Rosa was a wonderful host, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It really has the most incredible view to wake up to. The only minor downsides were that the neighbors upstairs could be a bit noisy at night, which made it a little hard to sleep, and there was occasionally a smell from the bathroom pipes. This might have been more noticeable since we stayed for 10 days — next time, we’d probably ask for a mid-stay clean. Overall, we had a great stay and really appreciated Rosa’s hospitality.

Beautiful views of the Mediterranean!

We loved staying at this casa! Very nicely appointed house with views from the patio to the Mediterranean and Mt. Vesuvius! They were nice enough to drive us to the grocery store since we didn't rent a car. There are restaurants that are a little bit of a walk from the house. It was very nice and very relaxing staying here - we hope to return!

Casa Rosa is a dream—and a notable reason is manager Federica, who could not have made our arrival and stay more welcoming and richer. She connected us to a gentleman of a driver Luca, and referred us to a boat tour of the gulf which proved a magical, informative afternoon. Everyone is so proudly knowledgable of Napoli's history. This was stop 5 on a month-long trip (all Vrbo rentals), and while the other managers were lovely, Federica was a whole other level. A WhatsApp away with answers to the queries we had. As for Casa Rosa, we could've stayed just there all week—and especially the patio with that view! We dined, and I wrote from there (wifi made it easy). Loved. The beds and bedding (including the pillows) were delicious, as were the views from each of the two bedrooms (loved seeing Mt. Vesuvius every morning). More closet space than even we could use and tempting for a future month stay...Teen daughter loved the shower. Kitchen had what we needed to prep. Welcome basket was lovely. And one of the safest and most beautiful neighborhoods in this marvelously chaotic urban sprawl. The walk down to the beach was a leisurely 30 minutes with a range of architecture to take in (though we chose to cab it back up because of the punishing heat and beachy exhaustion). We also cabbed it to dinner, but we also chose acclaimed places that were 25 minutes away by cab. Best ot grab cab at top of road, on the main road. We want to return to Napoli because of Casa Rosa!

Absolute Gem!! Highly Recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Rosa. Everything was just magical and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Rosa and her team including Federica and Luka took excellent care of us. Prior to our stay, Rosa responded quickly to my multiple questions and even offered to arrange for a driver to pick us up at the airport. Knowing that our flight from the US arrived over 3 hours late, Rosa reached out as she was tracking the flight and communicated to ensure we still had transportation from the airport. Federica personally welcomed us to the property and showed us around. Then she took us to the grocery store to pick up some food. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials including cold water, which was much appreciated. Throughout the stay, the team stayed in close contact with us daily and offered to help with any needs. The beds were amazing with super comfortable mattresses and pillows. The bathroom was excellent especially the shower and toiletries left. And oh my goodness, the best was the spectacularly exceptional view from out every window. Postcard perfect and perfectly serene and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the lovely May weather which was sunny and mild. It was so very peaceful and magical. We did arrange for taxis or drivers each day to meet up at day tours or go city exploring in the historic district, but that was not a problem in exchange for a more quiet and peaceful stay. Would definitely return if we come to Naples again!!!

Wonderful place to stay in Naples

This is a really wonderful place to stay in Naples. Located in the slopes of Vomero you have a fantastic view and a quiet place for resting in the evening on the terrace. (The public bus service is not very reliable. But it is always easy to find a taxi and the ride to or from Piazza Amedeo is not expensive. From there you can go everywhere by Metro. Because of that the public transport situation is no reason to hesitate staying here.) The appartment itself has everything you need and is lovely furnished. You feel yourself like at home. Federica and her son Luca were most helpful hosts during our stay. Because of our late arrival at the airport we were met by them and taken to the appartment. During our stay they time by time asked us if everything is ok. Thank you so much Luca and Federica. We really enjoyed staying here and surely will stay here again when coming again to Naples. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful place.

