We travel extensively and this is the best vacation home my wife and I have ever stayed. There were 10 of us there for my 70th birthday and everyone loved it. It was 8 bedroom/8 bath with 5 star amenities, very private, and just a few minutes from downtown Healdsburg. The local VRBO team was terrific, I highly recommend it.

Great weekend with friends in Sonoma

This compound was the perfect location for wine weekend for 5 couples. We all like to cook and the kitchen in the main house is masterfully equipped with everything a chef needs to cook for a crowd. We could have easily added another couple or two with all the space! Awesome location near Healdsburg.

Wonderful family weekend at this beautiful property

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful property. It was the perfect spot for our family gathering. There was plenty of space for everyone to have some alone time, but also a large enough space in the main kitchen/patio area for us to gather for meals. The pool was a perfect and we also enjoyed the volleyball, bocce ball and ping pong. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. A perfect get away. We hope to return next year!

Beautiful property and comfortable place!

The pictures do not do this property justice!! The property is big and lovely. The grounds, the trees and landscaping...divine. The space to spread out among three separate houses is great for groups or families with multiple generations. There is much to see and do just onsite. We had 5 couples who recently visited while enjoying all that wine country has to offer. We were very happy to have a "down" day just to hang out and enjoy our beautiful "home away from home". We were able to walk into town -- if you are up for a 2 mile walk-- we were and enjoyed the ability to do that in the day (I would not do in evening). The owners have thought of everything -- from Kuerig coffee pots in every house, to well stocked bathrooms. All 10 of us enjoyed the property and would stay again and recommend to others!!

Third trip to this Healdsburg property did not disappoint. The place is absolutely stunning and delivers on numerous levels. Great place for a group of friends or 2/3 small families. Three separate beautiful homes (one master). Numerous bathrooms. All of the extras: swimming pool horse shoes bocci ball volleyball badminton ping pong hot tub All in Great condition!!!!!! Amazing wedding week

We stayed at the property with our family for one week surrounding our wedding weekend. It was simply a spectacular property - provided great areas for everyone to play and relax, from grandkids to grandparents. The houses and grounds are very well kept and clean. The house is better equipped than any rental property we've every stayed at, and clearly labeled to be able to easily find (and put away) everything. Kitchens made cooking large meals a breeze. The only real negative is that you never want to leave and visit the rest of beautiful Healdsburg and Sonoma county.l

A family paradise

This property was perfect for our family's visit to Healdsburg for my daughter's wedding at a local winery. The newlyweds perched in the Oak Tree House, three 30-somethings nested in the Coop and then we stayed in the Queen Anne with our oldest and their teen kiddos. Lovely family BBQs, so many games, gorgeous sunsets over the Russian River. And endless stars and owls hooting at night. Absolutely one of the highlights of our already morable weekend.

Perfect Family Reunion

This beautiful property accommodated our three family groups, including 6 adults, and 5 children, ages 2 thru 12 beautifully. All ages had a great time in the pool, playing ping pong, scootering on the very safe paths, using the hot tub, and ball playing on the lawn. The days ended making S'mores every evening around the fire pit. All of this less than five minutes from Healdsburg for great restaurants, take-out, and of course wine tasting. We loved it. Healdsburg Villa Round 2!

Can't say enough positives about this place! I rented last year as well! The place does not disappoint. IT also offers a pretty nice walk into the heart of town (if you ever feel like leaving the property). Absolutely great spot. Plenty of room and three different houses that are all very charming! Great spot for multiple families and friends. All of the extras: ping pong, badminton, horse shoes, workout room, bocci ball, swimming pool etc. in great shape. The pool is tons of fun! Round three will definitely happen again. The property manager (Pam) is fantastic to work with! Great Place! Highly recommend!

Amazing spot for a family reunion

Riverstone Ranch was the perfect place for our three generation family of twelve to gather. Having multiple houses allowed us many options for sleeping and relaxing. All the houses were charming in their own way, and all were spotless and extremely well stocked! The pool and hot tub were lovely and the whole property provided diverse spaces to walk, read, and explore. Some of us used the gym, and others borrowed the mats to do yoga outside. The communication with the agents was prompt and super friendly. I cannot recommend it more highly!

