There should have been a couple of towels per person, we apologise if that was not the case. Regarding the hot water, it depends on the size of the boiler. Nonetheless, once it is finished, it only takes half an hour to warm up again. We hope that was not an inconvenience, and that you had a lovely time in Benidorm. Warm regards.

About the keys, we run a lot of apartments and it is hard for us to controll the keys, this way we try to make sure that the next clients (that could be any of yous) have the keys to get in at the arrival.
