and viewing the moon! Great trip and we definitely will book again!

We are from Austin and wanted to get have a staycation on the lake - this house was perfect!! The house was beautiful and directly on the lake with tons of space both indoors and outdoors. The first time we saw this home, we knew we had to purchase it. It is amazing. The view, the decks, the kitchen! The shallow water is perfect for our dogs and our children. It is tucked away in a little quiet neighborhood on Lake Austin but it is still close to the city.
