Ihre Nähe zu den berühmten Redrock-Konzerten, der schönste Ort für ein Konzert. Mehrere Künstler, die bei Redrocks auftreten, bleiben im Haus. Sie können auch hier bleiben (Zeitplan der Konzerte unten auf dieser Seite).

Das Haus befindet sich am Spaceship-Haus, wo die Filme Charlie Angels and Sleepers gedreht wurden.
Perfekte Lage, weil Sie in der Nähe der Stadt sind (10 Minuten) und dennoch in den Bergen sind. Sie sind nicht so tief in den Bergen, wo es lange dauert, um zu Orten zu gelangen, und Sie sind nicht in der Stadt, also ist es wirklich das Beste aus beiden Welten.
Es ist an einem sehr schönen historischen Ort! Dies waren Buffalo Bills und der alte Indianerstamm der Indianer. Er hat seine alte Wildwest-Show hier in der Gegend gemacht. Hier oben ist es so schön, er wollte hier begraben werden. Begräbnisstätte und Museum sind 5 Minuten entfernt.

Nice neighborhood close to attractions.

Location of property was convenient to the attractions we visited. Home was in a nice neighborhood and was well stocked with dishes, silverware, etc. Owner met us and was very friendly and responsive on way to check in. Decor is unique but interesting. We found the place rather dusty but with all the artificial flowers and decor, it’s hard to keep these things dust free. There is plenty of comfortable seating and views out windows and deck were great. We overlooked the fact when booking that there was no central air (our fault) and temperatures reached 100 while there. There are standing A/C units in bedrooms that helped but bathrooms were pretty warm. We were gone most of the time and were asked to shut off A/C’s when we left each day. There were light bulbs missing in bathrooms making it dark for putting on makeup and shower head was missing from downstairs shower. In spite of these things, our stay was very enjoyable.

The house is in the mtns. and is 10 degrees cooler then the city. Colorado is not humid. The house has AC units in each of the bedrooms and on main floor if needed. The house is professionally cleaned, very clean and dust free-No animals or smoking allowed in house-Very Clean.-allergy free The shower on the main floor has a shower head, doesn't have a massage head like the ones in the bedrooms, nobody even uses that shower on the main floor. I hope you liked the coffee machine we have. You wanted me to take a picture of the coffee machine and send you the picture. Some of the guests you came with, said they wanted to have a family reunion at the house, but the house can't handle 40 people. I know you asked before you arrived if they could bring air mattresses. I know your son in law wasn't happy, wanted to know if the grill was propane and wanted to cook food on the grill and bring it to the camp ground of the other people you were with. I really didn't get it, cook here and bring it there? The reason the house looks so good is we don't allow events or gathering or parties.

Don't Do It!

We rented this house to find out that the owners lived in the basement. Not a duplex or two family, but a HOUSE that the basement door had a lock and we could only get in and out by the front door. It was very uncomfortable. Plus, it was odd that the owners had to be there to check us in, called us several times needing to know when we were going to be at the house and then called us the next day to check in and see how it was going. Again, made us very uncomfortable almost like they were inquiring when we would be back. Also, the place was absolutely filthy. When we wiped down the kitchen counters, the paper towel was black. We attempted to wipe down the light outlets but the dirt was so thick it was impossible to remove. Hair all over the carpet and stains in the toilet bowls. Plus, the worst part was that the beds had indents which made it impossible to sleep as we rolled to the middle. When we let the owners know they needed a new cleaning service, she mentioned she cleaned it first before the cleaners arrived which made us believe that they did not have a cleaning service. We made the best of it but this is the first time that we have been uncomfortable and disappointed when using Vrbo. How could a house have such great reviews when there were so many red flags including owners in the basement, filthy environment plus beds that were so old you couldn't sleep. This definitely makes us question using VRBO in the future.

