Nur 700 m vom Strand Platanitis in Nafpaktos entfernt bieten die Venetiko Villas vier luxuriöse Einzelvillen, die von einem grasbewachsenen Garten und einer Sonnenterrasse umgeben sind. Alle klimatisierten Villen sind aus Stein gebaut und in Anlehnung an die traditionelle Architektur gebaut. Sie haben zwei Etagen und eine Zentralheizung. Der erste Stock verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem Gemeinschaftsbad mit Badewanne. Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus einem Sitzzimmer mit Kamin, einer offenen Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Der nächste Supermarkt und die nächste Bank sind 4 km entfernt, während das Restaurant, das Café und eine Bushaltestelle nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt sind. Die Stadt Nafpaktos, die Rio-Antirio-Brücke und das Rio-Krankenhaus befinden sich in einer Entfernung von 5 km. Kostenlose Privatparkplätze stehen vor Ort zur Verfügung.

Excellent service, everything as advertised

I spent a weekend with friends at Venetiko. The manager was very friendly and responded immediately and positively to any queries or requests that we had. The appartment was as advertised and all appliances were functioning properly. It was clean to a high standard and the bed linen provided was also freshly cleaned and adequate. The customer service was excellent and, most importantly, always with a smile. I am a returning customer and have already recommended this to my in laws and friends, who had the same experience as me when they visited.

Sehr zu empfehlender Geheimtipp

Wir (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, 10 und 12 Jahre alt) waren im August/September für zwei Wochen in Nick´s Villa. Die Lage ist klasse, etwas außerhalb von Nafpaktos, am Hang, daher mit einzigartigem Blick, nicht zuletzt über den Golf von Korinth. Die gesamte Anlage (zwei Doppelhäuser) ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit sehr viel Platz, zwei Schlafzimmern mit Top–Matratzen, jeweils mit guter Klimaanlage, großen Schränken, zwei Bädern, eines mit Dusche, das andere mit Badewanne. Ein riesiger Wohnraum mit offener Küche (ebenfalls klimatisiert), bequemen Wohnzimmermöbeln und einem Esstisch befindet sich im EG. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich im OG. Vier große Terrassen mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Tisch stehen zur Verfügung. Zur Begüssung war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken und Wein gefüllt. Für das Frühstück waren Toast, Butter, Marmelade, Kaffee und Kakao schon von unserem Gastgeber, Nick, bereitgestellt. Überhaupt: Unser Gastgeber Nick! Er empfing uns mit offenen Armen, überaus gastfreundlich, in perfektem Englisch. Gleich gab es den W-LAN-Code und den Netflix-Zugang. Er gab uns ganz tolle Tipps zu Restaurants, die wir ohne ihn nie gefunden hätten. Auch andere Empfehlungen, zu tollen Badebuchten oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr wertvoll. Ein Highlight war der Tipp zu einem Segeltörn zu einsamen Badebuchten und Inseln. Zur Freude unseres Sohnes stellte er uns für die ganze Zeit ein aufblasbares Kajak unentgeltlich zur Verfügung. Auch sein nagelneues Fahrrad stellte er zur Verfügung, Parkmöglichkeiten waren ausreichend vorhanden, die Außenanlagen waren sehr gepflegt, sie luden zum Draussen–Sitzen ein, ein Barbecue stand zur Verfügung, in der Anlage war es sehr ruhig. Auch eine Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel stand zur Verfügung. Nick war für uns ein herausragender Gastgeber. Er war für uns immer erreichbar und versuchte, uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abzulesen. Der Vollständigkeit halber erwähne ich, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher (mit eigenem Logo) in hochwertiger Qualität vorhanden waren. Da auch ansonsten die Strände, das Meer und die Restaurants einzigartig waren, haben wir wunderschöne zwei Wochen in Griechenland verbracht.

Great place to go

Very comfortable, clean and spacious villa, located in a calm place but near everything what you need to spend great holidays: nice beaches, historical sites and towns to visit, restaurants, shopping possibilities. We also appreciated the beautiful views from the balcony, the villa's swimming pool and the air condition as well as parking on the property. A big thanks to the host Nicholas for his hospitality, quick answers to our questions before our holidays, and his availability for any help and advice when we stayed at Venetiko Villas.

Nick & Venetiko Villas - the best.

Coming to Nakpaktos, we initially planned to stay in Gribovo. However, looking at the space Venetiko has and the positive reviews, I chose Venetiko. I like the location. My last visit in Greece was in Nafpaktos as well, in Gribovo. Having a rental car, Venetiko is a short drive from Gribovo. This short drive added an element of structure to our stay. We ended up exploring other local beaches as well as going over the bridge to Patra and Lefkada. Lefkada is one of the most amazing islands. Thanks to Nick for recommending the visit. The views from the balconies at Venetiko are awesome. But Nick is what takes Venetiko from good to great. Nick has speed, passion, innovation and accountability in his work. I don’t think I’ve seen better service for that amount of time (nearly 3 weeks). As examples, the shower broke - Nick responded quickly and it was fixed. I asked Nick where I could find a bike for my little girl to ride - Nick had a small bike to borrow. We asked Nick for recommendations about places to go - Nick was spot on and we made better use of our time as a result. In conclusion, I give Nick and Venetiko Villas a 10 out of 10.

Amazing place!Magnificent view!

