Willkommen in unserem zweiten Zuhause in Phoenix East. Sie werden dieses mit Annehmlichkeiten gefüllte Anwesen in Phoenix East, 27100 Perdido Beach Boulevard, Orange Beach, AL 36561, lieben.

Wir haben unsere Wohnung mit 2 Kingsize- und 2 Queensize-Betten ausgestattet. Wir haben gerade einen DVR-Recorder zum Fernseher im Wohnzimmer hinzugefügt, damit Sie Ihre Lieblingssendungen aufnehmen können, während Sie den Strand genießen. Jetzt müssen Sie sich nicht mehr entscheiden, ob Sie Ihre Lieblingsshow oder unseren schönen Strand verpassen möchten. Sie können beides haben !! Neben einer spektakulären Aussicht vom großen Balkon und dem Hauptschlafzimmer am Meer gibt es einen kostenlosen Schlägerball, beleuchtete Tennisplätze, ein Fitnesscenter, Basketballplätze, einen Shuffle-Board-Platz, einen Volleyball am Strand sowie einen großen beheizten Außenpool und einen beheizten Innenpool mit 2 Whirlpools am Meer. Für die Kinder gibt es einen Wasserspielplatz "Splash Pad". Wir haben auch 4 Ocean Front BBQ Grills.

Unsere Wohnung hat einen viel größeren Wohnbereich und Küche als die typischen 3-Zimmer-Wohnungen in der Gegend zum gleichen Preis. Wir haben gerade alle neuen Edelstahlgeräte hinzugefügt, neue Betten, einen 60 "-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und 40" -Flachbildfernseher in allen Schlafzimmern.

Great week at the beach!

Condo was perfect! It was well equipped with kitchen tools and appliances. Beds were super comfortable. Easy beach access and very nice pool area. Enjoyed walking to restaurants and along the beautiful beach. Definitely received this condo for a relaxing, stress free vacation. Thank you!

Great place to stay!

This is our second time to stay here. We absolutely love it. The condo is clean, comfortable and has a great ocean view. Close proximity to restaurants and grocery shopping. Plan to return again. Only downside is the elevators weren’t working well, but that’s not the owners fault! Highly recommend!

Great Spot in Orange Beach!

We loved this property! It’s larger, lighter and brighter than it looks in photos. Plenty of space for our family of 8. Loved the beach at the property - very flat and lots of seashells. Pool area was great. Splash pad wasn’t working but wasn’t a bug deal. Conveniently located near everything we wanted, great communication from the host… would gladly stay here again!

Spring break with family 2023..

The condo was very nice, it was close to the ocean, pool and hot tub. It was easy to get in and out of and close to shopping. Plenty of parking. One thing that needs to be replaced is the stopper inside the toilet in the master bathroom and some hand towels would be great for the bathrooms. The master bath toilet would run if the stopper wasn't put back on my hand.

Family Vacation

We really liked this condo and will stay there again. It was clean and the family liked the layout. The day we arrived, there was an issue with the toilet in the master bathroom. It took a couple of days for maintenance to get to us but that was ok. My husband was able to make it work until maintenance was able to fix it. Housekeeping could take a little extra time to get underneath couches and beds. That’s the only thing that I have to complain about and I’m not really complaining about it. The main areas were clean.

Fell short of expectations

The location of the property is really good. The beach is fantastic white sand and not that crowded. The unit is on the top floor, nice to not have anyone above you. The view from the balcony is great. Furniture is nice and appears pretty new. We had multiple problems that lead me ultimately to not give a positive review. This property is really showing the age. The common area leading to the pool/beach was a mess. Missing ceiling tiles, exposed ductwork, constant standing water issues. On arrival, the unit was not clean. There was sticky ketchup residue on the table. Counters had crumbs. Some of the kitchen supplies had been put away dirty and had to be washed before use. The rug in the living area was really dirty, hard to tell if it had even been vacuumed. The toilet in the master bedroom was not secured to the floor. This was discovered when someone sat on it and came very close to falling over. Resolution took a couple days. The toilet in the second bathroom had trouble flushing. Low water pressure in showers. The kitchen items were in terrible condition. Both frying pans had chipped Teflon, making them unsafe to use. I should note here, that you should be prepared to provide literally all cooking supplies in the kitchen. There was not even a salt/pepper shaker. The bathroom towels were thin and low quality. There was no enforcement of rules, kids were using the hot tub throughout our stay and making lots of noise. Overall, not a good value.

Great condo on 15th floor

Great view and condo had starter of detergent etc. Bring extra paper towels and garbage bags if you will be here awhile. Kitchen had all appliances and dishes needed. Owners responsive and helpful. Thank you

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay. The view is nice. Bedding accommodations are good and got good nights sleep. Appreciated the extra beach chairs, floats, etc. in the balcony closet. We did have issue with the refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser which were not in working order during our stay. We also could not get the living room DVD player to work for us during our stay.

Very comfy condo with excellent view

The reclining sofas were perfect for the rainy week we had. Hanging out and watch movies was so comfortable vs some back ache from sitting a a wicker sofa. The beds were comfortable also. This condo was had great quality appliances and everything was in working order. The owner was very quick and helpful for a couple of questions we had while there. The building and property were well maintained and clean. The location was close to the jetty which is great for watching boats. Leaving the parking lot going the opposite direction was always easy as the roads are well done in this area. We would stay again if we need 3 bedrooms.

Great family vacation!!

What a wonderful vacation! The booking process was simple and communication with the host prompt. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for our family to relax. The view was beautiful! Being on the top level, the birds flew at our balcony level. Located right on the beach. We had a fantastic time and will be doing it again.

Perfect Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying in this unit during our spring break trip! The condo was clean and included many extra amenities. Our children loved all the beach toys that were available. The owners were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again and are already planning our next trip!

Wonderful property for a Friend/Family Spring Break Vacation

From the time of booking until check out the experience was wonderful. Rick and Bev were great at answering questions and responses were quick. We had 4 adults and 4 kids ages 15, 8, 5, 4 with us. The condo was spacious and perfect for all of us. We enjoyed the beach and the indoor pool. The outdoor pool was just a tad to cold to enjoy (but not something controlled by the host). The staff at the condo were friendly and helpful. The reason check in process as a little chaotic was the door code did not work but the front desk resolved the issue promptly! The condo was clean. We will be adding this property as a place to return if we can find time to get back to the area! It exceeded expectations! Thank you.

4/5 because of one thing…

Overall property was great! The condo was stocked with everything we needed. However, we had to wash our feet before bed, even on the first night, because the floor was so dirty. After looking in the condo book, we found that the cleaners sweep the place but only mop the kitchen. Had the floor not been dirty, this place would be 5 stars. The view from the 15th floor was amazing - great for watching dolphins!

My wife and I live in Missouri and have been coming to the beach for over 15 years. We welcome others to share our condo and experience the wonders of the beach as we have.

Spectacular views from the Penthouse level and a larger living area and kitchen than other units renting for the same price in other condo buildings. We are within blocks of several restaurants and eating establishments. Within about 2 miles you will find every kind of restaurant including fast food, pizza , many fine sea food restaurants and everything in between. We are about 1.5 miles from the world famous Florabama ocean front bar and restaurant and home to many popular beach front events.

The moment you walk in you will be blown away by the view as we were. The large living room has extra space you won't find in many condos at our price point.
