Bitte besuchen Sie unsere schöne Blockhaus, das Recht auf Methow Gemeinschaft Ski Trail, der längsten Langlaufloipe in Amerika sitzt. Trail ist atemberaubend sowohl im Winter als auch im Sommer, wenn es zu einem kinderfreundlich Radweg. Das Hotel liegt auf einer landschaftlich reizvollen 6 Meile Fahrt auf einer gepflasterten Straße vom westlichen Themen Stadt Winthrop, die Supermärkte, Eisbahn, Restaurants usw. Unser Blockhaus befindet sich auf einer privaten Community von 40 Morgen, nur 50 Meter von der Methow Fluss. Zufahrt ist für den ganzjährigen Zugang gepflügt. Whirlpool ist im Winter geöffnet, Außenpool im Sommer.

Jedes der beiden Zimmer für 3 Personen, 2 mehr
Menschen können für insgesamt 8 im Wohnzimmer auf einem Sofa Königin schlafen. Zimmer im zweiten Stock ist mit dem Wohnraum verbunden, hat aber auch bequem einen eigenen Eingang von außen.

Gas-Kamin, Gitarre, Wi-Fi, zwei Smart-LCD-Fernseher, Handy-Abdeckung (TMobile, Verizon,
AT & T), Tischspiele sind alle im Haus für Sie zu genießen.
50 Meter bis Methow Fluss mit schönen Felsstränden und einer großen Insel, wo die Kinder gerne spielen.
Resort verfügt über Außenpool, Jacuzzi, Beachvolleyballplatz, Kinderspielplatz, Hufeisen Ring, Tischtennis,
Picknick-Tische und große Rasenflächen zum Spielen. Alle Annehmlichkeiten sind im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen.
Genießen Sie die Ruhe, beobachten Sie die heimische Tierwelt und sich fragen, an der Sternenhimmel in diesem Paradies, umgeben von Wiesen und Espen.

Wir kauften das Tanzen Wolf im April 2015. Wir bauten den Balkon, ein Upgrade auf die Bäder, isoliert den Boden und gekauft soliden Holzmöbeln den Stil des Hauses passen. Wir haben in der Liebe mit dem Bereich gefallen, und hoffen, dass Sie auch.

Die Unterkunft beinhaltet Bettwäsche, Handtücher und voller Küchenausstattung.

Really cool active seniors!

We loved the clean log home cabin and wood furniture. It was cozy, quiet, and perfect for Putting your skis on and getting some cross country skii distance in!! We loved it!

Cozy Cabin in Winter Wonderland

This cabin and location have everything you need for an amazing winter holiday. Our family of four was very comfortable here and loved having the trail access nearby. The hot tub was a great way to end each day. There could be one more option for seating in the living toom. We spent our days skiing between Mazama and Winthrop and playing games in the cabin at night after making dinner.

Cozy Cabin Getaway

If you are looking for a cozy, homey cabin getaway, this is a good place for that. The place felt fairly secluded (even though it’s connected to a few other places) and had beautiful trails to walk/bike on nearby. It was cold when we arrived, but we were able to figure out the heating and felt very cozy next to the fireplace! It was a great place to hang in between our adventures. Thanks for the great stay!

Winter in Winthrop

The property was fantastic! Clean, comfortable, and a great location. A perfect place to stay for our adventure group skiing in and around Washington Pass. The hot tub access was a big bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful get-away

We loved our stay in the Methow! The log home is well equipped for cooking, the beds are comfortable and we loved walking through the woods to the river. The pool was open and the hot tub was a welcomed spot after a day of hiking, exploring Winthrop, nearby Twisp and Sun Mountain.

Relaxing Stay

We had a lovely time at the dancing wolf. The set up was great and made for a relaxing time. The pool closure was disappointing, but it's a short walk to the river and we all had a great time playing there.

Just what we needed!

Perfect space for a family of 4 plus a dog! It was roomy, but still cozy. Only about 10-15 minutes from 'downtown' Winthrop. Even though there was not enough snow to ski the Community Trails, it was a great jumping off point for other adventures.

Very enjoyable stay at Dancing Wolf cabin

We stayed for 1 week at dancing wolf cabin to x country ski and explore the methow valley. The cabin was clean, cozy and had lots of space for 4 adults and a baby. We loved that we could ski from the cabin as the x country trail was a 30 second walk away as was the hot tub for our post ski dip. The cabin is well stocked with all the little amenities that make for a comfortable stay. We will be coming back again to explore this wonderful area and look forward to staying in dancing wolf cabin once again!

Older Features

A few negatives about this cabin; the stairs up to the cabin definitely need handrails for seniors like me; the kitchen could use newer cookware (rusty fry pan in cupboard); if you are a reader, the lighting is not adequate. Could use more seating in the living room. The property is beautiful, the grandkids loved the pool, watched deer feeding in the big field. Wish is had been closer to Winthrop.