We love our staying at the villa, in full peace and relaxation! The view is breathtaking, great balconies and outdoor spaces. The villa is well equiped, great accomodation, large spaces, decorated with taste and impeccably clean. Nickolas was very kind and polite, greeted us with a smile, and was a wealth of information. Surely he made us feel at home! We can't wait till next time!

Perfect stay, ideal location to visit the region

I wanted for a long time to visit that part of Greece which offers a lot of options all year long (beach, mountain, sight-seeing, sports activities, good food) so we went there with my boyfriend for 5 days during the Christmas holidays. Staying at "Venetiko Villas" was a wonderful experience, a good value for money and a perfect choice in terms of location, allowing us to explore the surroundings, while being as far and as near the city (actually, two cities, Nafpaktos and Patras) as we wanted. The place was easy to reach and has its own parking area. At the hotel we were warmly welcomed by the owners, a young friendly couple, Nikos and Chrysa, who gave us a lot of tips for the region and were always helpful with whatever we wanted to ask them. The villa itself was very spacious (also fit for more people) and clean. It was luminous and furnished with style, and I loved the Christmas decoration of both the apartment (we even had our own Christmas tree!) as well as of the whole compound. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to make our coffee before leaving the place in the morning, or even stay in and cook during the evening, enjoying some relaxing time in the living-room next to the fireplace. I particularly valued the cleanliness of the bathrooms, which had all the amenities plus a hydro-massage shower. Also, the location of the property was ideal; right next to Nafpaktos, which is worth visiting for its castle offering nice panoramic views of the sea as well as for its very beautiful small port. At the same time, the villas have direct access to the roads leading to the mountain region and villages (as well as to the beach during summertime), where we had the opportunity to enjoy beautiful natural scenery combined with tasteful local food. Even the archaeological site of Delphi is not that far away (about an hour drive through a beautiful landscape) as we saw when we took our way back to Athens through the mountain of Parnassos. Since the whole region is slightly off traditional tourist tracks, I was glad to find out that it has a lot of to offer in terms of attractions and activities, in reasonable prices and without being overcrowded. Overall, our stay in the Venetiko Villas was very very pleasant and I definitely plan to go back, this time to discover the surroundings during summertime and also enjoy some beach time!

Distinctive Villa with excellent service

Beautiful buildings, with nice surrounding area. Lots of space for our kids to play, and peaceful garden, where you can have your coffee or drink. Rooms are very clean, and quiet. AC, heating and fireplace all worked perfectly. As for the manager and the staff, they are very polite and helpful. The service is excellent. Manager gave us a tour of Nafpaktos town centre, to help us get familiar with it. This was very helpful. Also very good food (and cheap) in taverns nearby. I definitely reccomend it.

Great time in Nafpaktos

The villas are incredible, clean and modern with a traditional twist, fully equipped, with a stunning view of the Corintian Gulf. The town of Nafpaktos is not well known but is surprisingly amazing with its Venetian castle and beautiful surroundings. My girlfriend and I intended on staying for a couple of days but after seeing the villas up close we eventually stayed for a week in mid July and loved it! The environment was comfortable and felt like ...home. Nick, the manager, was extremely informative, funny and polite.I definitely recommend staying there and surely will return!

Μείναμε 5 βράδια στο Venetiko Villas και φύγαμε ενθουσιασμένοι! Τα δωμάτια (σπίτια), πεντακάθαρα, ευρύχωρα, λειτουργικά και εξαιρετικά διακοσμημένα. Ο Νίκος (ο οικοδεσπότης) πάντα χαμογελαστός και πρόθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε ό,τι ζητήσαμε. Η περιοχή, ήσυχη και όμορφη με τον περιβάλλοντα χώρο να δημιουργεί μια αίσθηση ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης. Η ευρύτερη περιοχή της Ναυπακτίας προσφέρεται για εκδρομές σε πανέμορφα μέρη και χωριά. Η τιμή του δωματίου είναι πολύ οικονομική σε σχέση με αυτά που προσφέρει. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε στο Βενέτικο και ήδη το έχουμε προτείνει σε πολλούς φίλους μας.

A lovely place to be with your family!

The description was accurate. I totally loved the location of the villa. It is near the small city but far enough to have that feeling of relaxation and quietness. The facilities are great with lots of greenery. The property was very clean and friendly to children. The owner is very helpful, always around for anything you need. I will definitely go again!

Wonderfull Nafpaktos, lovely Venetico villas!!!

We loved the wonderfull castle of the city and it' medieval small port. It's a fantastic place. Venetiko villas is a great place to stay, the view to the sea is very beautiful, the distance from Nafpaktos city is just 5 min by car. The building is really traditional and modern at the same time, and everything is very clean. The guys who owns the place,is a young couple, very happy and trully helpfull with everything we need.

Nick, the owner/manager, is accommodating and engaging. He's a native English (and Greek) speaker. His wife also brought us a bottle of wine shortly after arrival. Lovely couple. We only stayed one night, which was lamentable, because the two-story unit is well designed, of high quality material, and spotless.

Perfect for a big family!

Big unit, enough for even 3 families to stay. A modern house, full equipped and very well maintained. A peaceful location with grate view to the sea and close to several beaches by car. Ideal for winter vacations too, offering picturesque small excursions to the small villages on the mountains. The owner is the most adorable person we have ever met, very helpful and accommodate, always with a smile !
