We thank our esteemed clientsfor their valuable feed back however we would like to take this opportunity to clarify a couple of points. The apartment is self catering, having said that we do provide bed linen, towels, a couple of dish wash tablets and discloth plus a toilet roll and any other cleaning products left behind by precious clients. The works referred to were necessary plumbing works being carried out and which was regrettably totally beyond our control . The works operated during the legal working hours of 8am to 5pm. THere was no noise after 5pm. As soon as the client notified us, we spoke immediately with the 3rd party responsible & were informed that the works would move to the block next door so no further disruption would be caused during this guests stay. The clients asked to be moved to equal or superior accommodation. Within 1 hour we arranged for them a superior apartment within a resort with indoor & outdoor pool, gym & 24 hours reception which would allow the clients to have the rest, relaxation and recovery time they stated they required . To our amazement, the clients declined the accommodation offer and chose to stay in the apartment...... The very next day they complained again and asked us for a monetary refund. A further further good will gesture of complimentary drinks at a popular roof top bar, which they also refused. Clients who arrived on the same day that these clients left had an amazing stay with no disruption and this has continued to be the case. Unfortunately it was most regrettable that works were being carried out during the clients stay, and despite our best efforts and the offer of alternative accommodation, we were not able to satisfy the clients in the manner they expected. For anyone concerned we would like to assure them that all works are now complete.
