um bequem Platz für bis zu 12 Personen. Bietet Platz für große Gruppen von bis zu 36 Personen, wenn alle 3 Eigentumswohnungen im selben Komplex mit 4 Einheiten gemietet werden.
Erdgeschoss: 1 geschlossenen Garage, große offene Schlafzimmer mit einem Vollbad, Waschmaschine / Trockner

Unsere 392-Ferienwohnung in Franklin verfügt über wunderschöne Balkone mit Meerblick im 2. und 3. Stock.

Kelly (the owner) was super responsive and accommodating. We had a big group so we booked her 2 properties, and the entire process was smooth. She even agreed to give us 1 hour early check in and 1 hour late check out.

Our stay was excellent. Everything about the property was as described and easily accommodated our family of 6 (a senior, 2 parents, 3 teens (17, 18, 20). The condo is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked. We enjoyed our meals and socialized nearby at a family member’s home but could have done so in this lovely property. Privacy and space would have been a challenge if there were more of us. Lots of stairs which I (the grandma) managed. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us.

Our family had an amazing time and it was great to be close to the beach and walking distance to the downtown / main street to eats, entertainment and pier. However, beware of many steps down to the beach (approx 140 ) but worth it.

This property was in a great location. The ocean view is available from 2 balconies. There is an amazing amount of storage. The kitchen has all that is necessary but no Keurig.The stairs are unusually steep and should be mentioned as grandparents had a difficult time navigating these.The "futon" are very uncomfortable and not fit to be called sleeping for 4 additional people.

Great Condo

Perfect location

Clean, beds very comfortable, all amenities appreciated, walked to restaurants, pier and beach. Got our exercise going up and down those Wilmar Stairs!

Great Stay!

This condo was a great location - was visiting SLO for a bridal shower with friends & decided to stay on the coast. There were 7 of us - slept comfortably and had plenty of space. Nice & convenient to SLO, Pismo, Avila Beach. Wish we could of stayed longer - but it was a quick weekend trip.

Family weekend

The area and condo were both amazing, the kids all enjoyed the quick walk to the beach, easy highway access and food and entertainment within minutes of the condo! Thank you Kelly for responding so quickly when we got lost it was a pleasure staying here

Steps away from ocean

We had a blast! So close to the beach, comfortable beds, loved having access to the garage. Lots to do within a minutes drive.

Kelly was very responsive. The home was just lovely and although close to the freeway in a great location close to everything. The home was spacious and comfortable.
