Exactly as advertised. EXCELLENT location right across from waterpark and two minutes from the amusements, boardwalk and beach. Two parking spots, little outdoor space in the front near the sidewalk for people watching and drinks in the evening. Exactly what you want when you're going down the shore. And John and Alyson were a delight and very available.

The location was good. It was less than a block away from the boardwalk and the beach. Right across the street was the water park. The house was well equipped, but had no oven, just a microwave and a propane grill. The livingroom could use some more lighting, and an update to one of the couches. The enclosed porch like area had a table and chairs for eating and playing games. It was nice having the bedding included and all ready for you..You did need to bring your own towels. There is no washing machine or dryer. Parking for two cars and beach passes for six are also included. I would recommend it for families..

Nice place close to everything!

Overall a great little place. We weren’t aware ahead of time that it was the first floor and had a rental unit directly above us, but luckily our upstairs neighbors weren’t loud or annoying. A couple of minor issues popped up over the weekend, but nothing worth mentioning. Hosts were communicative and friendly. Super close to beach, boardwalk, and shopping essentials!

Great location, plenty of room

Our family has been coming to Seaside Heights for decades. This year, we chose a more central location - perfect for getting to restaurants, the boardwalk, and the beach. Staying on the bottom floor was helpful with an elderly parent and young children. 3 bedrooms gave us plenty of room. The separate dining area and "extra" back room for overflow of things was also great. While there is no oven, we were thrilled to have a dishwasher instead! Lots of kitchen utensils, pots/pans, plates, cups, etc. The host was very quick to respond to all questions/needs. We'd be happy to stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This vacation home was the best experience we have ever had going to the shore 20+ years. The brightness and comfort of the house gave way to a very much needed vacation for my husband and me. For my teenagers it was the perfect spot for beach, boardwalk and water park activities. We never had to get back in the car until it was time to leave. As close as we were to the boardwalk and beach we still enjoyed peace and quite inside the house. There was so much room and it was so modern. The beds were so comfortable and this is the only beach house I could ever say that about. The kitchen was more spacious than my own. The whole house intricately decorated with a Sea Shore Theme. It's a perfect beach house that we want to rent over and over again. The owner took care of any need or questions we had. Great guy to rent from. We can't wait to go back.

DON'T BREATH TO HARD YOU MIGHT GET KICKED OUT.

While this is a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay, the owner is rude and accusatory. My husband and I are in our mid 50's. We brought our 20 year old daughter and teenage daughter. in 2016 we stayed in this home. The back door had a chain latch hook that was above my head I am only 5'1". I did not see it and broke the trim it was attached to. I was upset and immediate called the owner. He told me it happens all the time and it was a "stupid" code required in the town. We rented again this year and he had new tile placed on the kitchen floor. I just got notice from him accusing us of cracking the tile in the kitchen. Also, my husband he claims put a burn in one of the outside plastic chairs. (that was probably our fault and we would be happy to pay the $10 he said the chair cost.) The crack in the kitchen floor could not have been done by us. It was either already there or the cleaning people did it. And by the way it is a chip from the pic he sent maybe an 1/8" small on a tile. Anyway, we had nothing on the floor other than our feet or flip flops so I don't know how he thinks we did it. We dropped nothing. We ate and slept in the house that was it. Because of these incidents He told us we can't come back. I was so very hurt as I am a very meticulous person. This owner would sit outside and talk with my husband everyday. My husband helped him take out the garbage and cleaned his grill and this is the thanks we get. I know we did not crack the floor. We are not perfect people but to get the email I got from him made us feel awful. To be in your 50's and talked to like we were some partying group was insulting to our character. If we did any damage we would have owned up to it. Even if he offered us to stay there again I would be afraid of breathing to hard and him flipping out. Stay away from anything this man rents.

Wow, this person is totally crazy....... This was the second year we rented to them. And they love the place so much, they wanted to rent it again next year. Well every time during their stay sometime was/is broken. We did not charge them the first year, and the second year they again broke something. Again we did not charge them, but enough is enough. Staying at a seaside rental does not give anyone the right to do damage. We look for guest that respect our homes as if they were their home. We sent them an email stating that we can no longer accept them and sure enough she goes ballistic. So weird........

The landlord was very attentive and the location and house were perfect for our family. A short walk to the boardwalk and the beach. I would definitely recommend this location.

Great house with everything you need for a quick get away!

John and Alyson were helpful in every aspect of our trip. The house is a 2 minute walk from the boardwalk and beach. Perfect for a group of friends. We stayed for memorial day weekend and everything is in great proximity to the house. 10/10 would stay again!

Excellent Property - Excellent Host!

We had an amazing time at The Shore, mostly because of the greatest house to stay in. Our Host, John, was available, patient (we had a lot of questions), and we actually got to meet him. He was very laid back too. The kitchen was very equipped, the only thing I would recommend changing is the toaster. We were a "toasted bagel" family, and it didn't work great. The only other suggestion we have, would be a couple shelves and hooks in the half bath. It would be nice to have somewhere to put our stuff. Those are just suggestions, definitely not a Criticism. We will for sure be back!

Great experience!

This house is in the perfect location! Right off of the boardwalk and close to the water park and places to eat. It has more natural light than shown in pictures. John Anthony was a great host. He answered our questions right away and made check in very easy. I look forward to returning and staying in one of his locations again.

the best location ever, very clean and litterally has everything, grill , 3 beds each can take 2 easily, clean kitchen with all supplies you need. we stayed 2 nights and it was really comfortable. each room has tv and the kids didn't want to leave. i would definitly go back.

Great location, easy check-in

The house could not have been in a better location, we were able to spend the day on the boardwalk and the beach and run back if we forgot anything or wanted a break from the sun. John was an exceptional host, the check in and check out process was seamless, and he provided an excellent list of recommended restaurants that we used for our stay. I would definitely stay here again!
