Free Wifi Fiber Optic, Smart TV mit dem Internet verbunden. Herrliche und geräumige Wohnung mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer, die Schwimmbäder und die Gärten. Der Strand liegt etwas außerhalb der Urbanisation. Es gibt eine lange Promenade von 8 km mit vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und Geschäften. Die Wohnung hat 120 m2 mit drei großen Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern mit Dusche, Wohnzimmer mit großem Esszimmer, Küche und einer großen Terrasse, auf der Sie sich entspannen können. Es hat einen großen gemeinsamen Parkplatz, einen großen Garten mit zwei Tennisplätzen und einem Paddle-Tennisplatz und einen sehr großen Pool mit einem Restaurant neben dem Pool, das nur den Eigentümern zur Verfügung steht. Im Garten gibt es auch einen Spielplatz und einen Sportplatz zum Fußballspielen. Etwas außerhalb der Urbanisation in Richtung Meer liegt der Strand, und auf der anderen Seite gibt es Supermärkte einen Schritt entfernt (Mercadona und Supersol), die alles haben, eine Apotheke und verschiedene Arten von Geschäften.

The apartment was very clean with everything one would need.Javier the host was very friendly, most helpful and communicated very well.The beach is a 5 minute walk away as is a good supermarket.The complex is amazing which includes a large pool a child pool and playground.The restaurant offers excellent food, very reasonably priced. We will be returning next year.

We had a lovely time in a well equipped high standard apartment with great sea views.The gardens are well kept and the pool is really big with plenty of loungers and a restaurant/bar.The seafront with all bars and restaurants is a short walk but still far away from any noise.

We had a wonderful stay at Javier's apartment. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed with many of the things you would expect in a vacation rental. I could easily see myself coming back again and again with friends or family. We enjoyed the views of the beach and horizon every morning and every night from the living room and covered patio, and the proximity too the beach was wonderful. Had we come in the busy season, I'm sure the pool and other property amenities would have been perfect. Javier was also very friendly and welcoming from start to finish, with wonderful recommendations for dining.

Great apartment. Clean, spacious and in a central location with secure entry to the grounds so we felt very safe. The garden and pool areas are very well kept and it’s just a short walk to the beach. Large supermarket just outside of the complex. Host communication was excellent and met us at the property to check in/out. Will return in future.

Superb apartment set in lovely private gardens

We had a lovely time staying here. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We loved the gardens and pool area which were very well maintained. Very close to the promenade and restaurants and there was a well stocked supermarket nearby. We loved our stay here.

Perfect!

Absolutely loved this apartment! Close to pubs, restaurant and supermarket. The pool was very quiet, my 3 children were the only ones in it some days. Apartment was lovely and clean, we will definitely return.

Lovely well equipped apartment close to amenities

We stayed for a week with two young children, we found the apartment to be very well equipped with everything we needed and had plenty of storage space. It was very clean and well maintained. The on-site pool was lovely and clean with plenty of space around it. We will definitely be back!

A nice apartment near the beach

We have stayed in the apartment of Javier for a period of 7 days. The kitchen was perfect en certainly well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, big fridge. The swimming pool was large and comfortable, and the beach only a 3 minute walk from the apartment. Would definitely book again if visiting Torremolinos in the future .

Just amazing!

Playamar is probably the best part of Torremolinos and Javier's apartment is surely the best place to stay in for a lovely relaxing holiday. The flat has been very nicely renovated and is very well equipped (comfy beds, good showers and kitchen, air con, wifi and smart tv). The complex surroundings (swimming pool and gardens) are beautiful and very well maintained. Everything is close by. My kids loved every minute of it and so did we!

FANTASTIC NEW APARTMENT IN FRONT OF THE BEACH

My experience was complete in this fully refurbished and equipped huge apartment. Everything was new and satisfied more than enough our needs, with delicate decoration, and really lovely views to enjoy every moment. There are very good supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, chemist and public transport close by. It´s a really quiet apartment to rest. The owner is so kind with lovely treatment. I fully recommend this apartment to anyone. Thank you for our lovely stay.

Spacious and bright

Lovely spacious and bright apartment. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of cleaning and laundry products available. Terrace had a lovely view of sea and pool. Although a very large complex with high rise apartments didn't feel crowded with lots of well maintained garden space. Nicest pool ever, huge and not cold. Restaurant at pool reasonably priced with decent food. A very secure complex also, close to supermarkets and restaurants.

Amazing apartment with everything you need

We were there with our three children and we had the best time. The perfectly located apartment had everything we needed and more. It was clean, functional, modern and extremely relaxing after a day at the beach. Torremolinos is a lively town, perfect for a fun holiday. The apartment is in a gated community so we felt really safe leaving our tweens home a few times so we could have an adult dinner out (while they enjoyed the really fast Wifi!!). Javier was very easy to reach and very responsive. We wholeheartedly recommend this VRBO.

Amazing

This apartment has everything you could wish for. Clean, modern, all you could wish for. The view from the balcony overlooks the beautiful gardens and has sea view. Pool area is amazing and has a lifeguard. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to supermarket. great Irish pub serving good food and the sea promenade. The owner was very friendly and all the booking was straight forward. Would recommend this apartment 100%. Will be back next year, this was excellent value for money.

Beautiful apartment in Torremolinos

This apartment, located on the waterfront about 10-15 mins walk from Torremolinos centre is a little gem of a find! The apartment is in a complex of tower blocks which are all gated. The grounds are beautifully maintained and within the complex there is a lovely swimming pool, tennis courts, mini golf and table tennis tables. The apartment itself is beautiful and was very well presented. Everything was catered for and the hosts were very accomodating throughout the whole process from the initial booking. I would highly recommend this for a family instead of expensive hotels. We will definitely use this again if we go back to Torremolinos.

Fabulous Owner and Condo

I can’t say enough about Javier, he is very friendly, very helpful and extremely prompt in returning messages. The condo is exactly as the pictures show. It is spacious and bright, and I love the fact you can open the windows on the balcony or close them, depending on the weather very great feature. Amazing views through every window and equipped with everything you need and more. The location was fantastic! A 5 min walk to the grocery store less than 10 to the beach 15 minutes walk to the train station or town central. A truly beautiful property!! Thank you Javier!

Fantastic apartment as described by host Javier.Javier was brilliant and contacts you immediately after booking and talks you through everything. His son met us at the main gate to give us the keys and show us around the apartment.It is on the 13th floor accessible by two lifts, never really had to wait long to get a lift. The views are stunning!The pool is massive and warm! You get pool passes given to you and you present these on entry.Positives-ViewsCleanliness Fast internetAirconLess than 10min drive from Malaga airportFacilities everything you needNegatives-First time we’ve stayed this far up (normally Benelmadina) it’s not as busy as other places but we liked that, there’s just about enough restaurants.We didn’t mind it not being that busy and we were probably only a handful of British on the site which for us was nice.
