Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed with two families of four, and the house exceeded our expectations. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, which gave everyone privacy. The shopping mall, playground, and library are all within a 3-min walk.The only caveat from the pictures is that back yard does not look like it does in the pictures. The grass is completely overgrown and is about 2' tall. We thought our kids could play back there, but it's not really somewhere they can run around.

Paradise in Princeville

We are a family of seven who stayed at this property for my son's 40th bday. What a great home! Location was perfect! Beautiful neighborhood with a park nearby for the kids. You could walk to the shopping center. The lanai was so welcoming with a hot tub and the most gorgeous view! Beds were super comfy! Loved all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Miss the house already!

This house was awesome! The layout was wonderful. Kitchen mostly stocked with what we needed. One screen didn’t work and the central air was broke. But management was helpful and provided a generous refund amount to accommodate. We would love to stay here again. Loved it!

Perfect for our family!

The house was perfect for my wife and I along with our two adult children and their spouses. Each bedroom had ensuite bath. The central living area separates two bedrooms on each side of the house to provide a little privacy at night. Having the game room was great; we played games each evening. The hot tub was a hit also. This was probably the most clean and bug free home we've rented in Hawaii....and we've been here 15+ times. The location is quiet, but by being in Princeville, most, but not all, of the activities are much further south. So a good deal of driving.

Beautiful Princeville House with a View

We stayed for a week with our family of six in this beautiful house. We loved the layout of the house with four bedrooms all with an adjoining bathroom. With moody teenagers it was important that everyone had their own space. It was perfect. The back sliding doors open up the entire back of the house looking out onto the lush green landscape. The views of the surrounding mountains and waterfalls were stunning. The house was well stocked and had all the little touches you would need. This property is a very short walk to the market and various restaurants and shops. The location on the North Shore was exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend this property and hope we can stay again in the future.

Great Space for the Whole Family to Vacation on Beautiful Kauai!

4 Bedrooms and 4 1/2 Baths were perfect for our extended family vacation. All on one floor. All 4 bedrooms, all with ensuite baths - 2 King Masters, 1 Queen, 1 Twin-Bedded ( that can be made into a king). Views across the green to the mountains in the distance can be seen from the great room living/dining/kitchen/patios/and both master bedrooms. Large open center living space with 2 "wings", each with 2 bedrooms gave everyone privacy when they wanted, but we could all come together in the central living area. A supermarket and small shopping area was within walking distance.A few glitches were handled right away by the property manager, Oceanfront Sotheby's International Realty (office in nearby shopping center).

Great Spot

The house was clean and so pretty with tasteful Hawaiin decor. only thing was we couldn’t really figure out the AC and it was hot in the late afternoon but cooled off once the sun went down beneath the trees. Great location and set up with every room having its own bathroom. Very Nice remodeled kitchen with comfortable family room and huge TV with all the streaming channels. Beds were comfortable and the location was great if you want you stay in Hanalei. It was right next to the Foodland center with coffee, restaurants, and gas station and a 5-10 min. drive to Hanalei. Located on a Frolf course, it’s very green and lots of room for kids to roam plus fun to watch the Frolfers which were few and far between. You can walk or drive to Hideaways snorkel and trail to Queen’s Bath within the Princeville property. We had a wonderful trip and made great memories with our family, my mom and my brother’s family. Would definitely stay here again!!

amazing vacation

This house is perfectly set up for a vacation rental. Each of the 4 bedrooms has their own bathroom and there is also a guest bathroom, so that each room has its own private space. The shared space has full windows and a slider that all look out onto an open green area. Surrounding the home are gorgeous green mountains with a waterfall view and each day we were there (literally EACH day!) we were greeted with a rainbow in the morning. You are located steps away from quaint shops and restaurants featuring good food and quality clothing and jewelry shops as well as a great little toy shop for kids. There is a full grocery store and a wine shop with nice snacks so you are never in need of driving out for supplies. The walk through the green space, which was a golf course but is now a frisbee golf course with walking trails, leads to an ocean overlook. All that the Princeville area has to offer is minutes away because in spite of the peaceful setting you are super close to the main highway. In addition, Oceanfront Realty is so accommodating! We had an issue with the front door lock and they were there within minutes to take care of it. They answered all calls promptly and also have an after hours emergency contact. We honestly could not have asked for more.

The views from the patio were stunning, the most peaceful cup of coffee you could dream of. We will absolutely be back in future years with this group! Created memories for a lifetime at this peaceful sanctuary.

Perfect family vacation home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and well maintained. It was located in a beautiful, safe area within a short walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Princeville is cool!

Great stay. Wonderful house. Amazing Anini Beach. …but had some problem with the the internet and it took two days to get a response from management. Basically the router is incompatible with all new browsers, since the sign in page requires the banned port 10080. We eventually got some devices to connect using a customized version of Firefox, but it seems impossible to connect most iPhones to this Wi-Fi. We had to download Firefox Nightly and add the following variable to the about:config page: network.security.ports.banned.override = 10080 (set the type to string). The hosts should set up a more usable Wi-Fi network.

Mahalo nui loa for your review! We're not sure why you had problems with the WiFi router, since you didn't bring it to our attention during your stay. We would have assisted you while you were here. This is the first time we've had anyone report difficulty with using WiFi at the home, but we will investigate further. Please note that there is no sign in page for connecting to WiFi, unless you were trying to access the router instead of logging onto the network.

Great house for family and group

The house was great, all the amenities were perfect and in good shape. The house is really close to the store and main road facing the golf course, very peaceful and convenient. The house is in good shape, it is very comfortable. The beach cooler was damage, we called the host and within one hour we got a new one. Great service. One issue we didn’t mention directly is one mattress is rundown and needs to be replaced. This is a thing you never notice until you sleep in it. Is in the room closer to the tv. We were very happy with the house, we will be back next time
