Vorrei ringraziare Emanuela per aver saputo descrivere le peculiarità del nostro alloggio meglio di quanto non sappia fare io. In poche righe ha spiegato tutto, facciamo del nostro meglio per far sentire gli ospiti a casa loro senza diventare invadenti e l'alloggio è piacevole e tranquillo pur se centrale. Che dire di più? Leaving business considerations aside, we are aways very glad to know that our guests had a nice time with us. We are very proud of our beautiful city and our home/apartments, we do our best to accommodate our guest as well as we can and help them in any way we can.

I'm sorry to know that these guests have not been completely satisfied, we always do our best for our guests, but we respect everyone's opinion. I would just like to clarify two points: by first the one concerning linen and towels. We try to offer the best conditions to our guests, so, we prefer to offer a lower rental-price. Than they’ll can decide if to pay something more (anyway, just the price of the laundry) or to bring linen and towels from their home. We decided to do it to permit to our guests to save some money and, anyway it specified in the description of the apartment ON THE ADVERTISING so, they know it BEFORE to book the apartment. The second point is the one concerning the tourist tax: Tourist tax is a contribution that the Municipality of Rome asks to all tourists. You have to pay for it whether you go to a holiday home, in a bed and breakfast or a hotel. Anyway, it is not always the same, it is different from a kind of accomodation to another (I mean: hotel, B&B, apartment...) we ask exactly the price we must pay to the Municipality of Rome as "house for holiday": 3,5 euro/day per persn. Everybody can check on the internet by typing "tourist accomodation tax rome" on the web site "Roma Capitale".
