Dieses wunderschöne Haus in Fort Gratiot ist ein ganzjähriges Privathaus mit einem fantastischen privaten Sandstrand, der der perfekte Ort ist, um den Frachtverkehr auf den Großen Seen zu beobachten. Dieses Haus befindet sich inmitten einer wunderschönen kleinen Gemeinschaft von Strandhäusern.
Es gibt 5 Schlafzimmer (drei Zimmer mit Queensize-Betten), ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein Zimmer mit einem eingebauten Zweibettzimmer.
Die Hauptebene verfügt über ein großes Zimmer mit einem Gaskamin, einem Großbildfernseher, einer Küche sowie einem Wohn- / Essbereich mit offenem Konzept, einem Hauptschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss (französisches Bett) und einem Vollbad im Erdgeschoss. Hauptdeck, Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien und Gasgrill.
Die obere Ebene hat die anderen 4 zusätzlichen Schlafzimmer (2 Queen-Schlafzimmer). Großbildfernseher im Hauptschlafzimmer, Vollbad und WC. Das Oberdeck neben den 2 Queensize-Schlafzimmern bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Huronsee und Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien mit Sichtschutz.
Das Haus hat zentrale Luft / Wärme, mit Deckenventilatoren im ganzen Haus. Es hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Extras wie Mikrowelle, Entsorgung, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, eine vollständige Auswahl an Utensilien, Geschirr, Kochgeschirr, Besteck und Feuerstelle am Strand. Alle Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Sie sollten Ihre eigenen Strandtücher mitbringen. Gasgrill und Gartenmöbel auf beiden Decks und rund um die Strandfeuergrube.
Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Alle Ledermöbel - Schnitt, Couch, Liebessitz, Liegen. 50 'Flachbildschirm-Erdgeschoss und 42' im Hauptschlafzimmer im Obergeschoss, Kabel-TV (Comcast) mit blauer Farbe und WLAN inklusive. Weitere Extras sind eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in voller Größe, ein Wein- und Getränkekühler, zusätzliche Stühle, ein Servicezelt und Klapptische für die Unterhaltung im Freien.
Keine kalten Duschen ..... Das Haus verfügt über endloses heißes Wasser, das von einem neuen energiesparenden Warmwasserbereiter ohne Tank bereitgestellt wird.
Wohnzimmer hat einen ventless Erdgaskamin mit Direktübertragung.
KEINE STROMUNTERBRECHUNGEN in Ihrem Urlaub, da das Haus über einen neuen Erdgasgenerator verfügt, der bei Stromausfall in der Umgebung die Stromversorgung des Hauses automatisch wiederherstellt.

Check in was a breeze. The deck overlooking the lake is wonderful. The house is right on the lake and it is so easy to get up and down to the water. The house has lots of outdoor chairs and toys to accommodate even a big family. A wonderful place to stay, we will be back again.

Great vacation house

Our stay was relaxing, owner was available quickly for any concerns. Neighborhood was friendly and clean. Water front was beautiful, just right for kids playing, rock collectors, watching sunrise with a cup of coffee in the mornings or watching freighters go by. Something for just about any age.

Amazing and beautiful spot for R&R

Do yourself a favor and book this gorgeous property. The views of Lake Huron are startlingly beautiful, the house is large and can accommodate many people without issue (we had 6 adults and 2 kiddos with us and never felt like we were on top of each other), and most importantly the host, Mark, is a genuinely kind and helpful gentleman. He was communicative from the time we booked until we checked out. The house backs up to Lake Huron so you only have to walk down a handful of steps to reach the beach, literally in the backyard. The house was spic and span when we arrived and had pretty much everything we needed in terms of kitchen drink ware/cookware and utensils, bath towels, lounge chairs, etc. We would love to stay again. Perfect week on the water

My husband and I recently traveled here with our two kids (3 and almost 1) for the week. It was really a home away from home. The house Is set up very nicely - the kitchen has everything you may need and washer and dryer definitely make the trip easier. The views out over the lake are amazing, and our 3 year old loved watching all of the large boats go by from the back sliding glass door. The area is nice and quiet and the house is in a perfect location - really great for small kids, as you don’t need to pack up and go anywhere, but can just walk down the stairs to the great little strip of beach. The house has a large deck looking out over the water and a fire pit down on the beach. There was also a great little park with walking trails nearby for the couple of days that it was a little too windy to head down to the water. Mark was incredibly accommodating and helpful- great to work with. We definitely look forward to returning.

Lake Huron 2019

This was an amazing property!! The Lake was awesome and the location was perfect for our grandkids!! I don’t think they have ever been happier on vacation!! We all loved it! The neighbor, Andy, was a delight. Our 9 year old grandson had great conversations with him. We all loved seeing Andy on his back deck and chatting with him. Amazing time on the lake

The property was exactly as described and right on the lake in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of parks in the area also, if you have kids. We stayed at Mark's place for a week in June. Being right on the beach made it super easy with small kids. We didn't have to pack anything or drive, just headed down stairs. The property also has a lot of toys and beach supplies! Communication was super fast and easy! Thanks!

My old home growing up as a kid.

This was my home as a kid, my parents bought it in 1959 when I was 2 yrs old and kept it in the family until Mark bought it about 8 years ago. We rented as a family for boat weekend a few years ago and had all the family there. I live 4 miles away and stop by from time to time what new things have been added. Mark takes pride in this home and has added to the second floor bedrooms, built a new great master bath and second floor deck. This home has everything you need for a great family week vacation. Top of the line everything. You will not find a nicer home on the lake for your get away. Just less than a mile to a great mall and lots of food places. If you are lucky enough to rent this home you will never forget the fun times.

Wonderful Experience

Wonderful house right on the beach. The house had all amenities you could think of. Enough dishes and cooking items so meals out aren't needed. Found everything we needed. Had 20 for dinner one night. Plenty of room. Owner is easy to work with. Very responsive and very interested in pleasing the renters. Beautiful location.
