Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und für die Wahl unserer Wohnung. In der Tat hat die Wohnung sehr schöne Meerblicke und sehr gut gelegen. Die Seafront in Malta sind auch Hauptstraßen, daher wird es Verkehr geben. In dieser Straße verläuft nur der lokale Verkehr, da der meiste Verkehr von einer anderen Autobahn weiter landeinwärts verläuft. Jedoch gehen die Busse, seit sie aus dem Inneren des Dorfes kommen, von der Wohnung aus. Die Bushaltestelle ist gerade von der Wohnung und so ist es sehr einfach, einen Bus zu nehmen und zu allen touristischen Attraktionen zu gehen. Klimaanlage ist in der Wohnung vorerst nicht vorhanden. Wir glauben, dass die Seabreeze, die Insektenschutzgitter in allen Fenstern und 4 Ventilatoren pro Wohnung, die fehlende direkte Sonneneinstrahlung auf die Wohnung, die Wohnung kühl genug macht, Klimaanlage zu vermeiden. It is Romantic and since it faces a bay and not the open sea at night it enjoys also a nice view of the bay all lit up. The lights illuminating the bay reflect in the sea and make a very romantic atmosphere. Thus we named the block Harbour Lights. We hope you will be our guest again in the near future. Thank you for your review and a special thank you for having been our guests. Indeed the apartment is very well located, bus stop on main bus routes just outside the door and the front combined room and balcony enjoy great sea views and sunsets. This apartment is one of very few in Malta that enjoy bay views also at night. In fact this is where the name Harbour Lights came from. We equip the apartments to the best standards so our guests have a comfortable stay. Buildings in Malta are made of stone and concrete with no insulation. Thus in winter some small heating is required for persons coming from countries are used to have central heating at home.( the Maltese do not heat their homes). In Summer the apartment enjoys cool sea breezes. We are continuously investing in our properties and as from 2020, all apartments in the block will have air conditioned (heating and cooling) in every room. Re tours etc. Being Maltese and have worked in tourism all our lives, we know exactly the best places/tours to suggest to our guests, basted on their preferences, age, length of stay etc. We do not provide manuals in apartment as they rarely last long, however most items have indicated on them instructions on how to use them. further re we are care full to buy easy to use appliances. We do a good welcome meeting and show how to use most items. We are available by Whats app, email, phones, Facebook, for very long hours every day. We encourage guests to ask us for any help they may need as we are always available to help. Welcome food packs are always given to late or night arrivals. Early arrivals are normally given a complimentary wine, coffee and some mineral water bottles, toilet paper and a starter pack for soaps and shampoo. We used to provide most of the items mentioned. Now a days there are many persons with strict food lifestyles and allergies and most of our food packs made of simple food ingreadients like bread butter, milk, cheese ham etc.) are left untouched, which is a real waste. Thus we decided it is easier to just give more basic complimentary wine, coffee and water and then give better 24/7 customer service. Tak for din anmeldelse! Glad for, at du kunne lide lejligheden og vores service! Vi er stolte af begge og fortsætter med at forsøge at forbedre. Jeg er enig i aircondition. Vi vil se på at installere nogle i denne blok også. I år installerede vi 50 air condition enheder i andre aparments, der havde brug for det mere. Harbour Lights Block, har en fantastisk seabreeze, der er mange fans og insekt skærme i alle døre og vinduer. Lejlighederne er også udsat for solen bortset fra balkonen om eftermiddagen. Så de har virkelig brug for afkøling på meget få dage i året. Men som jeg sagde, vil denne vinter vi passe ind i denne blok, også nogle fine aircondition enheder! Vores mål er at få de bedste ferielejligheder på Malta. Så vi håber at se dig igen næste sommer !!! Så næste gang får vi en 5 stjerner !!! :) Hilsen fra Sunny Malta!!
