Komplett renoviertes Ferienhaus am kleinen Mühlenteich. Renovierung abgeschlossen Mai 2016. 4 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt Chatham. 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Vollbad, 1 Außendusche und 1/2 Bad. Schlaf 6

Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Haus links vom Cottage im Winter 2016/2017 umgebaut wurde. So sitzt jetzt ein neues Haus auf der linken Seite.

9 Meilen zum Leuchtturm Strand.

Wachen Sie jeden Morgen auf und betrachten Sie den kleinen Mühlenteich von Ihrem Fenster aus oder während Sie auf dem Deck Kaffee trinken. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär. Sie können leicht zu den Stränden oder der Stadt gehen. Anwesen neben dem öffentlichen Hafen von Chatham. Sie können angeln, schwimmen oder Boot / Kajak / Paddle Board Schritte von Ihrer Haustür.

Charming cottage in perfect location

Erin’s communication was wonderful. The home is in a great location. Wonderful views, right off the center of town, and a reasonable walk to beautiful beaches by the lighthouse. Chatham is a wonderful town and this home is in a perfect location to enjoy it! For runners, it’s in a perfect location for one of the best 5 mile loops in Chatham. Heading towards Oyster Pond, following bike route past lighthouse up to Chatham Bars Inn and back down to town. Especially wonderful views in that direction.

Absolutely beautiful location!

Perfect location in Chatham! Close to town, but still far enough away to be quiet. The only thing I would want people to know that isn’t in the description, is that the checkout checklist is a bit of a process. Not that it took away from anything, just an FYI. This property is exceptional and I highly recommend!

Off Season Spectacular

I love Chatham in the Fall. Weather is perfect and not as busy. The home was spotless. And exactly as pictured, but even better! The pond is picture perfect and soothing. Fun to watch the bird activity. It really is walking distance to Main Street, like 3 blocks! I would stay again in a heartbeat, and might!

Fabulous Mill Pond view, walking distance to town

Our first time at this property and having rented at numerous Chatham properties over the years, this is far and away our favorite. Not a huge place, but beautifully appointed and perfect for our family of four (which included two young adults). The deck, which has a comfortable teak sofa, armchair and dining set, overlooks the harbor of Mill Pond; near the water's edge are two Adirondack chairs, perfect for an evening cocktail. The bedrooms are nicely furnished with high-end sheets and plenty of extra pillows. Initially I had been concerned that there was only 1 ½ baths, but the outdoor shower made that concern a non-issue. And what a pleasure to be able to walk into town for an after-dinner stroll to the ice-cream parlor. The owners, who live next door, were delightful and easy to work with. We can't wait to return!

Location, Location, Location!

70 Mill Pond is the quintessential Cape experience. Erin was great upon booking, pre-arrival and during our stay. Proximity to Main Street can't be beat. Beautiful views of Mill Pond - so tranquil and perfect. Cottage offers all the amenities to ensure a memorable and enjoyable vacation. We will for sure be back.

Beautiful home with stunning view

We loved our week at this beautifully decorated home. The location was fantastic -- quiet neighborhood with a stunning view of the pond, yet only 2 blocks from downtown Chatham and walking distance to the beach. Erin gave us some great restaurant recommendations and resources regarding golf and bike rentals. Highly recommend.

Amazing Vacation

What a vacation! The house was beyond what we expected, so beautiful and the location was perfect. A very short walk to Main St., close to shopping, biking and the beach. Most of all we enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out at the view and watching the seals in Mills Pond. Thank you Erin for a great trip, we will absolutely look forward to booking in the future!

Absolute Perfection on the Cape

My family and I stayed at this beautiful cottage for 5 nights. Upon arrival we were greeted by the most amazing view and a perfectly clean home. We instantly felt comfortable and relaxed. There was plenty of space for the four of us inside and out. The location of this property was amazing. We were able to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants easily. The neighborhood itself was great to get out and walk in, just for exercise or to take in the gorgeous architecture of Cape Cod. The grocery store was a short drive away, as were many fun activities. (Ferries to Nantucket, boat tours in the sound, CBI, the Fish Pier, Local Fish and Lobster markets etc) Erin, the owner, was so easy to speak with/get ahold of for any question, and a pleasure to meet as well. She was so warm and welcoming to us, inviting our kids over instantly to chose any games/puzzles etc they'd like to use on top of what was in the house already. The beds were all comfortable, the internet was great, games/books in the house when needed and the kitchen was well laid out and had pretty much everything you'd want. Our favorite was the outdoor warm shower. How fun it was to be able to shower outside watching osprey hunt in the pond and seals swim by. All in all, we had not one complaint about our stay in Chatham at this cottage. The feeling was magical. Afternoons and evenings were enjoyed on the deck playing games, reading and relaxing. Walking in to town was 3 minutes for meals, coffee, ice cream, candy shops, cocktails etc. If we are ever able to make it back out to Chatham we will without a doubt stay here again. We all feel so incredibly lucky to have had the chance to spend time here as a family, we will remember this for a very long time. We would not hesitate to recommend this location to any friend or family member.

Newly renovated property with great location

My wife and I stayed here with our three children, and the property surpassed our expectations. It’s not a large house, but the interior space is well laid out with a nice kitchen and a large open living/dining area with beautiful views. The property was recently fully renovated, and the setting overlooking the Mill Pond was very peaceful. The location minutes from downtown Chatham is hard to beat. Traffics can be heavy downtown and parking can be very tough to find. Being able to walk the short distance to restaurants and shops was a huge plus. The house is also fairly close to the beach. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this house again.