Sophia was angry before she arrived and angry when she arrived and angry when she left. She emailed a week before she arrived and wanted to check in early, and check out later when she left.. but I couldn't because I had cleaners and my self getting the place ready. I also had guests checking in when they left. She emailed me and said that she was nervous about coming to the house because I wasn't flexible in letting her check in early and leave late. I knew when I got that email I was in trouble, and I was right! My husband took pictures of the house before she arrived to show how clean the house was. I do check people in, so do hotels I called her one time an hour before her time to check in. I know sometimes there flights are delayed. She is the one that kept calling me what kind of coffee machine I have and she called she was going to be late. I didn't call her. she called me and no big deal if she calls. All I can say, is the house was extra clean I even polished the kitchen granite counters and freshly polished the marble walls in the kitchen. The house is pet free I am allergic to dust and pets. The guest who stayed a week before she arrived was looking to purchase a million dollar home in the area and he did and said he loved the views and the house and said in the review the furniture was comfortable, very nice couple! I check guests in and never seen again. The area which the guests stay has 3,000 ft. with high ceiling big window with views. One acre of land a lot privacy. After they left. in the kitchen they had put the toaster underneath counter mixed in with the pans. I thought the toaster was missing there was other things hidden, it was kind of like- hide and seek. In the dish washer was a casserole dish with 3 inches of food left in it and three spoons with food up to the top. I am just glad they didn't turn the dishwasher on it. might ruined the dishwasher with all that food. I try to be around positive people. I have met a lot of nice people that have stayed Thank God for that.

Beautiful home and gracious hosts. Perfect location if you are visiting redrocks.

First time using vrbo and it was a great experience. I even accidentally booked the wrong arrival date by one day and host had no issue with resolving it for me. Beautiful home with a beautiful view. Perfect for visiting for redrocks venues. The drive back from redrocks is away from traffic. 15minute drive!

Easy Access - Close to Red Rocks

Overall, our stay was very good. The accommodations were nice, and the beds were comfortable. The property managers were very nice and helpful. My only concerns included: the noise from the interstate was very noticeable, no place to have an outdoor firepit, you cannot use the fireplace within the house.

Wedding in Evergree

House is large and more than adequate for 6 people. Kitchen is well stocked and utensils and silverware for an army. Also large variety of spices is nice. While not an issue for us you can hear traffic on I 70. Access to laundry so pack accordingly. Conventional to West Denver, Golden,Evergreen, Georgetown and Silver Plume to take in local culture.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay! Location was great for exploring the town and traveling to ski resorts. Hosts were very friendly.

Amazing Experience Highly recommend this place!!

We had such and amazing experience at this house so beautiful and serene. The owners are so humble and gave us a lot of information on where to go and what to eat around the area. My friends I went to a concert at the red rocks amphitheater and the owners provided us with chairs and blankets to watch the concert comfortably and man were they life savers on our backs! Lol I definitely will be coming back here in the future and highly recommend this place to everyone!

Great location!

Beautiful location up in the mountains in a very spacious home. The check-in process was way too extra for us. The owner called multiple times wanting the exact time we’d be arriving. I’ve never experienced this kind of hassle when checking into a VRBO; my friends said the same. We should’ve been given the entry code prior to arrival & left to arrive whenever we want, without a sitter. One of the ladies in our party said, “I left my mother at home. We’re adults!” With that said, they were very friendly & welcoming when we arrived. They wanted to give us a tour, which we also didn’t care for, but ok… They requested we not do our laundry past a certain time because they can hear it downstairs. For $1,100 I think we can do laundry when we return from dinner, if we choose. That’s right… Not only do they live on the property (which it states in the description), but they live IN the house. We knew they lived on the property, but mistakingly assumed it was a separate dwelling on the property. We also didn’t have full access to the driveway, which made it difficult to maneuver our suburban in & out. I think if the owners don’t allow their guests to use the garage, they should move their vehicles into it. When I asked the owner to please move his vehicle so we could turn our suburban around a little easier, he said, “It’s my wife’s car. I don’t have the keys.” She was in the house! The driveway is a very tight fit & guests are not allowed to park on the street. Although our stay was pleasant, I doubt we’d stay again.

Nice home, good location

We were in Colorado to attend a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater. We chose this property for the size of the home and proximity to the venue. The manager was friendly and informative. The house was as advertised. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly.

Simply Golden!

The property was centrally located and within 10 miles of all of our activities and sites that we wanted to do and see. The house has beautiful views and was spacious. The owners were very welcoming and friendly.

