Umgestaltet 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder nach Hause. Schlafmöglichkeiten für 10 plus Platz für zusätzliche Luftmatratzen (bereitgestellt). 2 Schlafzimmer verfügen über Queensize-Betten. Schlafzimmer 3 hat 2 volle Größe. Schlafzimmer 4 (im Erdgeschoss) hat 1 voll und 1 Zweibettzimmer, ideal für die Kinder!. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine Trockensauna für 4 bis 5 Personen sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner im Keller. Es gibt eine angeschlossene Garage für 2 Autos, die in einen Aufenthaltsraum mit einer Tischtennisplatte umgewandelt wurde (Pingpong ist in den Wintermonaten nicht verfügbar).

Home ist zu Fuß in die Innenstadt von Frankfort und den Lake Michigan. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befindet sich ein großer Park mit Basketball, Tennisplätzen und einem Skatepark. Fahren Sie mit Ihren Fahrrädern die Einfahrt hinunter, um hunderte Kilometer Wander- und Radwege zu erreichen. Das Lebensmittelgeschäft ist nur zwei Blocks entfernt!

Wenn Sie sich entscheiden, das Haus zu fahren, ist es nur 20 Minuten südlich von Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. In östlicher Richtung sind Sie 20 Minuten vom Skigebiet Crystal Mountain oder 20 Minuten vom historischen Cherry Bowl Drive-In entfernt. Für eine kurze Autofahrt sind Sie 40 Minuten von der Innenstadt von Traverse City oder 45 Minuten von der Weinregion entfernt. 25 Minuten südlich liegt Arcadia Bluffs Golf Resort (es gibt 3 weitere Golfplätze in unterschiedlichen Preisklassen innerhalb von 20 Minuten).

Wenn Sie sich zu Hause entspannen möchten, haben wir einen 50-Zoll-Flachbildschirm mit DVD / Blue Ray zur Verfügung gestellt. Es gibt auch viele Brettspiele und Tischtennisplatten (Ping Pong nicht in den Wintermonaten verfügbar) in der Frühstücksecke und der angeschlossenen Garage für die Familie. Kochen Sie dann die Burger auf dem Holzkohlegrill für ein großartiges Abendessen.

Great house - Great Location

We loved our stay in Frankfort The house is across from a park where our kids played basketball and on the play ground Easy access to down town and beach We walked to ice cream almost every night. Outside areas provided for great conversation and game night activities. And the Sauna was a special treat. Would definitely stay here again

Frankfort Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at the Frankfort Cottage. Great location made it easy to walk to downtown. Nice playground across the street. House was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen which made it easy to prepare meals. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions. Our 2nd visit. Will definitely be back!

Myself, my husband, mother, and our newborn stayed here to attend a wedding and the location was perfect! The house had the space, location and necessities we needed. It is within walking distance to down town, the park right across the street is very clean and cute. The pictures of the house are very accurate, it provided great outdoor vibes, along with games and a sauna, both of which we did not take advantage unfortunately. The check in process was accurate and quick and they provided a nice binder of helpful information including local sites and restaurants in the area. Unfortunately the cleanliness was a bit less then desired. The counters and fridge and sinks were dirty and sticky. I whipped them down with a Clorox wipe which made a world of difference. The floors had dirt and needed to be swept. The fans have a large layer of dust on them, many rooms had light bulbs not working. The towels and sheets are dated with the towels having marks and spots on them, and there are spider webs in ever corner of all the rooms. One room had a very strong mildew smell that forced us to switch rooms and close the door during our stay. It was the only room that still had carpet so we are not sure if that was the issue or not. Luckily we had the space available to adjust. The negatives of the place are easy fixes if given more attention to cleaning and upgrading the towels and sheets. If those things were given more attention we would love to stay again.

Great for a quick winter getaway

My significant other and I needed somewhere to stay last minute for long weekend ski trip. Booking was very simple and quick and the property was great! We only had 2 people but it could certainly house and sleep many more. Would stay again!

