Dieses haustierfreundliche Strandhaus mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern bietet Platz für 14 Personen und ist nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Geräumiger Wohn- / Ess- / Küchenbereich mit Flachbildfernseher, DVD. Moderne Küche für ein Familientreffen ausgestattet!
Die erste Etage (mit eigenem Eingang) verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett, einem Schlafsofa und einem eigenen Bad. Der zweite Stock verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten - die sich ein Badezimmer teilen. Die dritte Etage verfügt über das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem brandneuen Flachbildfernseher, einem eigenen Bad und einem eigenen Balkon! Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer neben dem Meister, das ein französisches Bett, ein Schlafsofa und ein eigenes Bad hat.
Waschmaschine / Trockner sind im zweiten Stock. Es gibt einen wunderschönen eingezäunten Hof, den ein Welpe lieben würde! Unsere Haustiergebühren betragen nur 10 USD pro Tier und Nacht. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse mit Propangrill und eine wunderbare Sitzecke unter dem Palapa. Kommen Sie und genießen Sie Ihre eigene Oase! Bringen Sie Ihren frisch gereinigten Fisch mit nach Hause und grillen Sie ihn zum Abendessen! Die Gäste haben keinen Zugang zur Garage - in der Einfahrt gibt es jedoch ausreichend Parkplätze (4 - 6 Stellplätze, abhängig von der Fahrzeuggröße).

We loved the property and our Port A vacation. The rental had everything that a large family needed- separate spaces with a large common area for family dinners. The location was ideal and everyone loved the private pool. We only wish that we had booked it for more days!!! We will definitely be back.

House and location are perfect for a stay at Port Aransas. There is plenty of room and great parking. The only issue we had was notification that checkin was running behind. We loved our stay at 616 Sandcastle. We had 13 and the three story property fit our needs perfectly, gave us all our own room and privacy while the 2nd floor common area accommodated everyone for meals and games at the large table which was appreciated. Just a couple of blocks from the beach and the kids loved the pool. Even the maintenance people were helpful when our grandson left his wallet under a mattress. We got to the property just in time before the codes changed and they helped us locate it. Loved that the bottom floor had a separate area so the ones with kiddos had a place for them to rest. Good memories.

Great family vacation accommodation!

Lots of space for our multi generational family to spread out and enjoy. Close to the beach to walk it, but you would have to tear us away from the fantastic private pool in the backyard, which was nicely shaded half of the day. Great house and responsive property management! Would definitely stay here again!!

I was impressed with the size of the house, we had more then enough room to accommodate everyone comfortably. The pool area was nice and clean upon arrival, the location of the house was great, the beach is right down the road and you are by the strip so the location was perfect.

Wonderful property! Walking distance to great beach area, but included golf cart made it even better. Loved the backyard and pool. Great time and plenty of room for our family. Would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this house on Labor Day for the past couple of years and this year was one of the best with the improvements made to the house reopening the top deck are you can sit out and enjoy the sunrise and see the ocean from there. It’s been very roomy and the pool is always a great time.
