Hi Robert, we are saddened and surprised at your four star rating of our place and our response to your needs, especially since you did not actually stay at the house! We had confirmed your arrival 2 days prior and the house was ready for you and your family. When you did not arrive as expected on the first night, we reached out the next day to check on you. At that time you told us you would not be staying after all. Even though a refund was not required since your reservation had already begun, we returned not only your cleaning fee but an additional amount that in your words was very generous. "Oh my. That is very generous of you both." We work hard to maintain a five star rating and we look forward to having you join us in the future for an actual stay! :) We hope that the arrival of your fifth Grandchild goes well.
