We also appreciate your kind words about our hospitality and the effort we made to address concerns during your stay. We were especially surprised by the comments regarding the beds. Comfortable sleeping accommodations are very important to us, and this is the first time we have received a complaint about the mattresses. In fact, guests regularly mention how comfortable the beds are, particularly the king bed. We understand that mattress comfort is very personal, and we certainly respect that everyone has different preferences when it comes to firmness and support. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable and peaceful place for guests to relax and enjoy Northern Michigan. We’re grateful that our guests have enjoyed their stays and look forward to continuing to provide that experience for future visitors.
