Excellent house to stay at and great service

We've stayed at this house now twice in the past 4 months and its definitely the best place to stay at in Medellin. Very close to Parque Lleras. Very luxurious. Great accommodations and most importantly great service from the ladies coordinating all the booking and the cleaning services.

Beautiful Location

Casa del reloj is in a great neighborhood in Medellin. It is full of beautiful apartments with full kitchen and bathrooms. Staff was very friendly and willing to help.

Medellin Stay at Casa del Reloj It is always a pleasure staying at Casa del Reloj whenever my friends and I visit Medellin. The location (steps away from amazing restaurants and nightlife) and cleanliness of the house is amazing! Whenever I'm in Medellin, Casa del Reloj is the first place i try to book. Reservoir for fountain worked intermittently during stay. Had to cut gas off to cooktop because of maybe slight leak. Video shows entire property as if you are getting everything you see in video, with no opportunity to even rent rest of entire house. Delightful, so easy and extremely friendly

We enjoyed the accommodations and we especially enjoyed the very friendly and helpful Owner John-Paul and his assistants. It was great to have someone at the building most hours of the day to help with arranging events, answering questions and just adding fun and enjoyment to our stay. And the accommodations were awesome. We especially enjoyed hanging out in the Living Room Jacuzzi late afternoon drinking wine and watching Colombian Soap Operas. A great mid-day break from touring Medellin. I would stay there again without hesitancy. The accommodations were very well maintained, the kitchen was fully equipped, the beds comfortable, AND it was unique and unusual. We all loved it!

Excellent, amazing place in absolutely best part of Medellin

My girlfriend and I stayed here several nights. The waterfall feature drops water into an amazing in-ground Jacuzzi, where we soaked and relaxed and could see the huge 60" flat panel TV. We were walking distance to all the best restaurants imaginable; Indian, Thai, Japanese sushi, Colombian, Italian, Mexican, Fusion, American, Mediterranean. And for desserts, ohhhh, la la... ice cream, coffee shops, and so many more. Jean-Paul, the owner, was an exceptional host, pointing out all the intricacies of the colonial style design elements. There were hand crafted circular stairs and 150+ year old railroad ties fashioned into an overhead lamp, and so much more. This place is much better than the pictures. If you're looking for a great place different than the everyday hotel world, this is a MUST STAY RETREAT!

The Spot

This is the spot if you are going with friends to Medellin. It is right in the middle of the safest and most hip area in the whole city. There is about 2 blocks each direction with local police and private security alongside really great shops, bars, and especially great restaurants. The place was very clean and the staff was lovely. My and my friends had a great time and always felt very safe.

Great property in excellent location

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Reloj. The property is in excellent condition and the staff was most helpful. We walked to many restaurants and shops in the area, plus it was easy access to the metro train to tour the rest of the city. Great location!

Best hotel in Colombia

I had the absolute pleasure of staying in Casacda, at Casa del Reloj for a week in Medellin with my younger sisters and parents. The location was amazing and just a few minutes from the best restaurants in town. Both the owner and staff gave us great local tips on where to eat and drink. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and had super fast responses for anything we desired/needed. At night, my sisters and I were able to explore the neighborhood with ease, as the area is extremely safe. The hotel itself is unbelievably gorgeous. It has a unique architectural style while containing the most modern amenities. Having a jacuzzi was also an amazing way to unwind after a long day of seeing sites. The design of the room let the natural air in, and this, plus the luscious beds, gave me the best sleep I have ever had in all of South America. The WiFi was a huge plus as well. My father needed to be connected to work, and having ultra fast WiFi, a rarity in Medellin, was a blessing. I urge anyone was stays in Medellin to stay here. It’s a paradise in the city of eternal spring. I will definitely be staying there on my next trip.

Awesome Place- Very Relaxing!

I have stayed here many times and Casa Del Reloj is my stay of choice for many reasons. The staff is always so helpful and warm which makes you feel like family. Walking distance to some great restaurants and nightlife in one of the nicest areas of Medellin. Always an excellent stay!

One of the best places in Medellin

I had an exceptional stay at Casa Del Reloj. Location wise it's hard to beat. Walking distance to everything from restaurants to shops and nightlife. The building itself is beautifully designed and very well kept. It has a rustic yet high-end luxury feel to it and feels like home from the minute you arrive. The staff was incredibly professional and was always easy to reach. Would strongly recommend this place. I will be staying here again.

