We appreciate the feedback and are happy to see you thoroughly enjoyed your stay in this unit. Beaver Creek West condos has over 50 condos to choose from and we are happy you found one that works for you. We 100% agree that we are sooooo convenient to skiing, along with some restaurants, bars and shops with everything walkable. BUT why walk when you can hop on our FREE skier shuttle to Beaver Creek right outside your condo door. The FREE BC skier shuttle runs seven days a week and we also have a FREE skier shuttle to Vail Thursday - Monday that you do need to make reservation for. Making skiing easy and enjoyable for the whole family. This is one of our "premium" condos as rated by our Chamber of Commerce with it's modern, yet mountain vibes, it is very popular with our guests. All of our rental condos have fully stocked kitchens, washer & dryers and a bathroom for each bedroom. We hope you were able to enjoy one of our three hot tubs at the property as those are heaven after a fantastic day on the slopes. We also have a heated outdoor, year around pool and sauna if that is more your style. We are unique that we have a front desk with live people to assist you with any questions about the area, where to eat and what to do. In this modern world it's hard to find a rental place that you can talk to someone live and in person with questions or concerns. We have onsite maintenance and housekeeping to take care of the needs of our guest if needed. So, convenience all around for everyone. Glad you enjoyed the free skier shuttle that BCW has for Vail and Beaver Creek. It makes getting to the slopes SO easy, especially with 8 people. Those hot tubs are definitely a fan favorite at BCW as they are awesome after a long day on the slopes. Nice to hear about how clean the condo was as our housekeepers have been working very hard this season to keep everything looking good. Happy to hear that you found the condo kitchen well stocked to cook some fantastic homecooked meals while staying here. it's great to have the option to cook if needed glad you found it met your expectations. Sorry to hear about the bunkbed, yes a simple call to the front desk (it's great to have "live" people to call) and our on-site maintenance staff would have come on over and adjusted the beds for you. No problem they tightened them upon your departure, when they checked out the condo. Glad you were able to get some great time on the slopes and then get to relax in the hot tubs, sauna and or pool.