Besser gibt es kaum. Das Fewo liegt in dem StadtgrĂŒn auf einem eleganten HĂŒgel mit herrlichem Aussicht auf den Golf von Neapel. Die Terasse ist groß, und viel schöner,als auf den Bildern. Die Vermieterin und ihre Tochter sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Obwohlt Neapel ein von den weltschönsten StĂ€dten ist, ist die schwere wirtschaftliche Situation in der Gegend unĂŒbersehbar. Die Leute sind sehr nett, aber es gibt keine Spielregel in dem Verkehr. Deswegen weiss man es besonders zu schĂ€tzen , wenn man nach einem hektischen Tag seine grĂŒne, ruhige Oase in der Stadt geniessen kann. Balazs aus Deutschland

Appartement avec trĂšs belle vue sur le golfe de Naples depuis la terrasse, agrĂ©able pour manger dehors. Appartement propre avec tout ce qu’il faut pour des vacances et un cadeau de bien venue. ArrĂȘt de bus Ă  200m vous conduit au mĂ©tro pour accĂ©der ensuite facilement Ă  la gare, au port et au centre historique. Rosa donne beaucoup de conseils pour faciliter le sĂ©jour et prend rĂ©guliĂšrement des nouvelles pour savoir si l’on a besoin de quelque chose. Home away from home

I stayed here for an extended work trip in November. Aside from having an amazing view (and that terrace!) the place is also spacious and homey and located in a neighborhood away from the bustle of the city (though still accessible to everything). The two bathrooms are great, especially the strong showers. Laundry made it easy for me to "live" there for several weeks comfortably. The only word of caution I'd give is it would be tricky for anyone with mobility issues the stairs, tile floors, and surrounding hills. The staff could not have been more helpful in correspondence leading up to, and during the trip. Excellent hosts! Hope to stay here again on a future visit.

The view was perfect

Loved the place and the weather was great in October. My parents (82 & 85) stayed downstairs. My husband and I stayed upstairs. Marco was very helpful. We are Americans but we know we were staying in Italy. This is an European apartment. We wanted that and we got it. Definitely would book it again. Already had called a friend from the place because she would love it and the neighborhood.

Crate place, great view, very helpful

We came to Naples for four days and used it as a base to travel for day trips. Went to Pompeii and then out to the beach. The apartment was great. We had a wonderful stay. The air conditioning and the bedding were all very nice. It was nice having two bathrooms and a washer and a separate dryer which is rare. The patio was also great for our night time hang out. Thanks for all the help and tips. Very responsive property managers.

A place to fall in love with Naples

I came to Italy for the first time in my 62 years of life with 5 family members. From the first contact with Rosa the property owner to the awesome manager Marco our stay was perfect! The view from the front of the flat was breathtaking and all 6 of us slept very comfortably. Marco will help with anything you need to make sure you have the time of your life in Naples. Amazing Views and Great communication. (if you have Whatsapp)

This is a small two level flat. Party of 5 (2 parents and 3 teenagers). It has many thoughtful touches. 1. Water was in the refrigerator, 2) outlets have usb connectors for chargers. 3)Marco was amazing in communicating with us 4) useful kitchen with appropriate cooking utensils 5) management was very kind and easy to work with when we accidentally broke a glass table 6) updated and attractive unit with modern conveniences. The views of the Harbor and Mountains are stunning and look like a post card. This is a short walk to a few bars, restaurants and markets. The Flat was generally clean (Kitchen floor could have used a bit better). We used Uber eats which was easy and convenient, but you will need to be at the top of the driveway, as everyone tends to miss the turn. The only downside is that you will require a taxi or public transport to get to any historical sites or shopping. I would recommend this location. Just like all of Italy, be ready to figure out public transportation.

Spacious apartment with an exceptional VRBO team

The apartment was great. The VRBO team is amazing!! They went out of their way to help with travel plans to and from the airport, restaurants to go to and reached out to us on a daily basis to see if we needed help with anything. It was our first time in Naples and we had a great time. Highly recommend this apartment for travels to Naples Italy!
