My name is Fred Miclat and I own Blackfoot Lodge, a rental vacation house in South Lake Tahoe, California. I have been managing my own vacation rental house for over 14 years now. My only complaint for the vacation rental business is that I did not start it sooner as I really love it!

I handle every aspect involved with rental management (for example; bookings, cleaning, maintenance, repairs, etc…). My most important goal is client's satisfaction.
