Adobe Casita in ländlich

Ein großes Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und das kleinere ein Doppelbett und einen eigenen Eingang hat. Sie teilen sich ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Alle Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind möbliert. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Essbereich. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner im Badezimmer. Das größere Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer mit Sat-TV und WLAN ist im ganzen Haus verfügbar.

Eine große Rundum-Veranda genießen Sie unsere Tierwelt und schöne Creekside Umfeld hier in der Gila Land.

Das Gästehaus ist auf zwölf Morgen liegt etwa drei Meilen von der Innenstadt Silver City. Perfekt für Ihren Aufenthalt in unserer schönen Region, ob Sie die Galerien, Geschäfte und Museen der Innenstadt oder eine Wanderung in der schönen Gila National Forest etwa eine Meile entfernt durchsuchen möchten. Ruhig, komfortabel und einladend.

Das Haupthaus auf dem Grundstück Häuser unserer Hoch Lonesome Bookshop mit neuen und gebrauchten Bücher über den Westen, Jagd und Fischerei, Naturgeschichte, Landleben und der lokalen Geschichte.

Sie müssen über einen kleinen Bach überqueren, um unser Eigentum zu erhalten. Bitte überprüfen Sie während der Monsunzeit (Juli-September), um zu sehen, wenn wir empfehlen einen 4-Rad-Fahrzeug.

Wonderful Casita and surrounding area

The Casita is amazing and has everything you need. It's close to the main downtown area but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of parks and hiking areas near by and also not too far of a drive to some New Mexico recreational areas.The outside area is great to relax and watch all the wildlife that comes through the area.

Wildlife corridor and a quiet space

We enjoyed the diversity of plants and animals surrounding our clean and well appointed casita. Also were able to access Pinos Altos and Silver City with ease. We were able to return to the lovely casita after hiking and enjoying what we had planned to see. It was a truly relaxing and much appreciated location. Our host was helpful and available if we needed anything. We would definately stay again!

The Adobe Casita was absolutely the perfect choice for a relaxing trip. Coffee on the porch each morning while watching the quail and hummingbirds started us off. Our host, Cherie, was one of the best we've had. Her advise concerning the area helped us so much . It's like we've been friends forever.

Fantastic Place

Loved this place. It was close enough to Silver City to buy groceries and whatever else we needed but far enough away where we couldn’t hear the traffic. Plus there was all kind of wildlife.

Fabulous Bucolic Get-Away

We have many reasons why our stay at Cherie’s casita was outstanding, starting with the host, who was warm, gracious and generous. Our cozy, pleasant ‘home-away-from-home’ was spotless, comfortable and equipped with everything to make us feel welcome. The quiet, bucolic setting perfectly suited our desire (and need) to relax, watch an amusing array of animals and birds and at night, stargaze. When we didn’t feel like driving the short distance to the park for hiking, we just stepped outside our door and walked around the large property. The icing on the cake that made us feel especially privileged was that Cherie found time to show us around her bookshop, High-Lonesome Books. It’s filled with hard-to-find Western Americana and Outdoors treasures. We were on a road trip and had to move on after a few days but can’t wait to return for a longer visit! Ruth & Burt

Very pleasant, accommodating, excellent communication.

Cherie is a very gracious host. The property is fairly secluded, no road noise. Pleasant place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Cherie was extremely accommodating with my situation of uncertainty for length of stay. Communication was above and beyond. Absolutely will be staying here again.

Sweet Casita close to all the things we needed.

Cherie made us feel welcomed and comfortable for our 3 night stay in Silver City. The casita was spacious, quiet, cool, and was the absolute perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. Relaxing and beautiful setting

We loved our week at Cherie's Casita. Quails and great horned owl calling in the evening and many songbirds heard along the creek made for a delightful experience. It was most enjoyable to become acquainted with Cherie and see her fascinating collection of books. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen provided everything we needed to prepare our meals. We are looking forward to a return visit and sitting out on the wraparound porch enjoying the sights and sounds with morning coffee.

Writing retreat

Cherie's adobe casita makes for an ideal writer's lair. While writing, whether inside or on the front porch, we were serenaded by Gamel's quail. While only a short drive from Silver City, it felt like we were way out in the country. Highly recommended!

Peaceful and relaxing

This was a perfect place to retreat to after each day's adventures and exploration of thee areas beauty. The Casita had all the comforts of home. Quiet and quaint little adobe!!

The guest house was perfect for our recent stay, it had everything you may need or have forgotten to pack. The beds were comfy and the heated mattress was a pleasant surprise for us Floridians on the chilly nights. A wonderful book selection and there were even a few board games, we enjoyed a few rounds of Scrabble ourselves. The house is Close to town for any needs you may have as well as close to Gila National forest for any hikers/ outdoor exploring. There was also a whole drawer full of pamphlets of things to do around the area and it's history. The washer machine and dryer was a luxury to have when we wanted to wash up our stuff before heading back to Florida. All your usual utensils, dishes, extra linens and the ever so important coffee pot, there was even coffee already there. The only thing we couldn't get to work was the wifi, it kept asking for an IP address, but not a big deal we had signal on and off. Cherie was a wonderful host and even when we ended up getting into town a whole day early she was nice enough and very accomadating to let us check in for an extra day. We had a terrific visit and will definitely stay again in the future!

Peace and quiet in the country

This is a lovely property with all the comforts of home. Cherie is a thoughtful host and owner. She had just about anything you could need but forgot to bring with you. That's not just hospitality but good planning. We left a few goodies behind to add to what's in the cupboard. There are many things we liked about the Adobe Casita, Gram's House. One of the best, though, was sitting outside and watching the sun come up. Then at the end of the day watching the sun go down and the stars come out. We made lovely memories and added to a lifetime of stories to tell. We look forward to our next trip and saying hello again to Cherie. Thanks from Peter and Judy

A trip to the mountains

We had a great time. It was so close to great hiking trails and the people in Silver City were very friendly. Behind the casita were fields which my Vizsla puppy loved,although the six bucks behind the property she just could not figure out what they were.

The Casita was larger than anticipated especially the second bedroom. Sparkling clean, full size refrigerator and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Among the best if not the best rentals we have ever made. Two nice sized TVs with Direct TV. Quiet outside area with patio and chairs on 3 sides of the building. Washer and dryer came in handy so I could launder my softball uniform between game days. Our bulldog enjoyed being out door with plenty of room to walk around. Cheri was a wonderful hostess and made us feel welcome. She has two senior dogs that stopped by to visit which we really enjoyed.

Comfortable stay for a family of 3

This is a charming casita with plenty of space for 3. We cooked most of our meals in the well-appointed kitchen, which was a pleasure, and spent the hottest part of the afternoon on the porch watching hummingbirds at the feeder. Nights were cool and quiet.
