Die "Loft" -Einheit kann 8+ Personen beherbergen. Es hat zwei + Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein großes Bett. Das Badezimmer vom Hauptschlafzimmer hat eine Duschwanne. Der Schnitt im Wohnbereich kann in eine Queen-Size-Schlafkabine umgewandelt werden. Auf dem Dachboden gibt es ein Futon und ein Gitterbett, in dem auch vier Personen schlafen können, sowie eine aufblasbare Königinmatratze. Es gibt vier Flachbild-Fernseher - einer in jedem Schlafzimmer, einer im Wohnbereich und einer auf dem Dachboden. Diese Unterkunft im Cottage-Stil verfügt über eine schöne schmiedeeiserne Wendeltreppe, die zu einem gemütlichen Loft mit Blick auf die Küche führt. Diese Unterkunft befindet sich auf der 2. Etage.

Great weekend getaway

This made for a great weekend getaway. It had everything you’d need and then some for a relaxing weekend. Plus a coffee shop on the bottom floor for good breakfast and coffee!

30th Anniversarry

It was really nice Millwork district with all the history of the buildings and Dubuque has some beautiful old architecture that we drove around to see and admire! Be sure to just go out and explore around all around. Marco's Supper Club was great, as was the Field of Dreams in Dyersville. The only two little things I have to mention for improvement is if the mattress was a memory foam bed it would have been better, and the window in the bedroom with no blind or curtain needs something for early sleepers and wanting to sleep in-the sun was blinding-lol.Other than those little things it was perfect!

Great place in the heart of Dubuque

Beautiful property, located close to lot of places to eat, drink and have fun. Hot tub was clean and very relaxing, I would say in warm weather this might not feel very private as there are a lot of nearby balconies and patios close by.

Excellent Spot in Dubuque

Excellent apartment, excellent location

The apartment was lovely and comfortable and in a very cool neighborhood (an easy walk to the warehouse district, which I recommend, the old downtown, and multiple restaurants). It was great being literally upstairs from a coffee shop. Communication with the owner was excellent, parking was easy. We've no hesitation is saying we'll stay here again the next time we find ourselves in Dubuque!

Beautiful space

Such a beautiful space- very comfortable! Love that it is above a coffee shop- fun atmosphere. Within walking distance of so many attractions and good food. Great host- communication was easy and pleasant. Truly feel blessed to have been able to enjoy this VRBO. Was a great first experience!

Loved it!

My husband, one year old son, and I very much enjoyed our stay! The loft is adorable and has everything you need. We had breakfast at Charolettes both mornings, which was delicious. The host also leaves free drink “tickets” for Charoletts and another bar down the street, which was an nice added touch. We were in town for a good friends baby shower at a brewery, which was a nice short walk away. We will definitely book again!

College Drop Off

We traveled from Denver to drop out youngest at University of Dubuque. We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable, upscale home away from home. The attention to detail was outstanding. From super plush robes for the hot tub to soap and shampoo dispensers in the showers, we felt spoiled! And the coffee shop was wonderful! We’ve already booked for Homecoming Weekend in October!!!

Best anniversary getaway!

What an amazing stay we had for our 10 year anniversary (and our very first getaway without our 3 kids in tow)! Communication with Jen was prompt and she answered every question thoroughly. The property was absolutely perfect and well maintained. We loved the hottub & the coffee shop below! The free drinks was an added bonus. We loved the location and how it was within walking distance to some great places (7 Hills brewery, Backpocket Taproom, Brazen Kitchen), just a couple miles from other downtown attractions (casino, aquarium, Riverwalk, Cable Car square) and just a quick 20 min drive to Galena. We can't wait to come back! We highly recommend the Drake House!

Anniversary Weekend

We had an amazing time at the Loft. It was our first time away from our kids in over a year. The unit was clean and spacious. We loved the patio and hut tub. Charlotte's coffee house was amazing. Only downside the line can get a bit long, so take advantage that they will deliver to your room. Also, there was an amazing downtown market on Saturday that expanded over 4 city blocks that was just a block up from our location. Not sure if that happens every Saturday in the summer, but if it does... I highly recommend. Other things we recommend are... Scent Workshop Galena - such a cute shop and the owner was extremely sweet... Faiva Walker created an amazing perfume for me and I made a cologne for him. Brazen Open Kitchen + Bar - The food here was absolutely amazing. Loved the open kitchen concept and fresh local food selection. The duck tacos were phenomenal. Blaum Bros. Distilling Co. - learned a lot on the distillery tour and fell in love with the Oak Reserve Gin.

My husband and I are native Dubuquers. We came up with this idea after staying at a cozy vacation rental in La Jolla, CA. It sat on top of a small restaurant that served breakfast and lunch. My husband spotted this property and approached me with the idea, stating that if I wasn't 1000% in he would just forget about it. Needless to say, I was 1000% in and here we are! Ready to share our dream with you! We hope you will love it as much as we do!

We chose this property for two reasons. First, we both grew up in this area of Dubuque. Second, we love what Dubuque is doing for the downtown area and feel that the Millwork District will continue to grow and will be the place to go in Dubuque.
