Unser Haus ist ein 140 mÂČ großes Penthouse auf 2 Ebenen mit atemberaubendem Meerblick in Saronida, der prestigetrĂ€chtigen Gegend an der Athener Riviera, nur 20 Minuten vom Flughafen Athen entfernt. Ausgestattet mit allen modernen Einrichtungen bietet es Platz fĂŒr (5) Personen, mit der Option, bis zu (7) zu schlafen.

Die Aussicht von diesem stilvollen Haus ist atemberaubend. Ein sehr wichtiger Faktor ist die ruhige Nachbarschaft, da sie in der besten Gegend von Saronida liegt, abseits von Verkehr und LĂ€rm!

Das Haus wurde mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, um Ihren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis zu machen. Das Haus besteht aus zwei (2) Schlafzimmern, einem Schlafsofa, einem Dachboden (optional können 2 Zustellbetten bereitgestellt werden) mit eigenem Balkon und komplettem Grill, zwei (2) kompletten Badezimmern, einem gerĂ€umigen Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Sitzgelegenheiten Acht (8) und ein großes Sofa mit Blick auf den Kamin. Die große KĂŒche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Ceranherd, Backofen, GeschirrspĂŒler, Waschmaschine, KĂŒhl- und Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Saftpresse. Eine Zentralheizung, WLAN und ein Flachbild-TV sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer, die KĂŒche, das Hauptschlafzimmer, das Sofa und der Dachboden haben alle Zugang zu Veranden mit atemberaubendem Blick ĂŒber die Saronische Bucht und das Meer, wo das Auge schweifen kann.

Unsere GĂ€ste haben auch Zugang zu unseren GĂ€rten mit Grill und parken ihr Auto auf dem privaten Parkplatz in der Garage.

Die Lage kombiniert erstaunliche Eigenschaften. Der Strand ist nur zwei (2) Autominuten entfernt. Die beste KĂŒste zum Windsurfen in der Region Athen mit Mietservice ist nur fĂŒnf (5) Autominuten entfernt. NĂ€he zu exklusiven Spa-Resorts und Clubs. Die archĂ€ologische StĂ€tte von Kap Sounion mit dem Poseidon, dem Gott des Meeres, gewidmeten Tempel ist eine 20-minĂŒtige Fahrt entfernt. Unser Standort bietet alle Vorteile am Meer und ist nur 35 Minuten vom Zentrum Athens entfernt.

Der Flughafen Athen (Eleftherios Venizelos) ist 20 Autominuten von unserem Haus entfernt. Alle großen Vermietungsagenturen und Limousinenservices sind am Flughafen vertreten.
Bushaltestellen sind fĂŒnf (5) Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt und bringen Sie nach Athen, zu Straßenbahnhaltestellen und zur U-Bahn von Athen.

This was our first trip to Greece and I cannot say enough about this house we stayed at and Chris, the owner. Leading up to our trip he was very communicative about what to expect and answer ans questions we had. Once we were there he was always available to answer questions, give recommendations on where to eat near by, and wonderful places to visit that were easy to get to. We would not have enjoyed our stay as much as we did without the knowledge and advice from Chris. I would 100% stay at this place again.

We stayed for a month and the penthouse was wonderful. The view of the Saronic Bay was so relaxing and the town of Saronida was was a quiet, welcoming town with good restaurants and services. We so enjoyed feeling a part of the community during our visit.Christos was a very welcoming host. He welcomed us on our first day, gave us great recommendations and supported us with anything we needed throughout our visit no matter when we called. The penthouse had the basics available and setup well for a young family. We had originally planned for 6 adults staying together and we are glad our plans did not work out as the sleeping arrangements are more for a young family setup. Thanks Christos for making our visit such a wonderful experience! We would happily stay there again.

Nice flat near to the coast

We spent a long weekend in Saronida and we enjoyed the beatiful view and surroundings. Unfortunately we were unlucky because some neighbours were renovating their houses and so there was noise in the morning.

Wonderful sunset and sea views

We had a lovely time and Christos was very welcoming and full of information about the local area. We loved the sea views and enjoyed the sunsets every evening from the balcony. It was a clean and modern apartment. We enjoyed exploring the local beaches. I recommend a hire car to get around. The coastal drive was stunning. We also visited Athens one day.

Magnificent View

The property was well equipped. The view was magnificent. The directions were accurate and check in was seamless. The property manager was easy to contact and very attentive. Street parking was always available, we were able to park in front of the villa since there were very few cars. Be prepared to climb 3 flights of stairs, but the view is worth it. There are plenty of windows and a very refreshing breeze most days. We highly recommend this property.

fantastic apartment with wonderful view and friendly host

For one week we rented the apartment from Christos and Elina. From our first home-away contact, to our late arrival, the wonderful recommendations of Christo, to our departure, we felt the hospitality and welcome. The view from the balcony is unique and the location exactly between Athens and the Poseidon Temple is perfect. To various beaches it is only a few minutes by car. After Athens it is best to follow Christo's recommendation and drive about 35 minutes to a metro station and then you are almost at the Acropolis. Just wonderful, we'll be back. Quiet location with excellent views

Fine views across Saronida and to the sea and islands beyond from the extensive balcony areas are the key attractions of this apartment. Very few drawbacks except for the large number of steps to climb both for reaching the front door, and then up to the second floor, especially with suitcases etc (and three sets of sometimes temprmental locks). The apartment is in a very quiet residential area and to reach the shops, restaurants and the beaches, involves a walk of around 0.5mile, plus uphill coming back late at night. Minor issues concerning cooker power, keys and bathroom shower were quickly dealt with (via WhatsApp) by Christos, who maintained good communications throughout our stay.

