Ausgezeichnetes Haus für einen Familienausflug oder für einen kurzen Aufenthalt! Ein klassisches Bauernhaus aus dem Jahr 1863 im nördlichen Maine mit rustikalem Charme. Das Haus verfügt über schöne Anwesen mit spektakulärer Aussicht und einer entspannten Atmosphäre. Es ist auch für DIY Hochzeitsorte erhältlich.

Das Haus verfügt über 5 BR w / 2 1/2 Bad mit einer aktualisierten Küche, Granit und viel Bauernhaus Charme. Verfügt über große komfortable Familienzimmer mit Metalldecke, Pelletofen, neu renovierten eleganten Speisesaal mit sichtbaren Originalbalken und original nachgearbeiteten Holzböden im ersten Stock. 1. Stock Schlafzimmer und renoviertes Bad mit separater Waschküche. Große geschlossene Veranda mit herrlichem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Tolle Aussicht mit vielen Apfelbäumen auf dem Grundstück.

Das Haus befindet sich in der Nähe der ATV & Schneemobil-Trail. Ich konnte einen exklusiven Mietvertrag in einem lokalen Geschäft abschließen. Sie werden ATV / Schneemobile vom Haus aus liefern und abholen. ATVs werden im Frühjahr 2019 verfügbar sein. Bei Fragen wenden Sie sich bitte an HomeAway.

Der Meduxnekeag Fluss ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt, wo Sie hervorragend Forellen angeln können. Mars Hill Ski-Anlage ist eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt.

A splendid country cottage

Spectacular sunsets and cozy lodgings. I was there for a work trip so I didn't get to enjoy the nature as much as I'd like, but having a comfortable, clean and restful place to come back to, made this a great trip. I reccomend this place to you.

Houlton Haven

This was my fourth year in a row enjoying the winter months while enjoying the snowmobile season. The four bedroom availibility is a huge plus for all the adults to have thier own space. Trails are right out the backdoor/ field. Downtown (close by) has enough emenities with the "Down Under" restraunt to take a night off from cooking. Quaint setting minutes out of town with a nice view from the property.

Peaceful and comfortable

Beautiful home and property! Very clean and all the comforts of home. So quiet, yet so close to grocery, and other necessities. With my own family being from Northern Maine (we jokingly call The Boonies) I was astounded to order Chinese delivery after a long tiring day! Dinner by the fire pit was amazing as well!

Winter Haven

I have enjoyed this property several times during the past few winter seasons. It is a perfect location to head out from to go riding on the snowmobiles.To be able to take right off the back field and have access to the state trails is extremely convenient. Great to be a few minutes from downtown for some of the amenities, but far enough away to appreciate the view that the property has to offer. Great place ,, great space !!

ATV trail access right from property

We had a great experience in Houlton. Our family of 9 fit very comfortably in the house. The property is located right on the ATV trails which was extremely convenient since we were up there to ride the trails. Great views of the mountains and 4th of July fireworks too. Charming home with comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing:-)

This property was amazing! My husband and I stayed here with our 2 and 1/2 year old, 13 year old and our 7 month old St. Bernard. The house was awesome and the little kids play area kept our youngest busy when we weren’t out enjoying the miles of trails right off the backyard! Very pet friendly and the pup was able to run freely no problem. We also rented an atv to explore even further. The owner, Dave, was very helpful and super down to earth. We will def be going back in the near future!

A great place to relax

This is a wonderful farm house in a beautiful little town in northern Maine. Lots of room for my party of five. Very quiet and relaxing. We took advantage of the fact that we were very close do the off-road trails in rented an off-road vehicle to explore based on the recommendation of the owner. The owner Stephen Rosa we're very nice and always quick to get back with me when I had questions

Wonderful stay

We spent Mother’s Day here visiting my sister in Houlton. The house is beautiful. Very clean and cozy. Super comfortable and well equipped. David was extremely helpful and provided lots of support and assistance when needed. It’s definitely a home away from home.

This was our first time staying in Houlton, ME and we absolutely loved it. The farmhouse is beautiful and exactly as described. We road snowmobiles and access to the trails is easy. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a place in Houlton, ME.

We had such a lovely time staying in houlton. The house is spacious and so comfortable. Property was also gorgeous. We especially enjoyed the stunning views! Dave was extremely helpful and assisted us with whatever we needed.

Please read this review to the end.

We chose the property based upon the photos supplied. Frankly, I was very troubled when we drove up and saw that part of the outside of the house was under construction. HOWEVER, when we entered the house, it was nicely done inside and comfortable. Since there were only 4 adults using the property ( 2 couples), we only used two bedrooms. There was plenty of room for more people. We enjoyed the home. There were plentiful mosquitos many days so we stayed inside for the most part. One day when mosquitos were not around much, we used the outside fireplace and enjoyed it. Everything we needed to have a fire and light the torches was provided. Although we didn’t use them, all the ingredients for s’mores were supplied as well. We unplugged all the Glade air “fresheners” while we were there so we could enjoy the fresh Maine air in the house. All-in-all, we enjoyed our stay. Since the property is being thoughtfully renovated with care, we would suggest that the advertisement for the rental include that fact so that arriving renters aren’t surprised to see the work-in-progress.
