Great stay

Property was great! Loved having the pool right behind us. Kitchen was stocked well! Only downside grill was very old and dirty and propane tank empty so couldn’t grill like we wanted. All in all would recommend for future visits

Great place to stay. Convenient to beach/restaurants. Property was clean and provided everything we needed. Outdoor shower is great to remove sand from shoes, etc. Pool was somewhat dirty when we arrived but after notifying property manager it was cleaned very quickly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We cook a lot and the spacious kitchen was fantastic!Highly recommend the house for large families. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that we could hear everything throughout the house like it has “thin walls”. Our teenagers like to stay up late and are kind of loud so we had to shut them down early which was no big deal to us :)It would not keep us from staying there again.

Maintenance guy said they have been having issues but they just want to do quick fix instead of proper repairs. Upside was it was close to pool entrance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the house, big spacious, they provided all the kitchen ware which I was surprised and even had a spice rack. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy and everything was clean when we got there. The only down fall I didn't like was the entrance to the house, the AC in the way and a big bush I feel needs to be trimmed so you have a walk way to get in. Also the pool was a little dirty, it had hair, dead bugs & spiders- We went in and walked out and went to our friends pool, that was the only thing. The house is great! Close to everything.

House was fine. Screen on porch torn loose so could not use. Notified office, told me would have fixed but did not hold up to their word. Did not fix while we were there.

Relax, Refresh, and Unwind

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay at this property and I have to say that our group had a wonderful time! There was plenty of space to gather for meals and game time but also enough room to spend a quiet moment. We enjoyed the convenience of having a semi-private pool and the close proximity to the beach (less than 7 minutes). The house was clean and the kitchen contained all that we needed to prepare our meals. Check-in and check-out were a snap and when we did have to call maintenance after hours, they were pleasantly polite and professional and arrived in a timely manner. The issue was resolved in a short amount of time and we continued our visit with no other issues. The screens on the patio need some attention but overall we would definitely recommend this property to friends and family!

Port A Family Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was not well furnished. It lacked adequate seating in the main family room. And with only a rug on concrete floors, it wasn't comfortable sitting on the floor. There were no lamps in the living area, so we were forced to use the main overhead lights all the time. The bedrooms had lamps, but none of the bulbs worked.The main positives were full-sized beds and TVs in all 4 bedrooms, although the beds and pillows weren't very comfortable. The garage was nice for storing our fishing gear. The HVAC worked well, and there was ample parking in front of the house.