FANTASTIC stay with an awesome ocean view & sunsets!

There were 7 of us traveling on a family trip and this space was spacious and very comfortable for our whole group! The area was great with only a short walk to the beautiful little town and beaches. We had everything needed in the kitchen and it was great having natural air flowing through the place which kept us very confortable. The responsiveness & recommendations from Christos were plentiful and really appreciated! I would recommend this place for those who want to be out of the very busy area and like to enjoy the nice calmness & beauty of the area, but would like to take day trips to places like Athens, which we did. ! Our only regret was that we chose not to rent a car so we spent a lot of money on taxis
I would suggest downloading the FreeNow app which gets you taxis at a very reasonable price - we figured this out after being greatly over-charged the first two days. We hope to return to this FANTASTIC PENTHOUSE in SARONIDA! Sas efcharistó kai YAMAS, Christos!

Beautiful apartment

This apartment was very clean and had beautiful views. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment, 4 flights from ground level. Parking is plentiful and everyone we encountered in Saronida was very friendly. Our host Christos was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions or concerns. He provided us with excellent directions and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. It was very hot when we stayed this month. The listing indicates the apartment is airconditioned but just know there is only air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, not in any of the common areas. So if you are not used to heat it can be hard to adjust and feel comfortable in the hot temperatures. The windows do open and you can get air movement throughout the suite.

Perfect location and gorgeous sunsets!

We had such a great time at this beautiful Saronida penthouse apartment! We loved waking up every morning and having breakfast on the deck and would even rush home from our sightseeing adventures in order to pick up food at the Mymarket down the street to enjoy dinner on the deck watching the sunset. We hardly ate out at all because we just enjoyed being there so much. Every evening after sunset, we would go upstairs to the cozy loft and play Uno as a family or go to the upper deck to lay and look at all the stars. The location is perfect because you’re not stuck in the city of Athens traffic
 it’s very easy to drive to the metro station on the southern outskirts of Athens, park the car (6€/day) and take the subway into the Acropolis. From Saronida, you can take highways avoiding Athens Center in order to get to Apollos temple in Delphi, the cliff top Monasteries in the Meteora and it’s a short but beautiful coastal drive south to Poseidon’s temple at the southern tip of the Greece Attic Region. We really loved our visit and the attentive hospitality we were given from check in through check out. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Views!

We stayed here for one week at the end of October and loved it. The uniquely designed apartment was spacious, relaxing and spotlessly clean on arrival, Christos was there to meet us and show us around. Parking is easy if you have a car. There are wonderful sea views from the balconies, perfect for sitting out in the evening with a drink and enjoying the sunsets. The apartment has everything you need if you want to eat in, and it was all good quality. The location is good for going into Athens, and for exploring the rest of Attica. There are beaches nearby and a selection of restaurants in Saronida, with more along the main road. Getting to Athens is easy on the Metro, we found the best way was to drive to Elliniko and pick up the Metro from there. You can also get the tram from Voulas but it's slower. The tram is ideal to go the beaches along the coast, and to Glyfada if you want to do some shopping. Christos was a great host and always available if we needed to ask anything. We would be happy to stay here again if we returned to this area and would highly recommend!

Gorgeous view of the ocean

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Christos and Elina's property. Christos met us when we arrived, showed us around the property, had a fire roaring in the fireplace, had some sealed Prosecco and treats in a basket so we could ring in the New Year in style. He was responsive if we ever had questions, though we were usually off exploring. Their place provides plenty of space for a family or larger group and has all the amenities necessary to be comfortable. It is convenient to drive or take the bus / train towards Athens, which boasts tons of sight-seeing opportunities, or surrounding attractions such as Poseiden's Temple. Alternatively, one can stay closer to the rental property (losing count of the number of balconies!) and relax on the beach - it really is only a couple minutes' drive past pizza shops and the like. We were visiting for Christmas and New Years and had quite a lovely stay. The owner is eco-conscious and tries to heat the place responsibly, with a combination of solar panels, heating oil that we purchased separately given the winter season, and electrical only if necessary, so it took a bit of studying the expectations, but we did our best. Hallo in die Runde. Wir hatten so eine großartige Zeit in dieser Fewo. Die Wohnung ist ein absolutes Juwel, einfach wunderschön. Der Blick aufs Meer ist phantastisch. Wir wĂŒrden sofort wiederkommen. Unseren Kindern 8 und 12 Jahre hat es auch bestens gefallen. Lg

Tolles Ambiente

Unglaublich schönes Ambiente, mit Blick aufs Meer. Mit zwei großen Terrassen und zwei Balkons. Den Sonnenuntergang konnten wir tĂ€glich bewundern. Die Wohnung war mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Vermieter hat sich per WhatsApp immer nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und hat stets umgehend geantwortet. Es gab zwei SchlafrĂ€ume mit einer TĂŒr, eines mit einem großen Doppelbett und eins mit einem Doppelstockbett, eine weitere Möglichkeit zum schlafen gab es in einem Durchgangszimmer und eines im oberen offenen Bereich. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen.
