Wir haben entworfen es alle Komfort von zu Hause zu haben, einschließlich, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Herd, großem Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, großen TV-Bildschirm, voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Schlaf Anzahl Kingsize-Bett und so weiter.
Dieses Haus hat zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Dies ist eine Wohnung, die zu einem Haupthaus (VRBO 699342) angebracht ist. Die Wohnung, die wir "The Boathouse" nennen, hat eine nautische Thema. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett mit einem Sleep Number 5000 Matratze mit Festigkeit Kontrollen für beide Seiten des Bettes. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat auch einen 32-Zoll-Smart-HDTV. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 48-Zoll-Smart-HDTV und Blu-Ray / DVD-Player.
Es gibt eine gemeinsame Garage für zwei Autos (ein Garagenstellplatz pro Person), die eine gemeinsame Waschmaschine und Trockner hat. Die gemeinsame Waschmaschine / Trockner ist zwischen den Einheiten von ungeraden und geraden Tagen aufgeteilt. Die Veranda wird geteilt und Ausfahrten zu einem großen eingezäunten Hinterhof. Das Boathouse hat einen runden blauen Tisch mit Platz für 4 Personen. Der Hof ist auch geteilt.

It was a last minute plan when I realized my wife and I were going to be homeless for 10 days or so during the transition of moving from NY to FLA. From putting in the reservations to checking out everything was fantastic. Quick responses, whether by email or phone.Mark and Trina are very nice and professional and friendly. Felt very much at home there. We are glad it worked out that way. Thank you. Would stay again if have to. Honestly, no complaints.
From check in to check out I felt that Trina and Mark were genuinely concerned for my comfort and safety. The apartment was accurately described, clean, well equipped and everything functioned smoothly. When a storm temporarily knocked out electric service, Mark called to make sure everything was alright and asked if I needed anything. I would definitely recommend this property and would use it again if needed.
My wife and I booked the house on short notice, we kind of waited until the last minute. The renters were more than happy to work with us and offered prompt, helpful service.
The house is a nice little place, worked perfectly for my wife and I, along with our two dogs. It was very quiet, comfortable and relaxing. It was nice to get away, and be able to stay away from the suburban hell that the Orlando area is turning into. (Editorializing I know) The rooms were comfortable, cozy, and I was pleased that the shower had a high enough mounted head (a little on the tall side, I prefer the shower to be above my head and not hit my square in the chest) The amenities had all we wanted or could need. Very Good.
One or two sticking points, we pulled in late and it was rather dark, having to navigate around to the side of the house where we went to get to the entrance. Additional lighting would be nice, which would help with the 2nd sticking point.. Holy Spiders Batman! There were some pretty good sized arachnid neighbors (they stayed outside thankfully) and they built webs across the walkway, an inattentive guest could find themselves doing the web dance if they're not careful. Bring a stick, or do what I did, look like a goober waving the ice scraper in front of me whacking the webs out of the way.
Mt. Dora is very nice, if you stay there, there is this awesome craft beer bar a few blocks straight out the driveway (Mermaid Juice.. it's amazing for craft beer snobs) The pizza place just past that has some great pizza (I'm from Jersey, I know pizza), and you've got mount dora brewing around the corner. It's about an hour's drive to downtown Orlando, as long as I-4 isn't being too I-4ey and there isn't a full moon, and the planets are in proper alignment. If you're staying for an extended period of time. Plenty of amenities, Publix (get a sandwhich there) craft beer places (yes, i do love beer, I've been to about 80% of craft breweries in the Southeast) and some neat Antique places. You're a reasonable distance from Daytona and New Smyrna beaches (Smyrna is the Good one) and some great local parks. If you're there in the winter Blue Spring State park is a good place to go to see Manatees.
TLDR-Great stuff all around, good location, comfy place to stay, away from tourism hell, and watchout for spiders! 10/10 would stay again.
This is my third stay at the Boathouse! I’ve really enjoyed each visit and highly recommend it to others. It was the perfect place for my family, providing plenty of space, both indoor and out (there’s a large screened in back porch which was really nice in the evenings). The location is ideal, set in a quiet neighborhood about a 10 minute walk from downtown. Having a fully equipped kitchen helped to keep our dining expenses low so we could afford to do some of the many activities in the area. Speaking of which, if you haven’t experienced Mt. Dora yet, I highly recommend it – what a relaxing, quaint little town located on the shores of Lake Dora. There are dozens of shops and restaurants and there’s an old steam engine train that runs to Tavares and back. Watching the boat planes come and go from the harbor was another very special experience for the family. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in central Florida this is it!
