Wir vermieten 4 geräumige, brandneue, luxuriös eingerichtete Wohnungen in einem großen Kolonialhaus mit einem riesigen Garten. Familiäre Atmosphäre bei einer belgisch-guatemaltekischen Familie. Schöne und ruhige Nachbarschaft, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum zentralen Platz, 5 Minuten zur berühmten Kirche von La Merced und 5 Minuten zum zentralen Markt.

Jede Wohnung verfügt über Marmorbäder und eine Holzküche mit Granitplatte. Alle Wohnungen verfügen über riesige Glasschiebetüren für viel Sonnenlicht und einen herrlichen Blick auf Garten und Berge. Jede Wohnung verfügt über ein Modem für Highspeed-Internet und WLAN. Ein 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher bietet Ihnen 100 Unterhaltungskanäle.

Die Wohnung wird täglich oder wöchentlich gereinigt. Wir wechseln Ihre Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Seife, Shampoo, Küchentücher und Tischtücher. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit brandneuen Töpfen und Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Mikrowelle, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und einem großen Kühlschrank.

Im Gemeinschaftsbereich haben Sie einen großen Garten von 250 m2, eine gemütliche Pergola, in der Sie mit anderen Gästen plaudern können, 2 Entspannungsbrunnen, eine Waschküche und ein voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer für Besucher. Direkt gegenüber der Straße haben wir einen gesicherten Parkplatz für bis zu 10 Fahrzeuge.

Wir bieten leckeres Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen, wenn Sie nicht selbst kochen möchten. Wir bieten auch Taxi-Service, Motorradverleih und Fahrradverleih.

Excellent stay

Tom was great as was Margeory who welcomed us and took care of everything. The place is beautiful, well maintained and reasonable. A little ways from the Parque Central but not a bad walk. Tuk-tuks also easily available. Will stay again and recommend to others.

Look no more, this place is it!

My family and I just completed a 4 week stay on this property and absolutely love it! The pictures do not do justice for this beautiful property. The internet was very reliable all over the property and I greatly enjoyed being able to keep up with my US work by working (even joining zoom meetings) from the rooftop. My 4-year-old fully enjoyed the courtyard as he played and learned with his Spanish teacher, from Antiguena Spanish Academy, who came to the property M-F all 4 weeks. The courtyard gorgeous, relaxing and inviting. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The staff was so friendly, warm, and welcoming. My 4-year-old became "friends" with all the staff and as we were packing, getting ready to leave, he asked if they would all be there when we return. We will definitely be back.

Our home base in Guatemala

We really felt at home staying at the very comfortable apartement No. 1. As a guest you will find here a very successful fusion of guatemalan style at european comfort standard. We used it as our "home base" for as well doing business, family visits, and exploring the beautiful sites of Guatemala nearby, e.g. a visit to one of the impressing volcanoes Pacaya, the beautiful Lake Atitlan, Surf Trip to the Pacific Ocean, etc. We realized that Antigua is very centrally located and most of the common sightseeing tours are easily accessed from beautiful Antigua. A Wonderful and Homey Place to Stay !!!

This is the second time we have stayed here for a month and it was just as wonderful the second time as the first, The apartments are great !!! All the people who work there are warm and helpful above and beyond. Because it is not in the center ( although not far at all), there is an exquisite peacefulness and view, I know for sure when we return again, this will be our choice. It feels like a second home. There is one criticism and that is there were only 4 television channels in English. If that could be rectified, it would be great. We love it here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Feels like home in Antigua

We had a great stay at Tom and Alejandra place. The property is like a little oasis and is super well maintained . The cleaning staff were very friendly and always took care of everything right away. I would recommend this property to anyone without a doubt, it was probably the best property decision I have ever made. Tom made us feel right at home when we arrived and gave us a map of the city and told us where all the highlights were , sightseeing, groceries, restaurants. Thanks

Beautiful, safe, friendly, & clean

We had a great experience - everyone was so nice and helpful! The housekeeper was so sweet - our kids loved her. Our family stayed 3 nights and would have loved to stay longer - definitely recommend!

