Oceanfront 3-Zimmer-Wohnung, spektakulÀre Aussicht

Diese 1800 Quadratmeter große Wohnung ist eine Einheit im ersten Stock mit Blick auf den Ozean. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben
Kingsize-Betten, und die dritte hat ein Queensize-Bett. Es gibt ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa in der
Wohnzimmer. Das Deck ist 75 'mal 15' und es gibt zwei ausgewiesene ParkplÀtze in der Garage
unter unserer Einheit.

Der Komplex verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen wunderschön angelegten Innenhof mit einem Grillbereich mit zwei großen
Gasgrills. Unsere GĂ€ste können auf drahtloses Internet zugreifen. Es gibt Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien und einen Pavillon, in dem Sie die Meeresbrise genießen können. Newhaven hat auch einen eigenen Strandzugang bei Ebbe.

Derzeit werden in Newhaven Renovierungsarbeiten durchgefĂŒhrt, die teilweise auf SchĂ€den durch den Hurrikan Matthew im vergangenen Oktober zurĂŒckzufĂŒhren sind. Kommen Sie und sehen Sie die Transformation!

Great view and location

We’ve been going to Fripp for decades this was a great low key place. Great view and people around us. There was no Karen’s near us to complain about us fishing on the beach or condo. first time in a decade had friendly conversation with people staying at condo. All 9 of us agreed this was the best! Could use some upgrades of door hardware and kitchen, but for the price and location who cares. Owners were fantastic!

Pictures do not do it justice!!

We stayed in Ms. Mary Beth's unit 615 during the week of Paris Island bootcamp graduation April 25th 2025. She was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! The night we arrived, the AC wasnt cooling accuratly and as soon as we notified her she sent a repair man. The morning of family day, we received our Marine's belongings that he was going to be bringing home. FYI, It is A LOT!! BE WARNED!! We promptly asked if we could receive a later check out time and she obliged with no questions asked. The morning of graduation our vehicle would not start and again we had to notify her to get security give permission to our Uber and the tow truck! When I say the best ever, I mean it from the bottom of my heart! Our family would most definitely rent from her again and again!!

Amazing Location!

We stayed at the condo in late July 2024. The back sliding doors open right up to THE OCEAN! You can hear the waves in the master bedroom with the windows closed. The home was clean and as advertised. The kitchen was fully equipped with all supplies needed for our stay. The condo has an additional condo available for rent by the same owners right next door. Made it perfect for big families. We met on the back porch for meals, drinks, and morning coffee. The condo comes with the availability to purchase club cards which is needed on the island!! We didn't find out about the availability of a golf cart until after we ordered our own. The condo's price of the golf cart was more affordable than where we ordered ours from. The owner was very responsive and answered all of my questions. She checked in on us during our stay. I felt like family! We throughout enjoyed our stay and would return for future stays!

Best view on Fripp Island

We loved waking up to the sunrise over the ocean and having morning coffee on the porch while listening to the waves. You can’t get any closer to the ocean than this at Fripp Island. The condo was large and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Mary Beth was very informative and quick to respond. She is a very nice and kind. The location was great if you wanted breakfast or lunch out. There was a restaurant across the street. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. Oh yes
 there are deer on every corner of every street. They are everywhere and magical to look at. Such a peaceful place to spend a vacation.

Great ocean view

This was the best stocked rental unit I have stayed in. It had plenty of utensils, glasses, and things for cooking, so that we didn't have to run the dishwasher after every meal. The beds and sofas were comfortable.

Vacation on the beach

You can't beat the view from this condo! The master faces the beach. Every morning we ate in the dining area where there is an awesome beach view. A/C works great which is a plus for hot natured people like me. I had a situation with parking one of our golf carts and Mary Beth contacted me back very quickly. Make sure you do not park your golf cart on a berm that has numbers on the concret, the ticket is very expensive. This was not the owner's fault, but a warning to renter's. I would highly recommend this condo, we had plenty of space for 3 adults.

Anniversary Get Away

Need a place that is handicap accessible. This place had one elevated toilet though no grab bars. And one bathroom with a walk in shower, but not extra grab bars. One "noisy" elevator from parking lot to 2nd floor. Spectacular ocean view. Enjoyed the dolphins.

Great spot for fishing!

Our group included 43 family and friends. All rented different units at New Haven. New Haven is the perfect place if there are any fishermen or women in the group. Families can watch the fish or swim in the pool beside the unit. They can alligator hunt , go to the other pools on the island , or tour the island by golf cart. We cooked out in the Courtyard many times. Grilled our catch of the day and had pot luck. We loved the convenience of this unit because you can go out the back to the deck on the ocean or out the front door to common area and garage. Everyone had a great time.

More than relaxing

This property was just what we were looking for. We are all 65+ years old. There were no steps in the condo. We could sit outside and be within 50 feet of the water. There was a great, shaded sitting area right outside the condo while there was also a great sitting area in the sun. The choice was ours. We enjoyed our stay so much in October that we are going back in December and hopefully again in May. MaryBeth was a hostess with the mostest. Very quick to answer questions and also very accommodating.

Beautiful place!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. It is much bigger than I expected. I loved the window views of the ocean and being right above the water listening to the waves crashing on the wall below. The island is quaint. The beach is clean and expansive. The deer are everywhere and unfased by humans. Mary was polite and quick to respond to my texts. The one thing that was tricky is finding the designated parking spot. Ask Mary how to find it before arriving. I will be back, perhaps in winter when it is not so humid.

Beautiful, super relaxing vacation!

We loved the location of the property, we got to see the sunset every morning, we even saw dolphins a few mornings! The kitchen and dining room were both great for meals at home! Great condo

Great condo, a little dated, but very clean. Great view of the sunrise outside on your patio. The only negative is there is no direct beach access in front of the condo. There is one beach access a short walk away, but only usable during low tide. You will have to drive your golf cart at least 10 minutes to get to a beach access that is usable all day. Not a deal breaker, as the condo is very nice, and has incredible views of the ocean, and is steps away from the golf course. The owner is extremely nice, and available if you have questions.