What a View!

This property is in a lovely neighborhood with awesome views and plenty of wildlife. Surprisingly convenient but definitely not in town. Just off 70 minutes from Golden. They have everything we needed. Plenty of nice pots and pans, dishes and glassware. Never looked for anything that wasn’t there. The place was very clean and I certainly care about cleanliness. Also, a Myriad of cleaning products were available. This was an easy place to just show up to and start making dinner. Very easy learning curve staying here. My favorite was using the grill on the deck and watching the sunsets. The owners are very friendly and we never saw them after check in. Very welcoming folks who really wanted us to have a nice stay. I’ve rented at least 20 places in the area and this was certainly the best option I’ve ever seen in the area. We plan to be back!

Nice house with substantial drawbacks

Perhaps this home is okay for some, but never again for me! The house is in a very nice neighborhood, but very close to interstate 70, so there's heavy traffic noise, and it also ruins the views. The driveway is a real challenge, as it is steep, curved, and narrow, with a jagged rock wall on one side. Also, parking was very tight, as the owners parked 2 vehicles outside of the 3-car garage (we didn't have access to any of the garage spaces!). They emphasized "NO PARKING ON THE STREET!" Also, the owners LIVE IN THE BASEMENT, and monitor everyone coming and going with cameras in the driveway, and above the front door. I was sent a text message from the owner the second day, when 4 of my family members came to the house for lunch, saying I paid for only 6 people, and that means daytime and night time! No consideration when I replied they were there just there to eat lunch, then leave! It made everyone VERY UNCOMFORTABLE to say the least. There was a note when we opened the top oven, saying "use lower oven" and the washing machine had a note saying "delicate cycle only". That doesn't work very well with blue jeans and sweatshirts! The home did not appear to be professionally cleaned - dirty wall switches, dirty edges and corners throughout, greasy countertops, etc. The furnishings all show very obvious signs of age, and wear and tear. Definitely not the clean, crisp, beautiful home I expected, especially paying as much as I did! I am highly disappointed in VRBO for not setting a higher standard! I will not use this service again, unless a better system of monitoring quality and cleanliness of product is implemented.

Sorry Jeffrey, you got upset you could not have a gathering. I texted you when I saw a lot more then four- that were not staying at the house bringing food and trays of food in the house. I have stated twice on the advertisement and when you booked. The house is for paid guest only day or night, no gathering or parties or events.. The house is a vacation rental for paid guests. This should not of been a surprise! I have to have some kind of rules or I won't have a house left. When ever somebody can't have a gathering, they write a bad review. The house was intended for a vacation in a beautiful house for paid guests to enjoy. It's not to rent and invite a lot of people over. It ends up being a party or gathering what ever you want to call it. I have problems with people trying to have a reception at the house, parties and gathering, family reunions.. It's not going to happen anymore. It's for lodging and enjoyment for guest only.. I am a easy going person and have to have a couple rules, I now state this in the advertisement. No surprises I have security cameras outside the house for (security), where ever you go now there is security cameras. Most of the guests who stay here like being by 1-70, access to places faster. Most of the houses up by 1-70 are dream million dollar homes. Are you kidding--Great dream location with great views! I check guests in and not seen after. I tell them , if you need anything or have any questions please call. I have myself and two cleaners, clean the house. It's a big house, the best I can do. It's sanitized and cleaned. Sorry the light switch was dirty.I looked and couldn't find what you were talking about. I guess if your looking, you can find something. You can see on the website the house has TVs - unique decorations-beautiful bedroom sets. One of the best neighborhoods in Colorado.SEE PICTURES OF THE HOUSE

Perfect place for long getaway

my friends and I had a great stay. The sunsets from the deck were to die for. It had everything you needed.. The space was great for us 4 friends. Thank you Pam and Al for sharing your place with us.

Very comfortable house in a great location

A wonderful place to stay for a large family with plenty of comfortable furniture and a spacious layout. Pam and Al are very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Experience!

Pam and Al were incredible. Very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. They were also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. I'll definitely book this place next time I'm in Colorado. Highly recommend!