We loved our stay at this amazing property. We took our family, kids and grandkids and had so much fun. So many activities on site - frisbee golf, ping pong , basketball... endless fun. We enjoyed having our own houses for each of the three families. Plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms, and gourmet kitchen with everything you need to fix a meal. We cooked all but one meal and enjoyed staying at the house. The little town of Healdsburg was very nice as well, but, we were having to much fun to leave the property! The fire pit was a highlight for us each evening. We also loved the simplicity and instructions for AV equipment and labels for everything! We loved this place!!!

I can't say enough great things about this property. Absolutely stunning location. Beautiful large property. It's way better in person. The place is pretty massive. I definitely plan on going back (soon). It's also super close to the Russian River which is always fun to explore. Property manager was great to work with. She answered all of my questions. Five Star Effort! Three amazing homes on one location and plenty of space. Gorgeous rooms, large bathrooms, flat screen TV's everywhere. It should be noted that all of the extras were in great working condition. Grill-Pool-Ping Pong-Bocce Ball-Fire Pit-Badminton-Volleyball-Horse Shoes - Weight Room all in top shelf condition. Best Getaway Ever!

Riverstone Ranch was an idyllic getaway for our family in a less than idyllic time. All the necessary Covid-19 precautions were in place and this really is a great place for a family retreat. The main house plus the Oak Tree House and The Coop provided ample sleeping for all and we were thrilled with the big well equipped kitchen as we were cooking 3 meals a day for 10! The pool was heavenly and all the games on the property made it feel like our own personal summer camp. Especially appreciated this summer, when that kind of bliss is hard to find. We could not recommend the property more or Pam who was helpful to us in every way.

It’s Everything it says it is.

We had a four couples stay three nights and the home was better than the pictures. Plenty of space, great condition and very well stocked. You need nothing but the food you are going to eat. They even had an electric juicer. Three nights weren’t enough to do everything there is to do on the property. We did a lot of wine tastings, etc but everyone enjoyed getting back to the home. We spent most of the time around the fire pit. The location was perfect a quick drive to downtown Healdsburg and right on the river. Pamela and the owners were very helpful and responsive. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Beautiful property in deluxe setting! Fantastic for an extended family!

It was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone. The three homes in the compound were quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchens were very well appointed. There were abundant gathering spaces such as the fire pit, patio, porch, hot tub and pool areas. The homes were beautifully decorated with many thoughtful amenities. The beds were comfortable and most bedrooms had en suite bathrooms. We rented this property as extended family in town for a wedding at nearby Ru’s Farm. The local property manager, Pam, was great! She promptly answered all our questions and was willing to consider our special requests due to the wedding. Highly recommend this property!

Stellar property! Spacious, private grounds! Perfectly amenitized for fun, rest and relaxation!

The property had everything we could have asked for... and much more. In each of the three homes, the bedrooms were all spacious and all beds were comfortable. There were a number of great outdoor amenities; including pool, bocce, frisbee golf, table tennis, firepit with outdoor speakers. The kitchens were all exceptionally well-appointed - like being at my own house. The grounds were meticulously landscaped. I've been to several VRBO and Homeaway properties and this one is worth every penny. Bravo!

Beautiful compound close to Healdsburg town square, perfect for groups or extended families

Our group of cyclists/golfers stayed here for four nights. The compound includes a beautiful home with two detached units that contain additional bedrooms and kitchens. This place is amazing: large spa, pool, frisbee golf, basketball hoop, every kitchen utensil and appliance you would ever need and more. It was perfect for our group. I am seriously thinking of arranging a trip for our immediate family (my mom and dad, siblings and all of your kids) and staying here. Can't say enough nice things about the folks managing the property, as well. They were terrific, from first contact to swiftly crediting the damage deposit after we departed. Loved every minute of our stay. Hope to return soon!

Unbelievable Compound!

This place was amazing. I traveled here with my family for the Thanksgiving holiday and this compound couldn't have been a better fit for us. Not only is there the main house (which is spectacular), but also included are two other smaller houses that are within steps of the main building. The compound has a pool, hot tub, Frisbee golf course, and even a garden. Everything in all three houses was updated and the bedrooms and baths were completely pristine. There is absolutely nothing negative that I can say about this property. Great job!

You will be impressed!!

A group of us decided to visit Healdsburg for Dry Creek Passport weekend. Lucky for us, we booked this property. The pictures do not do it justice. the property is huge, incredibly well maintained, private and easily accessed. Pam communicated well with us and was a pleasure to deal with. If you need a place to accommodate a large group, or just want a really nice place close to Healdsburg, this is it.
