1. STOCK

 Sie und Ihre Familie werden dieses komfortabel eingerichtete BAY FRONT Beach Home mit großer Terrasse und atemberaubendem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang lieben!

Diese Unterkunft befindet sich in der 1. Etage eines Maisonette-Hauses mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 1,5 Bädern auf jeder Etage. Es ist ein Bay Front Hotel, das nur einen kurzen Block vom Ocean Beach entfernt ist. Sehr einfacher Zugang zur Bucht und zum Strand. Für Ihr Vergnügen und Ihre Bequemlichkeit bieten wir 4 Strandabzeichen (Kinder unter 12 Jahren sind frei) und Liegestühle. Ein Kajak steht unseren Gästen ohne zusätzliche Kosten zur Verfügung (wird von beiden Etagen gemeinsam genutzt) und bietet einen einfachen Zugang zur Bucht für den Start in unserem Hinterhof. Unser großer und wieder aufgefüllter Strand hat in der Hochsaison einen ständigen Rettungsschwimmer im Einsatz.

Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und ein schönes, komfortables Schnittsofa sorgen dafür, dass Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Zwei Schlafzimmer haben ein Queensize-Bett mit NEUEN, hochwertigen, bequemen Matratzen und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett mit zwei Einzelbetten. Gas BBQ Grill. Tore auf dem Deck. Bitte nicht rauchen. Keine Bettwäsche / Handtücher werden gestellt. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Garagenbereich im Erdgeschoss.

Zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung ist eine Anzahlung in Höhe der Hälfte der Mietdauer erforderlich, ebenso wie ein unterschriebener Vertrag. Der Restbetrag ist einen Monat vor dem Check-in fällig. Samstag bis Samstag. Check-in um 15 Uhr, Check-out um 10 Uhr.

Ein kurzer Spaziergang zu den vielen Restaurants (Daddy O ist nur ein paar Straßen entfernt - es ist ein schönes Restaurant, berühmt für seine Happy Hour :-)), eine Eisdiele und ein Ort zum Mittagessen Geschenkläden. Minigolf ist nicht weit entfernt. Angelausrüstung, Kajaks, Surfbretter und Jet-Skis können in der Nähe ausgeliehen werden.

KOMMEN SIE UND GENIESSEN SIE friedliche Morgen mit herrlichen Sonnenaufgängen, Nachmittagen voller lustiger Aktivitäten und sandiger Füße und genießen Sie am Abend eine sanfte und warme Abendbrise und absolut traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge, während Sie sich mit einem Glas Ihres Lieblingsweins im Liegestuhl ausruhen. Oder speisen Sie am Wasser auf unserer großen Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht. Was kann entspannender sein?

Great property with amazing Bay views

We stayed at this property for a long weekend in May prior to the peak summer season. Terrific property that was just renovated. The deck has great views of the Bay and is in a convenient location at Brant Beach. Booking through Viktoriya and Kevin was extremely easy and they were very prompt in responding to questions. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Great spot with beautiful views on LBI

We had a fantastic stay in LBI! Our family of 4 had plenty of space and it was wonderful to be able to bring our dog with us. The sunset views in the evening were absolutely gorgeous. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals. We loved staying on the bay side of the island, with just a quick walk (<5 minutes) to the beach. The owners left very clear instructions for check in and check out and were easy to communicate with prior to our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

End of Summer Getaway

My husband and I loved our stay at this lovely bayfront home. We especially liked that we were able to bring our dog with us. The house had everything we could want including a beautiful bayfront view watching the sun set while we sat on the deck. Bed was super comfortable. The door was a bit difficult to lock but if we had read the owners' instructions a little better we wouldn't have had to call them to show us how to lock it. Very short walk to the beach and would definitely recommend staying here

Beautiful Bay View

Check in was easy, the view of the bay magnificent! The unit itself was comfortable. They allow dogs and apparently renters before us must have a big shedder since we swept at least 3 times during the week and picked up dog hair EVERYTIME it was even in the door mat. The outdoor showers were great! We wished it wasn’t on the main street or in a neighborhood but the bay view made up for the lack of curb appeal. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful HOME!

As other reviews have stated- this is a lovely home- I walked in the front door, and felt and said "Ahhh"! The view from the deck, living and dining room is gorgeous- lots of windows and comfortable seating. Immaculate, well equipped kitchen; the home is decorated to give you a sense of calm. Centrally located on the island, it is set back from the main road with lots of parking available, and a traffic light nearby to easily cross the street to the beach if you're there in season (otherwise, not an issue). The owners could not have been nicer, and I greatly appreciate the fact that their home is pet friendly. It's definitely "a keeper"! Thank you Viktoriya and Kevin!

Brant Beach By The Bay

Truly a nice property on the Bay. The deck was nice to have for Bay Sunsets however, some upgrades needed. Deck lock rusted. Front door very hard to lock. Not a bowl to be had for large servings. Bathroom towel bar was broken. On the bright side, Beds comfortable, great Cable and Streaming, great parking and not a far walk to the beach. The owners are lovely and they also provide beach badges which is a plus!!!

The towel rack has been fixed as soon as we found out out about it. Large bowls - we had a few - perhaps they got broken and not reported - will get new ones to replace ASAP! comfortable and clean

The house was very conveniently located. It was neat and comfortable. If I had any complaint it would be that when I got there I had to buy a hair dryer. (I have never stayed anywhere where one was not furnished) I should have paid more attention. Also, no linens were furnished. To bring beach towels, bath towels, sheets for 3 different size beds is a little inconvenient. However, I used LBI Dreamakers, and they wound up saving me the headache. (at an extra fee of course) All in all, it was a very nice place, and the sunset over the bay was awesome. The landlord was a pleasure to deal with.

Wonderful family vacay on the bay

Everything was exactly as expected. Check in was simple. We loved being able to bring our dog. The living room was nice and cozy, the kitchen seemed to have everything we needed when sometimes rentals have very little. The location of the rental is great with bay access, and then also only about a block from the beach. Sunsets from the deck were even better than the pictures in the listing! We hope to stay again!