This house is perfectly located to walk to downtown Frankfort and the beach to watch the beautiful sunsets ! There is a park across the street that we enjoyed going to after dinner to play "around the world" basketball and play tennis. The owners were extremely prompt in calling us back when we had a couple of questions. We had a great stay !

Great location! Basement bedroom is really musty smelling and there’s no way anyone would sleep down there. It’s a good value though since it’s across from the park and a short walk to downtown and the beach!

Many wonderful features.

This home has it all. Plenty of bedrooms to spread out, a phenomenal showering experience in larger bathroom, dry sauna, two fantastic bikes for cruising around town and shore, a cool bar and grilling patio and also a ping pong table in garage with cornhole as well. The kids especially loved playing out there. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. A front porch with very comfortable chairs that you will find yourself whiling away the hours with a beverage of your choice. Host treated us extremely well also. You can’t go wrong here! warm and cozy vacation home

This home was so cute and cozy.. great location to downtown and for the day trips we took.... the front porch was our favorite spot, loved sitting out there in the early morning, so peaceful and hanging out at night watching the families at the park across the street. loved how the home was decorated and my hubby and son loved playing with the checkers.. we grilled out on father's day after we ventured out to check out the area... made great memories in a great cozy warm home.. the home had plenty of space for everyone.. the only thing i would recommend is another tv in one of the other bedrooms but other than that it was great!!! and the owners were very good at responding to my questions they would respond within hours and they were very accommodating with the booking process... would definitely recommend this place 😊

Good location for walking/biking into town or beach. A previous review stated below-which commensurates with our experience (a family of four adults which was well suited for eating area inside for only 4 people). "This cottage is a very cute cottage and there are some nice things about it. Highlights included the location, it's light & bright inside, the master bath, the sauna (we didn't use) lighted patio (we didn't use-lots of leaf debris etc. out there, washer/dryer (we didn't use) communication & flexibility with check-in/out, and the front porch" "Things that were downsides for us (our family too), which could be easily improved upon include the need for new towels & some washcloths, (I would add new sheets-one room's was stained), new silverware and cooking utensils, overall cleanliness, new (CLEAN) set of cookware/bakeware, (microwable glass dishes for microwave) a clean fridge/freezer" (food left and spillage debris in freezer) and a small dishwasher so that the dishes in the cupboards are clean. (or a small container to wash the dishes -we ended up using one filled with household stuff under the sink-so the whole sink was not needing to be filled with water for washing and/or leaving dirty dishes). I have to add -sweeping under furniture, wiping down furniture spills baseboards for clean appearance a must. "The owners have obviously done a lot of work on the cottage and these additional tune-ups would make it a really nice rental & overall experience. "

Great front porch and location

We spend large amounts of time on the porch during our stay, watching the world go by and all the people enjoying the park across the street. We walked to town every morning. Won’t be able to rent the house again next year because of having a walking toddler around the many steps in and outside of the building. We were very comfortable and would highly recommend this stay

Cozy and conveniently located

We stayed over New Year’s with our small dog, young adult and teen children and the house was a great place to stay. Check-in was clear and communication with the host when we had an issue with the cleaning company (not the host) was extraordinarily fast and responsive. Town was very quiet, and the place is close enough to walk to the local coffee shop and down to the beach for a morning stroll. The playground and skate park right across the street are great— bring a basketball to shoot hoops there in the summer. One of the bedrooms is in the basement (with an egress window, so it’s safe) so know that going in. We didn’t use the dry sauna. The small dining table is near the entrance and seats 4, so if you have a larger group you’ll be eating meals in the living room— not a problem at all for us, but FYI. The main bathroom and shower is amazing and brand new. Overall this suited our needs and we’re glad we chose it.

Girls weekend

This home was perfect for our long weekend. Big space to sit around and visit with long time friends in front of the fireplace. There were 4 of us so we each had our own bedroom. Town was walking distance and lots of stores open. We even had a nice day to sit on the porch and watch the kids at the park. The only thing I would recommend to pack is a makeup mirror. Since there was 4 women in our group we felt an extra mirror or two would have helped. We highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to enjoy Frankfort.
