Das Beach Resort umfasst 4 Apartments und 1 Studio. Unser Resort liegt im Herzen von Cape Coral, in der Nähe der südlichen Cape Coral Bridge, die Fort Myers und Cape Coral verbindet. Dies ist der ideale Ort, um Floridas Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Durch die Nähe zum Strand von Cape Coral können Sie auch kürzere Strandaufenthalte genießen und den Abend in einer der vielen nahe gelegenen Bars und Restaurants ausklingen lassen.

Unsere Apartments sind individuell gestaltet und befinden sich in einem Gebäudekomplex, der absolute Privatsphäre bietet.

Jede Wohnung hat einen eigenen, sehr private Terrasse und private Liegewiese, die Ihnen die richtige Strandfeeling bereits gibt. Der riesige Poolbereich mit beheiztem Spa und integrierten Sitzen ist abgeschirmt und hält lästige Insekten und Tiere fern. Ein großer Grill lädt zu Grillabenden ein.

Great stay, would book again

Everything was as described in the listing. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable throughout. Lovely pool area and the private lanai areas are wonderful to have.

Great Place, great location, very accommodating!

Another great stay this year. Judi is the best, sweetheart of a woman, place is clean and well maintained. Quiet and peaceful. I wont stay anywhere else.

Would stay here again!

Extremely clean, well appointed, property manager helpful in answering questions. Close to restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Well-maintained pool. Private lanai. Other guests couples, respectful, pleasant.

We are a little surprised about the statement with the size and the number of guests because the "Apartment Seastar" occupied by you or your son is the largest apartment of our beach resort and has an additional - albeit small - bedroom and a sofa bed so that here without problems up to 4 adults can be accommodated. But we thank you for that feedback!

Very comfortable place for a restful vacation.

Apartment Dolphin at Beach Resort was a very comfortable place to stay. An attractive place, welcoming, very clean. It is exactly like the photos on the web site. The pool right outside the door is great. Other guests would go to the beach in the daytime and hence, we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. I do not hesitate to recommend this place to people seeking a calm and tranquil place.

Best Affordable Secret in Cape Coral

I had a wonderful experience staying the week in this simple and clean and very well maintained Starfish apartment. It was small but more than adequate for 1 person and I believe could work for a couple. The property manager was very cordial and helpful. The Lanai, pool, and hot tub were great, there are even bikes to use, in this quiet area of town. Undoubtedly I will stay there again because my experience was so positive and affordable.

Just as described!

Everything was just as was described and pictured. The living/dining/kitchen area was airy & bright. The pool beautiful and lots of extras that you could use for free such as beach towels, coolers, laundry facilities, bicycles, beach umbrella etc. Everyone was super friendly and responsive. My only concern during our stay since it rained a lot was there is parking for 4 cars and there are 5 units so as the last ones in we had to park on the grass/ditch area at night.

Just what we were looking for

This little apartment was just what we needed for our stay in Cape Coral. It was clean and comfortable, and the proximity was great for us. My sister and I appreciated having this as our "home" to return to after long, busy days. The hot tub was especially appreciated at the end of one particularly stressful day. Judi, the property manager, was so friendly and super responsive. We texted/chatted several times during the course of our stay, as she checked in to make sure we were comfortable. We also loved that the notes and signs were all in both German and English! :) Thank you, und vielen Dank fuer alles!

Very accommodating. WiFi was slow but everything else was awesome!!

I was recouperating from a procedure and Judi was so sweet and offered help with many things. The only thing we had any issue with it the WiFi. It was slow and at times didn’t work at all. We actually had to extend our stay due to my recovery and luckily enough one of the other locations was available so we didn’t have to move far. It was a great experience!!

Very Clean Apartment and Lanai Area

The apartment had enough room for the two of us. We didn’t need the second bedroom. No views of other apartments were shown. I believe the others were taken at the time I searched. I got over the tiny kitchen. It worked out fine. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

This was a very last minute booking and was a clean and centrally located apartment. We did not meet Judy as we left in the morning before she checked us in and we had an early departure time for checkout. We had no issues as instructions where clear and concise on how to get into the building and what was needed for checkout. Also my damage deposit has already been refunded, 2 days after checkout! Overall this is a perfect location and a very clean rental. Everything was as advertised and my only suggestion would be better pillows. I would stay here again!

Nice Vacation Place

Very clean and well stocked place. It has pretty much everything you need, except for an Iron which I didn't bring this time because in other places where I stayed in the past they always have one. Also use for address in your GPS 604 SE 46th Terrace (instead of Street), Cape Coral - FL 33904. We arrived there a 3am and it was so confusing to enter to several parking lots trying to find the street address. Overall a very nice and comfy place to stay once we got to it.

Please note: there is an iron in the laundry room! We would be happy if you keep our rental in mind for any future trips to Florida!
