A free town bus stop is located about 20 steps from your front door. This is a great free option to get you to the Riverfront Gondola in a few minutes and skiing quickly. Avon has many walkable bars and restaurants to choose from, within a few minutes of the townhouse. If you have a crew this is definitely the place for everyone to spread out and relax after a day of skiing. The condo has a sauna and is a few steps away from the Bule line bus that takes you to the Riverfront gondola for your fastest and free way to get to the slopes. Always glad to hear our staff was helpful. It's nice to have actual "live" people when staying at a property, as they can answer all of your questions and give you some insider tips. I am sorry we missed the mark on a five star review and wished we could have done better for you., but not sure what the issues were. With the condo being so close to town, we hope you were able to get into town and explore all the restaurants, shops and bars that are with in a 5 minute walk from the unit. Also hope were able to get over to Nottingham Park, Lake and Beach. A bit chilly for a swim but always some get walking with fantastic views. Please give us a shout for your next trip to the area. Group ski week

The townhouse is very spacious, uncluttered, clean, and in a good location for catching shuttle buses. It is as advertised, retro and very affordable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our larger group, and there were enough towels and paper products. We enjoyed using the private sauna and having space for skis in the garage. We would stay here again.

Awesome stay!

We booked the house for 5 days to spend our winter break with some friends and we were truly amazed. The house exceeded expectations and we really enjoyed our stay. The location was also a plus for us since it was so close to Vail. Definitely recommended!

Hello and many thanks for some kind words on the townhome. I a world of complainers, it refreshing to see someone who appreciated the very spacious size and great price point for this unit. Hope you were able to get out an experience one of the many "walkable" restaurants and bars located in Avon. Vail is definitely easy to get to from the Avon Station bus stop or driving and parking with a group of folks is $30. Nice to have after ski clothes to check out some Vail après ski locations. One of our favorites is Bart and Yeti's in Lionshead. Please feel free to give us a shout the next time your travels plans say "SKI" vacation. Cheers and safe travels, we hope to see you again.

Hopefully you were able to enjoy the 48 acre Nottingham Park and Lake with swim beach and fun water rentals, some of the many "walkable" restaurant and shops or maybe you love the location because it was near the recent Fine Arts Festival in the park. Great location in Avon with blue line bus stop at the top of the driveway. Older property so some fixtures and fittings that could do with an update it everything worked and we were able to cook as the property has a good range of kitchen tools and appliances.

For future reference you can give us a shout here at Beaver Creek West and we do indeed have over 50 condos to chose from, if you felt this townhouse needed some "cosmetic updates" we definitely have some higher end condos available for shot term rentals. These of course will not have the same fantastic price as this townhome, but if a newer upgraded condo is what you are looking for, we have many options. Always nice to hear that the condo was clean (as it should be), as our housekeeping team works hard to get everything sparkling. Yes the location is hard to beat. It's just a very short walk to Nottingham Park and Lake with it's nice swim beach and free concerts all summer long. Also many "walkable" restaurants, shops and bars here in Avon. Vail Beaver Creek Ski Trip

Great location in Avon, minutes to the Beaver Creek parking parking lots, and 20 minutes to Vail. The house is in good condition, and with the bedrooms spread over 3 floors, there was plenty of privacy for 5 guests. We only went out to eat one night, and enjoyed the kitchen opening to the dining/living room.

Hello and many thanks of the helpful and nice five star review. We appreciate the feedback and are glad you enjoyed yourselves in this large, fantastically priced town-home in Avon. We have a free Avon Skier Express bus stop just down from the condo so getting to Beaver Creek Village is very easy and you don't have to pay for parking. Also there are several bars, restaurants and shops that are also a short easy walk. Yes the open kitchen/living room plan are ideal for big group gatherings. Please give us a shout the next time you come out to Colorado to ski Beaver Creek We would love to see you back. Cheers!

Great place and location

We loved this place! We had seven adults staying here for work. It has a great area to gather in the living room and kitchen. Everything was well stocked. If you want a newly renovated place stay elsewhere. If you are on a budget and want a comfortable place that feels like a ski lodge, stay here. Newer comfortable beds. Great price.

Avon stay

The stay was great. The place was large and had almost everything we needed. The only thing missing was air conditioning. If renting the unit in the summer months just be aware that windows and fans are the only cooling option.

Hello and thank you for the nice review on our lovely townhouse in Avon Colorado. Yes, we agree how large this fantastic, budget friendly condo is for the whole gang. To let you know their virtually no lodging in this mountain area that does have air conditioning. The great thing is the evening temperatures are in the low to mid 50's in the summer, everyone that lives here just does a bit of cross ventilation and it easily does the trick. Hopefully you were able to enjoy the short walk to Nottingham Park, lake and beach for some fun in the sun. Also hope you enjoyed a few of the restaurants, bars or shops that are walkable from the townhouse, it is a great central location. Please come back for a visit, cheers and safe travels!

You may find fancier but you won't find better

Great property with 4 bedrooms, lots of space, a garage to store gear and it's right by the shuttle stop. If you need fancy, this may not be your spot. If you need a great place to visit Beaver Creek, this is it. The furniture is clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Linens and unit were clean. We have stayed here two years in a row.

Hello and our sincere apologies as we did not see this review from 2022. Not sure how that happened, but most importantly we are glad to hear that you enjoyed the townhouse. This place is very large and glad that it accommodated your crew. Yes the free Blue Line is just steps out of your door. This free town shuttle takes you right to Avon Station where you can just hop on the gondola or take another free bus up into Beaver Creek Village. Very easy to get around to skiing and town. Agreed this is not a fancy place but it is a very popular option, with lots of space and is priced for the value traveler. Always glad to hear the condo was clean and up to the standards required. Our housekeeper work very hard and we appreciate the comment on the cleanliness. This will be passed on to them. The next time you come for a visit give us a shout as we'd love to have you stay with us again. Cheers and safe travels.
