This stay was amazing, the communication was none like I’ve had before. When we had an issue it was resolved almost instantly. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The rooms and bathrooms were amazingly cleaned. I do plan to stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was awesome — friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy. The home itself was beautiful and exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, with everything we needed close by. Our visit was outstanding from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay and we will be back to the area again. The house was perfect for 6 women whol like to sleep by themselves. A couple of things we wish we would've know at the beginning of our stays is the code to the pool and pool house. My suggestion would be to add that information into your information book. Along with some of the best beaches around and if you have to have a reservation and fee for the beaches. It would also be nice for those out of state people visiting to know what is available near by for like groceries and your favorite restaurants.

Thank you for such a thoughtful words, Linda! We’re delighted the home gave everyone in your group the space and comfort to enjoy the trip their own way. We also really appreciate your suggestions about making the pool access information and local recommendations easier to find. Details like nearby beaches, reservations and fees, grocery stores, and favorite restaurants can be especially helpful for guests visiting Tahoe for the first time. We’ll use your feedback as we continue improving our guest information. We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and would love to welcome you back on your next visit!

Great condo & location

Very pleased with actual condo, and the location: very near Lake Tahoe and Reno. Clean, quiet, comfortable and very helpful staff (Laura & Brandi). We will definitely stay there again this winter for our ski vacation.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed the location of this property, walking distance to the beach and the Hyatt. The rooms were comfortable for 8 adults. The kitchen is small and lacks some cooking needs, but it was manageable for feeding 8 people. This is a very clean and up to date unit. Definitely will return in the future.

Bare bones property. Not a lot of counter space to cook. Didn’t really seem to know property. Place switched to key pad entry but kept telling us to use key for pool. There was no key. Listed as having a washer and dryer, but did not. Called for 3 days and people kept saying they would call back but did not. Finally got a response and they gave me the address to a laundry mat. Did not offer any compensation or real apology. Good location to beaches and plenty of rooms, but other than that, not much going for it.

Incline Village Wedding

We came to Incline Village for the first time for a family wedding. The house we rented was in a perfect location and had excellent accomodations. We traveled with our elderly parents. They stayed in the main level MBR which was perfect for them. The King beds and Queen bed were all very comfortable. The only upgrades needed are sheets that fit the beds and the dated furniture in the bedrooms. Otherwise, a perfect stay!

Critter in the wall

There is something living in the wall on the lake side near the second level. We all could hear it scratching all night long.

No Maintenance Support

Heat in main living area did not work, fire place did not work, plumbing in upstairs shower stuck on HOT, could not use, dish washer did not work.No response when calling in more than once other than a bunch of "Sorry" lip service from cust rep. If it was winter the main living area would have been to cold to stay there. We left a day early.

I was surprised that in this day and age there was not a good coffee maker let alone an espresso machine! No salad bowl of decent sizr for a condo that is supposed to accommodate up to 8 people. Most dishes were not well cleaned. The towels were old, stained and not matching.

Don’t expect to check in early

Their early check in policy is a blatant lie. Room inspectors were a lie too. There were no inspectors that inspected it like we were told as the reason we couldn’t enter early. We requested early check in at noon, 1pm, 2pm, & 3pm all the while waiting outside the unit. Then we got an automated text at 4 w the key code. Also there was not info about it being a 3 story apartment. Luckily our disabled family could stay in the lowest bedroom but there was not info on that - we had to ask. More detailed description would’ve helped. Location was great, size was great, kitchen floor was very dirty.

Just what we needed.

Comfortable condo in a quiet area. Our three couples worked around the two bathrooms just fine and we were only a block from Incline Beach. We would definitely book this unit again.
