Dieses 3 Schlafzimmer 3 Bad Wohnung im ersten Stock wurde im Jahr 2006 errichtet. Es ist nach Westen und jeden Nachmittag mit einer frischen Brise vom Meer und einem wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang gesegnet. Der Pool und Palapa sind Meter vom Strand entfernt, der nie überfüllt ist. Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank, Herd und Backofen. Reinigungsservice wird einmal pro Woche geliefert (3 Stunden). Optional Klimaanlage ist in den Sommermonaten für die Kosten der verbrauchten Elektrizität zur Verfügung. Ausgezeichnete Restaurants sind nur ein oder zwei Blocks von unserer Haustür.

Lovely vacation house - great community and wonderful, friendly people. You will love the people.

We were so excited to get to Manzanillo and actually see our vacation home. It looked so lovely in the pictures and we were hoping that it would be as good, when we got there. It was so much better than we'd imagined. Right on the beach! We watched the sealife and ships every day while drinking coffee in the morning. We saw dolphins, rays and whales in the bay. Awesome.

The palapa was one of our favorite places to be. The pool is so wonderful. Perfect temperature and kept very clean.

There is a wrecked ship/concrete directly in front of the house. Great snorkeling but we felt that it maybe made the beach access difficult. We did notice that in front of the houses on either side, the beach access was very easy. Lots of families going in and out of the water with no problems.

The house is amazing. We loved it. We did have a few maintenance issues that were being taken care of while we were there. Paul, the owner was there during some of the time that we were there. He is a great guy and he worked very hard to get issues taken care of. We realized that we were in Mexico and expected it to take a while to get things taken care of!

Wal Mart and Soriano's are about 2 miles away. Very easy to get to and a taxi was about 1.00. Just walk out to the main street (one block) and get a taxi. Very easy. Maybe 2 blocks away is OXXO (like a 7-11). They have pretty much any essential item you could use (eggs, butter, etc).

Taxi at the airport was 515 pesos for the entire taxi. It was 35.00 for entire taxi (not per person) to get back to the airport. It is between 30-40 minutes away.

We absolutely loved the house and our vacation and can't wait to return. Thank you Paul! It was great to spend time with you and hope to do it again soon.

Pictures are great But Don't Always Tell True Story Stayed in Lower Unit Mar17-31 2017

Manzanillo is great wish I could say the same about the house. The location and views from the house are second to none. Upon arrival we had the fridge leaking water on the floor freezer would not freeze ice. Paul said it has been working off and on repair man came twice over next couple days made it worst. Paul had left for home so I called and we got the small fridge from his apartment. A couple days later a new fridge showed up and sat in the basement was still there when we checked out on Mar 31st. Kitchen is not very well stocked a two cup coffee maker we used instant because four of us drank coffee. If you plan to cook don't use the center grill on the stove or you might get blown up. Stove in general should be replaced burners are not burning right hard to light at times Paul was made aware of this before leaving and nothing was done. Kitchen cabinets stink and are falling apart rusted handles. We had to ask for coffee cups a broom and mop take a can opener it doesn't work. Don't plan on doing much grilling he calls it a Mexican grill tire rim with re bar legs we had to buy a top grate from Walmart to cook on it no tongs . Neither us or people upstairs got any charcoal which he says that first bag is on him. Maid does just an OK job bathroom window in master hasn't been cleaned in weeks and has little bugs crawling on counter. The pool is great and clean not enough chairs we informed Paul he had a broken one said if you see any to let him know lol. We purchased a new one our self's. This could be a very nice place with some TLC yes it is on the water and things are going to break down and rust but that is part of doing business. Yes I would stay again if whoever buys it makes it what it should be at present condition I would not stay again. Location to eat out is great if that is all you are looking for . This review is not based on just one it is how all four feel.

Vermieter-Kommentar: On the evening the reviewer arrived I greeted him and his party, showed them around and asked them to advise me if they were missing anything. I received a list later and it include more coffee cups, a broom and mop, tongs etc. The next morning I delivered most of the items and they told me they had the rest including tongs and were content. Mops and brooms are kept in the garage which you must walk through when accessing the apartment from the street. Prior to their arrival I had inspected the unit, the fridge and freezer were working, there were no unwanted odours, the unit was clean with no insects on the counters and the cabinets were in good shape. These people were heavy drinkers often starting by the pool at 9 AM and continuing through the day and evening. I talked to them 5 times and on two occasions the following day they were confused or didn’t remember what had been said the evening before. They arrived on a Friday and on the Sunday told me the freezer side of the fridge was leaking, I informed them it had been repaired a few months previously and was under guarantee, Monday by 10 AM it was repaired, I checked with them Tuesday morning and was told it was good and making ice, later in the day I was told it was broken again, I offered them a fridge from my apartment but they declined saying it was only the freezer, it was fixed but broke again and I made the decision to buy a new fridge. I again offered my fridge while waiting for the new unit to arrive, this time it was accepted. By now I was out of the country, cabled the money to my staff who had the fridge delivered but the tenant wasn’t there when it arrived and they never requested it to be moved into the apartment, a situation I was unaware of. The stove had a misaligned orifice and was repaired, gas BBQ’s don’t work in the wind that blows every afternoon and evening, there was charcoal there when they arrived, I offered to buy more but they declined and told me they already had bought more. If you don’t want insects in warm climates keep the premises clean. Since taking sole proprietorship three years ago I continue to improve the building. In the past few months this apartment has received all new screens, a new water heater, new water pressure system plus routine maintenance including fumigation. Each year the percentage of returning guests increases and this year it was over 66% and will increase next year. Read all of the reviews.

Another great holiday in Mexico

We were back at the condo for a second year and enjoyed ourselves once again. Wonderful weather, view and accommodations. Close to many local restaurants and shopping. Quiet and restorative. A great place to escape from the cold Canadian winter!

Great view right on the ocean

This was our 2nd time to stay here. Again it was great for us and we will look forward to staying there again next year when we return to Manzanillo.

Great place to Stay

We stayed here for 10 days in February. You can not ask for a better view of the ocean, with easy access to the ocean and clean beach to walk on. Very nice accommodations and no car needed, there are many place to eat and shop within walking distance of Condo. We will defiantly stay here again the next time we travel to this area.

A great winter getaway!

Absolutely fantastic! Casa del Mar is a wonderful place for a vacation in the sun. Situated right on the beach of Manzanillo Bay it offers a fabulous view of the ocean. It was great just sitting and watching the ships come and go, the locals swimming and fishing, the sand crabs scurry about, not to mention the magnificent waves and sunsets. The beach is accessible by a short walk around a neighbouring property.

The condo itself was perfect - lots of room for everyone with a well appointed kitchen and large dinning and sitting areas. A beautiful ocean breeze along with ceiling and floor fans in each room made for very comfortable living. The grounds are very well maintained along with a lovely, very clean pool. Great security both at street and beach levels.

Shopping, Saturday market, restaurants and a great beach for family fun are all easy to get to by using a very simple bus system (usually only one bus needed for any destination). The local people are wonderful - speak a bit of English and very open/happy to having tourists in their community.

Many thanks to Paul for making us feel welcome and comfortable. We look forward to returning next year.
