We had two families staying in this home together it was perfect! Very roomy home, comfortable, clean and convenient.They provide everything at the house so you can just show up with your suitcase of clothes and leave your worries behind! I would rent this place again and highly recommend it!

Great luxury accommodations, lots of space in kitchen, garage, rooms, driveway and lot. Pool table and resort-style (Hollywood and rock limited edition memorabilia) decor add to the sense of destination. Owner was instantly available and communicative and anticipated our stay and needs. Just great.

I just took over managing the house from Mike who did it for more than 10 years before me and you were my first group! I glad you phoned me it is nice to be in touch. it is nice to know that you can find everything you want, because it is probably there. we try to have plenty of supplies on hand since it seems like a chore to leave the peacefulness of our like slice of North Martinez Lake to resupply at Fishers landing even though it is only 2 miles away. River trip

The house and neighborhood were nice. The dock and launch were also nice. A lot of donkey droppings which was expected and now a big deal. The house wasn’t the cleanest but wasnt too terrible. The ladder on the dock could definitely use a good cleaning.

Glad You enjoyed the property. Sorry that the Natural environment of river algae and donkey droppings was a disappointment costing me two stars on your review. I will certainly take a brush to the dock ladder and leave it handy in the garage so it will be available for others that have similarly high standards will be able to help themselves to giving the ladder a brush when needed. Beautiful river house

House was perfect for our Fathers Day get away with family. Lots and lots of room all around and everyone definitely enjoyed the pool table once we were off the water. Plenty of parking, ramp and dock are super closer and easy to use. We even had a few wildlife visitors in the early morning coming to drink from the cove. Would love to rent again!

Brought out my husband’s family for a river weekend! There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone! A really huge comfy couch for all to watch movies that was provided by the owner via Netflix! What a nice bonus! Would definitely stay there again! Thanks!

Great safe location and big home

4 of my friends stayed here. We all towed our own boats here with full size trucks. There was plenty of parking on the property to accommodate us. The home is located in a private gated culdesac. This one was lake front. Mike was extremely helpful and responsive to my messages. Kitchen was well equipped. Home was clean. We would definitely stay here again. The home appeared to be custom built, so some of the light switches were tricky to use.

Wonderful house

We loved staying in this home. First, it was large enough to accommodate 4 couples. That is a huge plus. It was nicely decorated, very comfortable and had a very well equipped kitchen. That is a plus for me. They had interesting artwork/memorabilia and the pool table was a big hit. The open concept family room/kitchen/dining area made for great fun and a very social experience. The owners were wonderful to deal with, good communicators. I am not a fan of the homeaway communication system, though. It was pretty confusing. But I communicated easily with the owners via text. Highly recommended. You will have great fun in this house.

Home Requires Care

It’s a great house with potential. Mike was very accommodating and a good communicator. Unfortunately, there were some issues. The commercial ice maker is gone and ice makers in refrigerators not working. The pinball machine inoperable and pool table was missing a ball, until we found it behind a cabinet in the family room three days in. The kitchen doesn’t have an island but a peninsula. It needs organizing and cleaning. There was leftover food. The yard is mostly dirt and firepit is circle of rocks. BBQ is an old Weber. To enjoy the outdoors, bring shade, chairs, wood, and charcoal. The water inlet was full of donkey excrement and algae so thick it filled the area so we launched at the marina. The water level was so low we had to walk the boat for some time before it was deep enough to drive. We ended up not being able to dock it at the house. We would feel more welcome in a clean environment. There was sand on the floors, unclear windows (looked like they have never been cleaned, note closed blinds in the pictures), dirty sheets (crushed pill capsule in master bed), dirty dishes and mouse excrement scattered about. Maintenance items need to be addressed. Light bulbs out, light switches not working, door handles broken, shower fixtures need replacing. The WIFI is slow and cuts out. Lastly, the house is for sale. We would stay again if the issues were addressed, maybe by new owners.

I am the new owner and we have addressed all of the above issues. New cleaning crews, updated all mattresses covers, linen, blankets, bedspreads, towels are being used. New propane grill (bring your own propane or charcoal). We also have installed new Starlink unit and coverage is excellent. Still working a better solution for ice. Most guests bring bag ice for boats and sand bar camps.