Acabo de pasar la estadía más memorable de mi vida, con mis hermanos y papás en Casa del Reloj. Que lugar mas encantador. Un estilo colonial con todas las comodidad modernas que uno pueda desear. Nos quedamos en Cielo, el penthouse super lujoso de la casa. Los muebles y camas muy cómodos, un televisor protector gigante para mirar películas, un jardín hermoso con hamacas. El equipo de trabajo nos atendieron como si fuéramos sus mejores huéspedes. La ubicación a 3 minutos de Parque Lleras y de agunos de los mejores restaurantes. Nos sentíamos muy seguros día y noche. Para quien desee una estadía inolvidable en Medellin yo le aconsejaría esta hermosa casa encima a todas. Seguramente volvería en el futuro, ademas de mi familia con mis amigos.

Casa del Reloj

El lugar es muy acogedor. La estadía fue muy placentera. El personal estuvo excelente, muy atento con todo. Las instalaciones riquísimas y sobre todo la sala con él jacuzzi en el centro. Todo estuvo muy en orden.

Amazing property!!!

Enjoyed our accommodations especially that it was central to all shopping, bars, and restaurants. It was helpful to have staff on hand during the day whether we had questions or needed help making arrangements for car service etc. Place was nice and very clean!!!! Johana was awesome to work with and was always very helpful and informative.

Best property in Medellin, hands down!

Don't waste your time looking at any other properties--this is it! Location: The location was absolutely perfect. You are a few blocks (less than 5 minute walk) to Parque Lleras, which is where most of Poblado's bars, restaurants, and clubs are located. This was the only property on HomeAway I found that is walking distance to Parque Lleras. Management/Staff: Dore and JP run a world-class operation. They are warm, knowledgable, and readily available. The staff was also amazing. The daily cleanings made our group feel like we were staying in a hotel! Property: No photography tricks here--everything was as good as it is in the pictures. And yes, you do have a hot tub in the middle of the living room with a cascading waterfall. Lots of history to the place as well and nothing else like in the entire city. We will stay here again when we return to Medellin! - Andreas and Co.

Best property in Medellin, hands down!

The perfect place to stay in Medellin

Five friends including myself stayed for a long weekend in Medellin and would highly recommend staying here. Location - It is located in the perfect area of the city, close to the best nightlife/shops/restaurants. Accommodation - Our unit was newly updated and very clean with plenty of space. The hot tub was amazing and the unit came with DirectTV as well. The managers John Paul and Dore made themselves easily accessible to help with any questions and were very friendly. Additionally, they provided us with a daily maid service and gave us great recommendations on dining and activities. I would stay here again in a second if I ever go back.

An amazing house !

Los días que pase en Casa del Reloj fue una experiencia inolvidable, estuve en EL APARTAMENTO que se llama CASCADA. Es un amplio APARTAMENTO con un toque rústico, moderno y con espacios que te dan la sensación de que estuvieras en un museo por la hermosa decoración que tiene, pude disfrutar de la privacidad con mi pareja y de los encantos de su terraza con una hermosa vista, en donde podrás sentir un clima calido, de mucho verde y tambien disfrutar de un delicioso jacuzzi. Una de las cosas que nos gusto mucho es que se encuentra estrategicamente ubicado en la zona ROSA del Poblado ya que cerca quedan restaurantes de muchos estilos, bares, cafeterías, parques y centros comerciales. Es un sitio muy tranquilo y con gente muy amigable, no dudaría ni un segundo en volverme a hospedar en Casa del Reloj. The days I spent in Casa del Reloj were an unforgettable experience, I was in the apartment called Cascada. Is an ample apartment with a rustic feeling but at same time very modern and with spaces that give sensacion that I was in a museum because of the beautiful architecture and decoration it has. I could enjoy the privacy with my boyfriend and the beauty of the terrace garden where we could feel the warmth of the outside air, beautiful plants and an gorgeous jaccuzi in ground. One of the things we enjoyed most is the perfect strategic location in the Zona Rosa of El Poblado where you can find many restaurants of lots of different varieties, bars, cafes, parks and shopping places. It is a very tranquil place with very friendly people. I would not hesitate for one second to stay again in Casa del Reloj.
