Wunderschönes kristallklares Wasser direkt vor der Hintertür! Achtzig Fuß von den Schiebetüren entfernt ist das beste Schnorcheln auf der Insel, zwischen dem Ufer und einem wunderschönen Korallenriff, in seichtem Wasser, das leicht zu navigieren ist. Es gibt endlose bunte Fische und wunderschöne Korallenköpfe zum Erkunden. Azure Breeze ist ein sehr ruhiger, gemütlicher und privater Ort, an dem an einem Tag möglicherweise nicht mehr als eine Handvoll Menschen vorbeikommen! Mit nur sechs zweistöckigen Einheiten bietet unsere Villa Privatsphäre und Gelassenheit. Mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern Es ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie benötigen, einschließlich eines Kajaks und Schnorchelausrüstung für Erwachsene!

Spring Break for the Family

Our first time to Grand Cayman and it was a blast!! The property is exactly as advertised. 3 bedroom 3 bath with a king, queen and two twin beds. Plenty of room for our 5 adults and one teen. The master bedroom is spacious and open with a very comfortable king bed. The kitchen and living room is nice and open so everyone can be together. It could use a bigger garbage can. Owners provide all the essentials and sports equipment you need. The beach is quiet but a little rocky and seaweedy. View from the patio and balcony are amazing!! Nice location with a cheap restaurant and small grocery store minutes away. Run point is a short drive and has a nice beach for swimming, restaurant and water sports. Georgetown/seven mile beach are roughly 45 minutes by car but not a bad drive. The driving on the left and roundabouts take a little getting used to. We did plenty of activities and the location made it easier to do since the crystal caves are near there as well as a stingray cruise and bioluminescent tour departing from Rum Point. All in all a great trip and the villa was absolutely perfect for the what we needed!!

Still the BEST on Grand Cayman

This is our third stay and won't be our last. This is the absolute BEST location on the island and the absolute BEST equipped and decorated place!! Everything you need is there, with the possible exception of more than one spatula - but I use multiple spatulas every day at home so I'm glad they even had one as most places don't. ;-)Lili, the owners' daughter and now the property manger, was super responsive to our questions, especially when we had trouble with connecting to the TV!!! She provided excellent service.The place is always super clean, and, as I said, exceptionally well equipped, with nice items (dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, towels, etc. etc.) - not the more typical mismatched items provided in many rentals.It is obvious this is a well loved family home and you won't want to leave.And for me, an avid snorkeler who LOVES being able to just walk in the water and see all the pretty fish and other marine life, there's no place better than the Northside of Grand Cayman. We will be back!!!

Everything from booking through to arrival was easy. The home and amenities were exactly as advertised. Lili was easily accessibly, although we didn't need her. They provided great information, resources and recommendations for the entire island! Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would highly recommend a family of 6 coming here!

Great Stay at Azure Breeze

This is a great property and is exactly as show in VRBO. It is so cool to be right on the beach and be able to snorkel or kayak in your back yard. This is probably the best stocked VRBO I have ever been in. From beach gear, snorkel equipment, kitchen set up, and even kitchen and toiletry items. When you sign up to rent the owners sends you an extensive list of all that is at the condo and it was very accurate. She also sends you a lot of details about the island that we found very helpful and used to plan our activities for the day. It was incredibly useful. The only thing to consider is that it is much slower side of the island than seven mile. The beaches are not groomed the same way so there is a lot of sea grass on the beach. It is very natural and once we got used to it it did not bother us too much. We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere most of the time but it is about 45min to an hour if you want to go to the west (seven mile area). We loved Rum Point and Kaibo Beach Club but other than that not much on the Northeast side. You also need to stock up on groceries on your way in because it is about a 20-25 min drive to nearest decent grocery store. Overall amazing condo and very neat right on the beach. If you looking for a quiet relaxing location this is definitely your spot. And the owners could not be better to work with! Loved our stay!

This lovely home is everything advertised, and more. Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay and made so many happy memories. The kitchen is well furnished, the home was spotless and the information the hosts provided about the area was very helpful in making our trip even better. The fabulous vacation.

Five of us including my 86 year-old mother just came back from a week vacation at Chris’s lovely house. The house is located in very quiet neighborhood, very clean, with everything we needed. But most importantly, it’s at the best location for people like us who love snorkeling. We have checked out the west side ( 7 mile beach) and the east side, and find the best snorkeling area is indeed at our backyard. Even better than the coral garden, because the water is shallower here and the fishes are closer, so many different types, including star fish, conch, all right here. The waves are gentle most of the days. Only one day when the wind was 20 mph, we went to the 7 mile beach ( cemetery beach) where the wave was much bigger, could not even go in the water without being flipped. As we came back to the house, we went right in the water and enjoyed the beautiful fish and swim. There were no mosquitoes during the day. And we didn’t stay outside past the evening as it is much more comfortable staying inside with AC. We went in the water at least 2 times every day and hade the most relaxed and enchanted vacation. The sting ray charter we went per the direction of Chris was also fantastic. My mother was acting like a 5 year-old. Highly recommend this house.

