The very friendly elderly owner lives alone in an adjoined annex with separate access & she shares no areas with guests however there may be some minor noise transfer that you'd expect from any adjoining apartment. All the interior rooms photos are for guests as are all the outdoor areas :)

The owner is available by mobile phone or via VRBO during your stay and will need to access the garden to check the hot tub. If necessary a specific time can be arranged for checks.

The holiday house is situated on a working farm with electric fences & machinery etc.

Up to 2 x Dogs allowed. Urine can stain the oak flooring & the red mud can stain the upholstery & carpet. Any dog related pet damage &/or damage caused by individuals will be reported to & dealt with via Aircover. A Pet Fee of ÂŁ50.00 applies to all dog stays (whether x 1 or x 2 dogs), flat rate, non-refundable to cover additional cleaning costs.

1 x supply of BBQ coal, wood & firelighters for the Tree House fire place & the Spanish BBQ is provided free of charge. Should you require more we can sell you some or you can purchase locally.

The principal house guest will be provided a contact person for any issues or queries during their stay.

Absolutely thrilled with this property! 3 generations of us stayed with 3 dogs and it was just perfect!!! Plenty of space for us all to have little areas of peace too! Perfect location to go for walks up the hills and to the village

Fantastic house, beautiful location

We had a fabulous long weekend here over Easter. The house was great for our large family group and had everything we needed. Pam was very responsive to the few questions we had during our stay. It was a great base for getting out & about; we had a lovely visit to Eastnor Castle and a walk up to the Worcestershire Beacon. Would definitely return!

A little gem

We have just returned from a 3 night break at The Treehouse! Firstly the house itself it absolutely stunning, from the design right down to all the little decorating features inside. The owner was excellent, she kept in contact with me regularly leading up to our booking and then also whilst we were there when I had a problem with the highchair. We were lucky enough to have the entire house to ourselves and it came with pretty much everything we needed - lots of games and toys, tv’s everywhere, PlayStations and plenty of DVDs! It’s very peaceful and sooo much outside space for the kids to play and the dog to roam. We did have a slight issue with flies, they were just everywhere all the time but we are in the countryside so you just have to live with it. We visited Eastnor Castle one day which was fab so recommend that and also ate at the Oak Inn in Staplow which served amazing food and the pub itself was beautiful with a nice garden. Between all of us the only recommendation we would have is to have maybe a small swing/slide set onsite for the children. Highly recommend and we would love to come and visit again sometime!

Perfect weekend getaway for the family

We booked this beautiful house for a family gathering with 4 generations. All the rooms are lovely and the house is equipped with everything you need. There are plenty of children's toys and games for adults to keep everyone entertained. The views are simply amazing and we would definitely come back again.

Spacious, secluded, and perfect for all the family

I wanted to find a home that all of the generations in my family could enjoy to celebrate my 50th birthday. The tree house was perfect for this, and came fully equipped for everyone. Fantastic place for get togethers

Great property, lots of communal living space for everyone to fit comfortably. Kids were disappointed that the tree swing was broken and there was no alternative outside equipment for children but lots of games in the house. Some kitchen equipment such as pots and pans could have been better quality but overall we had a lovely time.
