Das Hotel liegt an der Four O'clock Rd. Zum Snowflake-Sessellift gelangen Sie bequem zu Fuß (ca. 100 m). Hier haben Sie die Möglichkeit, mittags Ski zu fahren und den Shuttleservice zu den Parkplätzen am Ende des Tages zu vermeiden. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen Parkplatz auf dem Gelände sowie eine Sauna und eine Wäscherei.
Schön eingerichtet Einheit die perfekte Platz nach einem langen Tag auf dem Berg zu bieten.
Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang in die Innenstadt und der Main Street für Geschäfte und Restaurants.

Great Location

This was a perfect place for my husband and I, it was an easy walk to the Snowflake Lift and we were able to ski to our building right off the Four O’clock trail. We also enjoyed a short walk into the town too! Will definitely stay again, thank you!

Ski vacation

The property was in a perfect location for quick ski lift access (3-4 min walk) and 5 min walk from downtown. The condo had all the amenities you would need for 2 people and was quiet and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Perfect location

The condo facility and interior decor is somewhat dated, but the location certainly outweighs everything. Walk downhill to town and restaurants and uphill to a lift. The lift was an easy walk to ski out in the morning and back in the evening. The kitchen was small but has everything you’d need to cook meals rather than eat out.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely 4-night stay. Only complaint is that the pool is at another property. The pictures of this property were quite deceiving as it looked like the pool was on site.

The condo was perfect...location 2 doors down from snowflake ski lift and just short walk to town. The hot tub was too far for me to walk to. The only fault I had was the window next to the front door did not have a shade so people could see into the condo. All in all cozy,warm,and perfect location

Location, Location, Location - but small

The place is clean but a bit dated. Me and my 10 year old son stayed for three days. Barely enough space to lay out your suitcase. But it is cozy and 500 feet from the chair. You can ski back almost to your door. Too far to walk to the main street, but its a great spot. For two people, it works.

Great Rental Experience

Condo was just as described. Small, clean, well amenitized and in a great location to downtown Breck. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I would definitely recommend to others, and I certainly would rent this unit again. Two simple suggestions for making the experience a little better. 1. Install a blind/curtain next to the front entry door for privacy. 2. Provide a rug and/or floor mat inside the entryway for shoes/boots.

Conveniently located

Had a great week in Breck! The unit is small but with so much to do in the area, little time was spent inside. The best thing about the 4 O’Clock studio is its location! It’s an easy walk to the Snowflake lift (maybe 100 yards) and you can ski right to the back of the complex. That was awesome! It’s also an easy walk into Breckenridge to the center of Main Street. I walked to town multiple times each day. It’s about an 8 minute walk. The unit was clean though small and dated. Again, location, location, location! I would return again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From check-in to departure, Alpine Meadows went out of their way to make you feel at home. They even quickly dispatched someone when I locked the keys inside and showed up in minutes with a smile. Ski right down to the condo and walk about 100 yards (uphill) to the Snowflake Lift. The only thing missing was a coffee maker. Other than that, the kitchen was stocked.

Cozy, cute and convenient

This condo is exactly as listed. Very cozy and clean with ample amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. The bed was so cozy and comfy. You can’t beat the location. Walking to the lift only a short walk away was well worth it. Check in procedure was very easy and just around the corner from the house. All other instructions for the unit were provided and clear. The size of the unit was perfect for two. We did live out of our suitcases but it worked for us. The couch was a great size to sit down and relax. Bathroom was well stocked as well. Easy living for the six days we were there!

Very Nice!

Check in was easy, we got there before check in time, but they let us park in the rental parking lot (quick walk to snowflake lift) so we could ski. 7 min walk to town. I gave “communication with property manager” 3 stars because during our stay a fuse blew while using the hair dryer. We had to call back 3 times bc “they forgot” then told us to call a different property management company. We didn’t have lights or heat or a good 2 hours. It was a very busy weekend (Presidents’ Day), but it was still frustrating. Otherwise super cute, clean, and convenient ski in/ski out place and would stay again!

Qualified evaluation

The unit appears old. The Queen bed was too high for one of us and a step ladder had to be arranged. Falling off it during the night was worrisome. The coffee pot handle apparently had been broken earlier and "Quick-fixed" and fell apart as hot coffee spilled. No serious damage though, just no more coffee. The towel rack in the bathroom needs to be glued. Finally, the list price said "additional fees" but only after I had booked were the numerous fees listed..deceiving! Otherwise, the unit was quiet and clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: it was a pleasant surprise to see that the room was exactly like the picture provided. being on a hillside was quite a surprise but was manageable. Kim and staff were outstanding.

Good Condo, with some shortcomings

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was flawless, even with a late night arrival on Christmas Day. The condo location is just a short walk to the snowflake chairlift and about a half-mile walk to the center of downtown, so a great location. You can ski practically to the back door.The interior has all the basic amenities and some bonus add-ons like a heated bathroom floor. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils items you need. It felt small and crowded compared to other condos we have rented.Our biggest gripe was the paper shades on the windows which allowed lots of ambient light to come in at night from the parking lot and stairway light. This disturbed sleep for both of us.Our unit was on the corner and so we heard all the noise of people coming and going, especially loud due to ski boots.The stove was missing some knobs so it was not fully functional, however it works fine for cooking basic things like pizza.In summary, we have rented similar units nearby to this one that I would give a far better grade. It needs updating before I could recommend to a friend.