The property is very nice however the roosters and dogs make it difficult to sleep

The apartments are very nice at Apartamentos los Nazarenos and Tom was always willing to answer any questions we had or help us out in any way he could. The wifi worked great and the location is fairly close to La Merced and all of the restaurants. The only problem we had was with the dogs that would bark throughout the night as well as the roosters that crowed often in the night - sleeping was difficult for us. These are not things that Tom can control, but they were definitely a nuisance to us.

modern comfort in colonial town

We had a wonderful time at Nazarenos and the internet worked well throughout the complex. We were traveling with children which made our needs different than most. The Spanish school was close to Nazarenos, maybe 200 yards or so door to door. Walking to town was not bad once we got used to the roads. At first, we thought we were far out of center but realized it was also more quiet here. The Chicken bus stop is 7 minute walk from Nazarenos and the city center 15 minutes walk with a 9 and 6 year old. I am sure it would be quicker as an adult to walk to center. Bring bug spray because Antigua has mosquitoes.

It is indeed much quieter here than right in the center. In the center there is the noise of traffic during the day and nightclubs during the night. So you are better off staying in a quiet residential street like ours.

A warm and wonderful little garden of Eden

We (my three young children and I) stayed here for a month while taking Spanish classes. We could not have asked for a better place to land and stay. Everyone (Tom, Alejandra, family and cleaning staff) was warm, welcoming and in every way possible, accomodating and kind. The apartment was spotless, there is a laundry service daily if needed and cleaning weekly and more often if requested. The accomodations are perfectly laid out for a family or for couples sharing the space. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a family and the central market is a short walk away, providing amazingly fresh fruits, vegetables and an indescribable array of merchandise for both locals and tourists. If you are inclined to take Spanish classes, a minutes walk takes you around the corner to a beautiful garden school with excellent instructors. Want to take a tour, need transportation, advice, just to have a chat? Tom and Alejandra will make sure you've got what you need. Want to just hang out in a hammock and have quiet time? It's there in the sun in a beautiful garden. Our last school day, we invited all our teachers for lunch. The meal prepared by Alejandra's mom could not be found elsewhere. It was delicious. My kids cried when we left. They felt as though they were leaving family. And in a way, we were.

We are so happy the kids enjoyed our place and especially the big garden to play in. They were the first ones to enjoy our fountains for bathing and the water hoses to play with. We loved the energy your lovely kids brought to our home.

Great apartment and beautiful garden

We had a wonderful stay at this very comfortable apartment. The owners and the staff were most helpful and friendly. The apartment is located within walking distance to all that Antigua has to offer. Antigua has many fine restaurants, historical sites and beautiful parks. Besides enjoying the town and the people, we took several day trips, the most memorable being the trip to Lake Atitian a must for anyone visiting the area. We spent two wonderful weeks at the apartment and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region

Great family atmosphere !

Great family atmosphere. In-house family style meals are available by arrangement with owners. Accommodations couldn't be much better. Location central to activities available in La Antigua, within walking distance. Food services are available for all, including McDonalds. Various forms of transportation are available for the faint at heart. Taxi service is available, provided by the owners, or community transportation is available, using either taxi or "Tuctuc". Tuctuc is a quaint little 3 wheel vehicle which will give you full flavor of the cobblestone streets. Two sleeping areas are available, with one bedroom and bath on the lower level. On the upper level, are sleeping and bath facilities. This level is best suited for the "sure footed" There are very nice relaxing areas outside both lower and upper levels, overlooking a beautiful garden area with fountains and patio.

We were delighted you invited us to the wedding of your granddaughter in the beautiful ruins of Santo Domingo. That was a wonderful and unique experience. We also loved the whole preparation process of the wedding. Moreover you were the first ones to accept our offer to have all 3 family meals (breakfast+lunch+dinner) together with us in our apartment, every single day of your stay. We enjoyed all the nice conversations and time spent together.

Tom was born and raised in Belgium. After his university studies he decided to take a sabbatical year in Guatemala, in order to practice his Spanish, to volunteer and to do some backpacking. He fell in love with the friendly people, the beautiful landscapes and the nice weather. Ever since he dreamt of returning to Guatemala and 8 years later, after having worked in the tourism industry in Spain, Greece, Dominican Republic and Mexico, he returned to Guatemala to buy a plot of land in Antigua Guatemala and to build some nice and comfortable vacation apartments. He has never regretted his decision as the weather in Antigua Guatemala is beautiful all year round and there is lots to do in Antigua. Tom lives on the property from where he runs both his Airbnb and his Belgian Translation Agency.
