EINFACHE, HELLE UND LUFTIGE WOHNUNG AM STRAND! Das La Mirage # 1 befindet sich im weichen Sand der Half Moon Bay. Begeben Sie sich an den Strand und schnorcheln Sie an der Riviera Maya. Das La Mirage bietet eine perfekte Strandlage, ein hauseigenes Restaurant, einen Swimmingpool und großartige Schnorchelmöglichkeiten für seine Gäste.



La Mirage # 1 ist ein Strandgeschoss mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einer Theke, einen Essbereich und einen offenen, komfortablen Wohnbereich. Vom Hauptwohnbereich gelangen Sie über Glasschiebetüren auf die Terrasse zur Meerseite. Das La Mirage 1 verfügt über WLAN, Sat-TV und einen DVD-Player zum Ansehen von Filmen. Bitte bringen Sie Ihre Lieblings-DVDs mit. Voller Meerblick erhellt die öffentlichen Bereiche und macht das Gerät hell und luftig.



Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet und für Ihren Komfort klimatisiert. Das Gästezimmer ist mit zwei Doppelbetten ausgestattet, so dass genügend Platz für alle vorhanden ist. Das Gästezimmer ist ebenfalls klimatisiert. Auf dem Sofa, das als Bett hergerichtet werden kann, steht für kleine Erwachsene oder Kinder zusätzlich Bettwäsche zur Verfügung. Klimaanlage nur in Schlafzimmern.

Great stay at La Mirage

Akumal is one of our favorite places to visit and La Mirage was a great choice for our family of 3. Plenty of space, right on the beach, next door to our favorite restaurant, La Lunita - plus as La Mirage guest we enjoyed at 10% discount at the restaurant!

Great Quit Trip to Akumal

We had a lovely stay. The condo was great. It had all the amenities we needed and was right on the beach. Having La Lunita right next store was a major plus! We would definitely recommend this condo.

Excellent place to relax on the beach

My wife and I loved staying here. Everyone who works at La Mirage goes out of their way to be helpful. The daily cleaning service gives you that touch of staying in a hotel. But the real kicker is being able to walk out your back door and be on the beach. Would stay again!

The property concierge, cleaning, security was great. Resturance next door & coffee shop steps away was bonus. We would definitely love to visit again.

Great location right in the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed this low-key, relaxing spot! Restaurants are close by if you want them. A rental car is a must. Daily cleaning service was great. There is good snorkeling right in front of the condo. We brought our water shoes, which is a good idea and our own goggles and fins.

Everything was amazing, every experience with locals, staff and location is amazing. Only downside was poor internet on our last day which made it difficult to do all the online prep required to get home.

Fun Family Vacation

Perfect location! First floor with patio opening onto the beach. Walk to Yal Ku Lagoon, Akumal beach, coffee shop across the street and restaurants. We snorkeled in Cozumel, Sian Kaan and Yal Ku but the best snorkeling was in the bay right outside the condo (about 100 yards out).Plenty of space in the condo. Two large bedrooms, two large baths with sizable kitchen and living area. Beautiful furnished deck with lounge chairs all on the beach. Daily maid and towel service was very nice! La Lunita is a very good restaurant on property, we had four dinners there across the week; 10% discount if staying on the property.We did day excursions to Aktun Chen, Coba, Sian Kaan, and Yal Ku lagoon - highly recommend all. Coba ruins are fascinating!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already booked again for next year. (I do wish they had an electrical plug in available for the golf cart we rented for the week. Luckily for us we had friends staying at another condo that was close by so we could charge our cart at there place.) A great time was had by all. You can’t beat the location and the view.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about La Mirage was perfect. We went in July when the seaweed is pretty bad. They warned us before we booked. They do an amazing job keeping their beach clear (best in all Half Moon Bay), so it was not a problem at all. The reef just in front of La Mirage is among the best around with lots of soft corals, some hard corals, and tons of fish. The condo was perfect with daily cleaning and plenty of AC to keep the place more than cool enough. The wifi can become quite slow in the evenings, but this is to be expected (likely completely out of their control). We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was perfect. The view was amazing and there was beach access. Lounge chairs and shade were provided. The first night, we saw a sea turtle lying eggs on the beach. There were four of us who stayed (two couples) and the rental accommodated us. The kitchen was fully equipped, it even had random things we needed like a garlic press. The space was cleaned every day by house keeping. Management is awesome and very responsive. We also really enjoyed talking with the security guard, Victor. La Lunita is next door and was a nice place to hang out. Across the street is a cafe with great cappuccinos and delicious desserts. A small market is within walking distance. We would love to visit again!

Great location, but needs upgrading

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in an excellent location on Half Moon Bay. It's just steps out to the ocean where you can dive in and snorkel. It's quiet and laid back. The living space is roomy and nice. The cleaning staff is excellent. The biggest problem with the unit is that it desperately needs upgrades. There are smells coming from the drains in one bathroom. Both showers need upgrading. I'm not sure I'd return to this particular unit unless those upgrades were made.

change your photos of the beach so visitors know what to expect!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we were so looking forward to staying in this ground floor unit and being able to walk right onto the sand then into the water and start snorkeling.the photos are so old they do not warn you the water is now up to the palapas. the sand has been replaced by crushed coral making it impossible for older visitors to enter the water even with water shoes. so disappointing to not be able to snorkel which is what we intended to do several times each day. would never have picked this condo if we had known the present beach condition!

The photos were actually taken in January 2023, however, the beach goes through different stages through the year and the storms and erosion can cause the beach to look different depending on the outside conditions. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: La Mirage #1 took our vacation experience to the next level! The staff was readily available to make us feel comfortable during our stay. Check-In went smoothly everything was ready when we arrived, very clean and well-equipped. The most stunning part was being on the ground floor allowing us to just step out of the door and walk on to the beach and snorkel in a coral reef surrounded by several types of fish. We even saw an octopus late one afternoon. There are loungers and palapas for shade by the water. We had read up on the location with and Akumal Direct had advised on everything there is to do in town before we arrived so we thought we knew it all. Akumal completely blew us away, it’s more charming than we could have imagined. There’s a small convenience store about 3 minutes away by foot where you can get staples and breakfast ingredients Plus, there’s La Lunita restaurant right next door and La Buena Vida less than 5 minutes away. We were also just a 3 minute golf cart ride to Akumal Bay where went diving everyday and there’s even more restaurants and shops and a small grocery store. Honestly, with so many eateries we only made breakfast once and ate out the rest of the time. We had planned to go to the pyramids but this vacation rental was so great we just spent all of our time in Akumal. We did go to a cenote one day and it was a fun day trip too. However, we just loved hanging out by the beach, driving our golf cart to the Lagoon and to the arch, and feeling like we’re part of this small little beach town.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay and achieved our goal which was to get R&R. The rental was clean and as the pictures indicated, housekeeping came every day and did a great job, the view spectacular and just what we wanted. The beach for our building was clean and sandy. You will need water shoes to go in the water because it is rocky, but the water was a great temperature. The only negative was the internet service. It was unreliable. The unit across from us seemed to have upgraded service (as we could hear and see them doing video calls from their patio) the tenants said compared to their previous stays in that unit it was much better.

Wonderful family vacay

Property is a an older condo but was clean and walking right out to the beach was amazing. I loved have a ground floor condo for that reason alone. The beach front was very rocky so it was hard to walk right into the water but we made it work and enjoyed the snorkeling right in front of our condo. Also this area of the coastline is not crowded at all and that was wonderful. We loved walking to some local restaurants too. Overall it was a great family vacation.
