Once more a fantastic stay in Villamartin, longing to go back soon. New bedding coming, new terrace equipment, new big flat screen TV.... will find it hard to go back to normal life!

Hi Terry, Indeed, as stated in the ad, all can be done on foot: Shopping, bars, pubs, restaurants, cash machines, pool, sunbathing, but seeing the sea dosen't mean you can walk to it obviously. Having a car is indeed recommended if you want to discover the many wonderful beaches of the area, or the great cities of Cartagena or Murcia. A coach service is available though down the road but then requires some anticipation to check all schedules in advance. Looking forward to welcoming you in the future. Pascal and Frédérique

Beautiful apartment

Exellent property. Lovely balcony and roof terrace. Plenty of space and all home comforts. Great pool area. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Parking space in basement was very useful. Overall, we couldnt fault it.

Wonderful time in this wonderful apartment

We spent one wonderful week in this apartment, enjoyed every moment of it, the solarium is just fantastic. Lovely view on the distant sea, so relaxing and quiet. We also loved not to have to use the car, as we went shopping on foot to Mercadona, and also ate at the Plaza, following the owners' adice, and we were right! Try to go early for lunch to get the discount! Walks on the seafront in Torrevieja a must do, Mar menor just cool water even in April, just amazing. We will be pleased to come back soon, maybe when it's warmer to use the pool! Thanks for everything (and Thanks Anita for being available any time!) Chantal and Family( 55 +)

Excellent séjour !!

En ce mois de septembre le calme était au rendez vous dans la résidence. L appartement est idéal, déco, équipement et propreté - la literie est excellente !! Le toit terrasse est un vrai plus avec ses transats son coin repas et sans vis à vis. Nous avons également apprécié la place de parking en sous sol. La situation est idéale on trouve tout à proximité restos, magasins .. les plages sont magnifiques . Tout est réuni pour passer de très bonnes vacances. Je terminerai par un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur grande disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Merci également à Anita pour son accueil

Génial 😃

Un très bel appartement, très fonctionnel, une résidence très calme, et cerise sur le gâteau la piscine. Mais si vous venez en avion prévoir une location de voiture à l'aéroport d'alicante (prix plus que correct), car prendre le bus est une véritable galère.1 toutes les heures, ou heures et demi !! Mais sinon c'était de très bonnes vacances. Un grand merci aux propriétaires, également à Anita 🙂

My mum and dad rented this property and it was beautiful and thoroughly clean and every thing needed there to enjoy their stay. pascal and his wife are exceptional in their help and tastes. Not enough stars to rate these guys x x x

very clean and good size well equipped

We loved staying here as it was peaceful and quiet but 5 mins down the road was a nice place called villamartin plaza where live music and shows are on .The beach was 8 mins drive and the view from the solarium were stunning 5 stars 😀😀😀😀😀

Superb.

Quiet, beautifully kept, all the comforts you can ask for. Close to the beaches, close to the motorway and conveniently placed for golf courses, visits to neighbouring places of interest and lots and lots of shops, including the mall at La Zenia. Some reasonable restaurants close by.

We spent a whole month in September for complete relaxation : sun and water at ideal temperature ! The apartment has an excellent location between all restaurants, beaches, shops and nature, and offers all the facilities and comfort we were looking for : spotlessly clean, well equipped, it is cosy and calm. We had great BBQs on the private solarium in the nice and warm evenings ! Special thanks to the owners for thorough documentation for visits and strolls in the area : so many things to see ! Highly recommended !

Great apartment , quiet and well equipped

My only downside was that information about how to clean the air conditioning unit wasn't clear , also how to use the cooker wasn't clear but got there in the end ! The double bed is in need of an update as you meet in the middle x Roger and Anita were very helpful and always available . Overall though the apartment was great , lovely views from all areas , great solarium good pool area x added bonus of underground car park so car was always cool and safe ! And lift to all floors so after s hard day at the beach 😂 No stairs to climb ! Thanks pascal also for your prompt replies to my emails . We would definitely visit again

Hi Kim, For your future visits, do not forget that Anita is just minutes from the apartment, and is always ready to help with advice or tips about the equipment. All the documentation is available in the kitchen, and will need better indication to be found easily in case of a problem. Pascal

Un mois en septembre pour se reposer : soleil et eau à température idéale ! L'appartement, est très bien situé entre commerces, restaurants, plages et nature, et offre tout le confort que nous recherchions : propre, très bien équipé, il est agréable et calme. Son solarium nous a permis de profiter de belles soirées grillade autour du barbecue ! Un grand merci également aux propriétaires pour leur "book" des balades et visites à faire dans la région : que de choses à voir !! Nous recommandons vraiment !

Un appartement chaleureux, équipé et une résidence au calme.

Un accueil chaleureux, un appartement cosy, des attentions de la part des propriétaires qui font que l'on se sent bien "comme à la maison". Je recommande tout à fait cette résidence et l'appartement qui de surcroît bénéficie d'un toit terrasse magnifique où il fait bon vivre.

The apartment is good and cozy, close to the sea, but the car is obligatory. The owner responds to the messages immediately and offers a lot of information about the apartment and the area. I recommend this place and apartment Beds could be better / newer.