BEST RENTAL ON CAYMAN!!!!!

This was our very long overdue second visit to this property. We first visited in April 2017 (please see our first review) and were blown away by the attention to detail, cleanliness, LOCATION, fabulous snorkeling, and incredible thoroughness of our host, Chris, in thinking of everything (and more) that one might wish to have while vacationing. We planned to come back the following year, but a close friend's daughter's wedding . We finally made it back this year and the villa is even better. If you are an avid snorkeler, you cannot beat the location - it's like having your own private aquarium to snorkel in just steps from your door. But the care that Chris has taken with their house is even better. Everything is in top notch shape, the furniture is so comfortable, the decor is incredible, and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked. It has everything you need and not just cast offs - a complete (more complete set than I have myself) of dishes (for 12 I think), glasses of all kinds galore, mixing bowls, casseroles, complete set of pots and pans, nice knives, etc., etc., etc. And everything is well organized (lots of labels!) and all is so clean. Really, if you are looking at this place, don't hesitate!! Rent it now! You won't be sorry. Oh, I forgot, there are also lots of fins and snorkels, and a kayak! Can't wait to be back!!!

Spring break in Cayman

We had a great time staying on the north side of the island. The house was just as described. Plenty of space, very clean, all the amenities you could need. The kayak was a great feature that we enjoyed using a lot. Lots of great snorkeling just a few feet in front of the condo. My family enjoyed playing the board games that were provided. The kitchen was well stocked and had a few extra things like condiments and spices. Overall it’s a great location on a very private feeling beach. Rum point with all of its amenities and beautiful sunsets is only a 5 min drive away. My family had a very relaxing trip and would definitely book here again.

What a perfect stay!!! This unit has everything you need for a great week!!! Well stocked home with lots of condiments and kitchen items. Plenty of beach lounges, snorkel gear, etc. the owner is very neat and organized! There is a place for everything! I am picky about cleanliness and this place was w exceptionally clean! Small private beach area with access to the best snorkeling on the island!!! Just walk into the water! We enjoyed fishing for conch and Eating it and buying fresh fish from the fishermen from the dock. Really I can’t say enough about this place! I would definitely want to come back here!

Needed a 2nd week!

Absolutely beautiful property! On the Northside it is nice and quiet and having the beach to yourself is wonderful. The villa is equipped with everything you may need except food, LOL. The snorkeling directly in front of the Villa is wonderful - we snorkeled every day we were able to. We did several activities this week including renting a Catamaran, going to the Turtle center, Botanical Gardens and other things. The Over the Edge restaurant just down the road has wonderful food and having a small grocery store close by was so convenient. When we traveled to Rum Point we noticed how the villa's got closer and closer to each other. During our stay we only saw people staying in the other 5 Villa's. There is no way to explain how beautiful the area was - we would have loved a second week to keep enjoying the beautiful snorkeling. Only negative is the mosquitos - they were plentiful but nothing bug spray didn't fix.

Perfect vacation!

This property is exactly as listed and was perfect for our family! Kids loved snorkeling and kayaking out the back door. Recommend Over The Edge restaurant-1 mile from the property. We made the mistake of not trying it until our last day and wished we would have tried it sooner! The property is a ways from the hot spots and grocery so a little planning there is recommended. But owner is wonderful to work with and made our first trip there amazing!

Beach Vacation

This property met all our expectations and made our week in such a special place very exceptional. The house is in a great location for snorkeling and quiet beaches, lots of times being completely deserted. The accommodations were very comfortable, everything was clean, and it was stocked with all beach needs. The landscape maintenance worker even got fresh coconuts out of the trees for our teens. Thanks for all the attention to the details!

We honeymooned in Grand Cayman 33 years ago and that is when we fell in love with the island, and specifically the north side of the island. It was different than any beach that we had experienced. Azure Breeze is serene and peaceful, with breathtaking views of the Carribean Sea! And, oh , the snorkeling! No matter how many times you dip your head into the water, you will be amazed and awed at the display of nature that you will experience in our backyard. Top your day of snorkeling off with a bottle of wine in the kayak out back watching the sunset. Then relax as you are amazed at the shooting stars in the star-studded sky!

Best snorkeling site on the island....and we and we have tried them all! The shallow waters between the shore and the coral reef allow even the most skiddish to enjoy this wondrous adventure. You will have an authentic Cayman Island experience on our quiet and peaceful side of the island, alongside the locals. No dealing with the Cayman islands tourists and the resulting traffic in Georgetown, or the masses of people that the cruise ships bring to Seven Mile Beach. This is real Cayman!
