Great unit in a great location

My wife and I stayed in this unit while our sons and their families were in hotel units. Two of our granddaughters stayed a couple of nights with us until their parents joined later in the week. The unit was perfect when it was just the two of us and roomy enough to host family dinners! Evenings and mornings spent on the balcony listening to the ocean. Even caught a great sunrise. Highly recommend!

New years at the Carousel

Holiday Break

Our stay was short but very enjoyable. Parking and check in was easy. The room was comfortable and everything we needed for our stay. Loved the view of the ocean from the room (wish our weather was better).

LATE AUGUST 2023 at The Carousel

Our Stay at Carmen's place was very nice and enjoyed! A great Location and the view was great! The Carousel staff was GREAT and very friendly! Lot's of bars and restaurants in the area that were very good and easy to get too! The worst issue was when we got there on Saturday to check in and also the following Saturday to check out because all Condos are checking in and out at same time and it was difficult to get Carts to take to and from the room with luggage and difficult to get on the elevators! The weather was great and the resort was great overall. We would consider staying there again!

I was a bit disappointed about the size but the amenities at the carousel more than made up for that. There were sunrise views from the beach, side and sunset views from the balcony side in the rear. The carousel had a camp so you could take your kids so that you could have some fun time. The kids love the camp carousel there two two pools. There’s a kids playground. Three restaurants ice-skating just absolutely close to Dunkins and fractured prune and a Food Lion right across the street. The location could not have been better. The only thing I would change is the elevator situation. It is really really bad on check in and check out there with your Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Beds sucked, there arent 2 balconies in room, 1 is out in hallway. Ocean City cant compare to Virginia Beach or Myrtle Beach. Worse vacation ever

Just okay

This condo was just okay. The cleaners were late so we could not get into the condo until 4. Check in is at 3. I did clean a few areas where I noticed it was not clean. The bedrooms were nice. The laundry room is in the master bedroom’s bathroom. The stove is lopsided so it was difficult to cook food thoroughly. The dryer was over heating so we had to take our wet laundry to the laundry mat. We paid out of pocket for that. No one offered to reimburse us. I would think for paying the amount of money for a condo, things would be better. I understand things happen but when you are on vacation you want things to go smooth. The property owner was very communicative during the entire process with the dryer.

Older building and apartment but beautiful

It’s an older building and apartment but it’s a beautiful view and the location is really good. We came in the off season so it wasn’t busy… had it been, I don’t think I would have liked it as much. My one thing is that you had to bring your own sheets and towels. It was clearly in the welcome letter (which I didn’t read till arrival). We went out and bought stuff but we were traveling on a multi city east coast trip and I was not bringing sheets, blankets and towels for the whole family. Had I known I probably would have picked somewhere else. The host was very kind and responsive.

Last minute getaway…

Felt very lucky to come across this listing to plan a last minute getaway for the night with our grandson to give him an experience to celebrate his birthday. Was very pleased with the quick communication of owner. Very responsive and attentive to my questions. The ease of check-in and the accommodations all exceeded our expectations. We did bring our linens as noted in the listing and I probably packed more than we needed, but it felt like our 2nd home. I would definitely request to stay another time again in the future based on our experience. Thank you so much for your generosity with check-in and departure. We enjoyed our stay very much and more importantly our grandson had a wonderful time with memories to last for a long time.

My family and I really enjoyed Carmen's beautiful ocean front condo. The view from both balconies was fabulous! Everything was open in the resort, and we took advantage of the pool, hottub, sauna, ping ping. It was great! Thank you!

Great place, bad timing

Our condo was wonderful. Excellent view, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately for us, it was Hot Rod week and it was hard to sleep with all the noise from the cars. Nothing that the Carousel could do about that. That was on us for not checking the OC schedule. I would definitely stay at the Carousel again. It would be a great place to take the grandkids! Our Rentor (Carmen) was wonderful and answered all my questions quickly.
