Lots of little things did not work on the property. Light bulbs were out, blinds did not work properly, windows did not open or stay open, gas igniter on grill did not work, video game didn’t work in game room. Furniture is sparse. Cleanliness below standards. View was good. Welcoming to pets.

Only bad thing is every dish pan and pot and utensil that we grabbed had to be re washed theres was old dry food stick on everything. And place was very dusty. I was sneezing my whole stay.Also some of our towels and covers were stained .Luckily we brought some of our own. Overall cleaning crew needs to do better. We had a few issues with theater connection and working the stuff inside the cabin but all my answers and concerns were answered in a timely fashion Thank you very much for that.

The house was very beautiful and clean. It was easy to access and host kept us up to speed on how to access the property and leave. Beautiful views and accessibility out on the porches. The cabin had everything we needed, other than being short on toilet paper for 14 guests (after running out the first night we learned we needed to get our own). It was also close to many things like Food City (we made several trips), downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Dollywood! We had a great time and it was a beautiful place to meet up with family for a long weekend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed our long weekend at Diamond in the Rough. We enjoyed having the kitchen and main living area together. The theater room was nice too.

Overall great place to stay

Might consider updating some appliances and supplies like pots and pans and cleaning supplies (broom, etc.). The oven broke during our stay and we ended up not being able to use a lot of our groceries. Otherwise was a beautiful place.

From the booking process until the end of our stay, we were informed on what to expect, check in / out process and given area information which was extremely helpful. The cabin was in a great location and had plenty of space for our group. The Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and enough dishes making it easy to cook our meals. Kids loved the pool table and movie room. We would returned to this cabin in the future!
