This guest enjoyed the spacious home for 3 families with multiple children, including the convenience of the large private Hot Tub on the huge deck, the regulation size pool table, and the ease of scheduling shuttle service directly from the home to the ski lift. His children also enjoyed sledding near the home with the sleds provided at the home. The guest took care of the home as if it was his own, and even cleaned up the kitchen before his departure. This guest will be welcomed back to the home at any time.

First of all, the home was totally CLEAN for this guest! As is our standard practice, and is confirmed by many 5 star reviews, the home was professionally cleaned and inspected Immediately prior to this guest‘s arrival. Secondly, to clarify, after the guest requested an early check-in, the cleaners worked hard to successfully prepare the home for the guest’s early arrival. The unappreciative guest mysteriously claimed that apparently in the cleaner’s haste in preparing the Home for the guest’s early arrival, several paper towels were left in the trash can. From the beginning, with the insignificant alleged claim, the shameful guest tried to intimidate the home’s management with shocking cursing, as well as documenting slanderous personal attacks in writing. The negative review directly resulted from our denial of the guest’s ridiculous demand to receive a refund. Unfortunately for any future visit to the area, this guest will now not be able to enjoy the new kitchen appliances and the new hardwood floors throughout the main floor of the home installed in 10/22, which are all part of the continuous updating of the home for the benefit of our more responsible, mature, and appreciative guests!

This guest thoroughly enjoyed the features of this home for his large group, as have scores of previous groups who have vacationed at the home. Most groups express their gratitude via personal emails, but reviews have become an important means to confirm a home's validity. A recent email was received from a June, 2017, guest: I just wanted to tell you what a fabulous time we had at "our" vacation home in June 17 - 21. Everyone - all ages had the best time playing pickle ball on the courts adjacent to the home. The hot tub was a success, and I've never seen such a beautiful setting and more attractive swimming pool. It's quite remarkable that there wasn't a cross word with the 10 grandkids and the 10 of us adults. I was delighted when we received the refund of the $500 deposit. We had left the home in great shape - but with a lot of dirty sheets & towels! Sarah

Thanks to this classy and grateful group! This group recognized the incomparable value of the home in the area, and took care of the home as if it was their own. The group enjoyed the Open Layout of the home, which works well for large groups, yet the home has numerous private areas, such as the 1000 square foot deck, spacious den with pool table & fireplace, and the landscaped courtyard. Adults and children often separately enjoy recreation, conversation, and sleep in different areas in the home. Of course, this guest will receive the highest guest rating to VRBO for future reservations, and is welcome to come back to this home at any of the four wonderful vacation seasons available in beautiful Colorado!

One of the many advantages of this home is it's ability to accommodate large groups year round at a reasonable rate. Other advantages of this home to large groups, family reunions, and corporate retreats are the privacy of the 1000 square foot deck with private hot tub and Weber gas grill, the huge den with regulation sized pool table and fireplace, the swimming pool complex with large pool, hot tub and wading pool for children, the free ski shuttles to transport entire groups, within a few minutes of your call, from the front door of the home to the ski lift in only 2.5 minutes, a landscaped private courtyard, tennis courts, and pickle ball courts with free equipment within the expansive open space adjacent to the home.