Family time

We enjoyed our stay at this location very quiet, and beautiful location, cabin had everything you needed(please purchase a large frying pan or electric skillet). It was hard to make a family dinner with two small frying pans were very comfortable except for the upstairs mattress needs to be replaced a few days later. Thank you for letting us stand your Unit

Idyllic location at Wolf Creek

Although we initially had a little difficulty finding the unit (it was dark and the wolf statue was covered in snow), once we found it all was well. Very cozy and charming. The access to the MCT was phenomenal as was the hot tub.Regulating the heat was a little challenging, so we opted to turn everything down/off when we went out for the day. As well, the electric circuit was a bit touchy. Just running the dishwasher and the toaster caused intermittent brownouts (lights would turn off/power would go out and then it would resume). The house did comfortably sleep the five of us -- the queen bed upstairs mattress was very, very soft (we prefer mattresses on the firm side).Unfortunately I left one of my lobster gloves there -- hoping there's a way to get it mailed back to me!

Great setting, terrible beds

Well stocked kitchen, adequate bathrooms, beautiful snow shoeing right out the door but beds were horribly uncomfortable to where I slept on the floor the second night. For this reason the whole place felt over priced.

Very Satisfied!! will save for next year!

I Rented this cabin to compete in the Great Puckaroo Hockey Winthrop tournament and was blown away with the comfort of this cabin and its amenities. The gas fire place kept the main living space super comfortable and provided a perfect drying wall for all my winter gear. The Spa was great after a long day on the ice . and the trail to the river was awesome. The cabin is stocked with everything you need for your stay. see you again!

Everything you need for a family gathering

Our family group, with young kids, stayed at this cabin for my husband's biking birthday. We arrived in particularly hot weather, but found that the fans in the bedrooms tempered the heat well. The layout worked well for us - parents and kids took over the ground floor and grandparents were able to shut the downstairs door and enjoy privacy and quiet upstairs. The kitchen had everything you could need to self-cater, and there were plenty of games for the young. The nearby pool and hot tub were a huge bonus for energetic youngsters. The living room and dining table were generous, enabling us to host the birthday event with friends. The cabin was a 15 minute drive to the great bike trails at Sun Mountain, the supermarket and the historic sights of Winthrop. Altogether we were very happy with our choice and are considering returning here in the winter with our skis! Thank you Jiri for your prompt replies to all my questions.

Wonderful, family friendly place to stay!

The duplex is clean and easy to maintain and use. The location on the property is super ideal! We hope to come back next year because it offers so much for our grandkids. The cabin is close to everything in the complex and worked great with our kiddos, plus the walk to the river was easy and fun. Highly recommend this cabin if you have mid-size kids. We liked having one bedroom upstairs, giving us some family space at night. The living room could use a comfy chair since we had 6 people but we used one of our own lawn chairs and it worked out fine. There was a burn ban so it was difficult to cook everything indoors, such as hamburgers, a non-stick fry pan would be welcomed for this type of situation. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and that was a very nice addition that we appreciated. For convenience only you might want to bring an extension cord. There are a few plugs and they aren't always placed where we wanted them to be. We didn't use one our whole week, so it really isn't a big deal, just a thought to make thing easier. I missed having my phone next to my bed but maybe this is what should happen during a vacation! We loved our time in the cabin.

No internet, no communication

The biggest problem we had about this place was that internet wasn’t working when we showed up Friday for a 3 night stay. WiFi was listed on the booking, and the check in email advertised a regular and 5G network, but neither worked (the 5G was never available). Communication about this was also non-existent. We (1) messaged through VRBO, (2) texted the host, (3) emailed the host, and (4) texted the property manager. We never got a response about any of this. The heat situation was slow to get going (there’s wall units in the bedrooms and a gas stove downstairs). Like other reviews mention, there’s also lots of extra blankets around for extra heat. It wasn’t totally clear in the listing that this property is half a duplex, but otherwise the listing was accurate. The location was nice, near Winthrop and on the ski trail.

We loved the cabin, worked perfectly for us. Had fun down at the river, and of course Hot-Tub and Pool. It was exceedingly quiet and peaceful, even with all cabins full. We'll be back!

For us, lovers of stunning nature, Methow valley proved irresistible. Mountain views, horse ranches, world class cross country skiing, great weather, silence, flowers, birds, the river and relaxed local live style. Either you already love it, or you soon will.

Entering this home is a continuation of fascination with Methow valley nature. Huge pine tree logs that the house and furniture are built from, grew on the slopes of Methow valley. Very different feel from a standard wood stick construction.

From the living room, you can see the snow covered peeks, 40 acres of lawn, aspen trees and deer wondering around daily.
