Loved it!

Place was clean and so nice! We loved staying here. The view was great. The really nice bonus was that there were beach chairs provided to take down!! This is always a big thing for us so we do not have to spend extra money on renting chairs!

Great place and location. Dryer vent was stopped up with sand. Informed the property manager and they were going to take care of it. Overall it was a great place.

View of sharks all day long!

There wasn’t a day we didn’t see sharks from our balcony! We also saw a sea turtle, 2 dolphins and a manatee. Schooner’s is next door and has a free public beach for you to park in if you arrive early. If you select a super early check-in, it’s 12:00pm. The parking garage code doesn’t have a # sign. The pool gate and main hotel door code does. These are 4 digit codes and not the same as your room code.

Memorial Day Week 24

Very clean, easy check in, beautiful views from both the front door and the balcony. Great AC, easy access to the beach. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay at the lower lagoon. Close enough to everything and great place for kids. The bed is soft and we brought our own pillows but there were plenty to choose from. Modern appliances including a blender, toaster, crockpot, kureg, and a regular coffee pot. Was perfect for us we really enjoyed our time there.

Excellent stay. We saw a manatee which was amazing.. Awesome side of pcb. Right beside schooner’s amazing food. Stayed for years. Room was excellent! Very happy with the description and will be back again.

Fall break

We stayed in 1806 at Seychelles. The condo was absolutely perfect. The pictures on vrbo do not do it justice. It was extremely clean and very well kept. The communication we got from the owner/management company was fantastic. We appreciate the week’s notice about the water being temporarily shut off for a few hours for a valve repair. Can’t wait to stay there again! Thank you for such a wonderful vacation experience!

This is our Favorite place to stay

We have family in the area and Seychelles is very conveniently located to where they live. We have stayed in more than one condo and have never been disappointed. The rates are reasonable. The facility is immaculately maintained. Our leasing agent was very accommodating when we asked to add another night. I will definitely stay here again.

Would recommend

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and in a great location if you want an area that’s not as heavy for car or beach traffic. The unit was clean and exactly like the pictures. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars overall was that the wifi kept dropping out/slow but our ATT data worked great from the location so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Very enjoyable vacation

Would recommend to others. Elevators were fast; we were on the 18th floor no problems getting back and forth. No issues with parking and close to Schooners restaurant.
