Atemberaubende Aussicht Villa mit Meer und Blick auf die Landschaft

Villa Cabanita ist ein 392 Quadratmeter Villa im Norden von Loulé an der Algarve, nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum, 1 km von der Ringstraße und 17 km vom internationalen Flughafen Faro in nur 20 Minuten auf der Autobahn dorthin zu gelangen.
Der nächste Strand liegt 12 km entfernt und die Golfplätze auch von Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo und Vilamoura sind ganz in der Nähe von Acerca Reichweite in nur 15 Minuten, atraction Erlebnisbad 12 Minuten entfernt ist.
Die Vila Hohe 250mt über dem Meeresspiegel und Have Meer und Aussicht auf die Landschaft, sehr ruhiger Ort und mit viel Privatsphäre, haben das Grundstück mit einer Fläche von 4500 Quadratmetern mit einem 9,5-Meter-Pool, Kinderspielplatz und einem fantastischen Grillplatz wo kann man ein schönes Mittagessen oder ein entspanntes Abendessen genießen!
Auf der Innenseite können Sie 4 Zimmer, alle mit Kingsize-Betten mit hochwertigen Matratzen, 2 Zimmer 20 Quadratmeter im Erdgeschoss mit jeweils 2 und Haupt Suiten im Obergeschoss mit 50square Meter je finden! ein Safe in einem der Zimmer.
Es gibt 4 Badezimmer alle in.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und haben eine Fläche von 25 Quadratmetern.
Das Wohnzimmer ist ein offener Raum, Fläche, die zum Esszimmer Anschluss und die Küche.

Jaoa and Sonja's villa is stunning ina perfect location

As we arrived Jaoa welcomed us and gave us a gift of fresh harvested oysters and advice on preparation. The villa was wonderful and we ate al fresco watching the sunset and the light over Quinta Do Lago in the distance. Sonja and Jaoa's home is very stylishly decorated and comfortable, and the pool is so refreshing when it gets really hot in the middle of the afternoon We cycled through eucalyptus forests and stopped for coffee in village restaurants(coffee and pastel nata for 1 euro!). Covered markets, grilled fish in beach restaurants the mountains around Foia! Always to come home to a perfect sunset and alfresco dining. Very private but close to the lovely market town of Loulé. Sonja and Jaoa could not have been more helpful and made sure we had a great time.

Outstanding stay in Loule

From the moment we met Joao in Loule to escort us to the villa until the day we left, we could not have wanted for anything. The villa was superb, the welcome warm and fulsome plus also the welcome pack given to us by Joao was much appreciated. The villa is everything it looks like on the web site, well furnished with large bedrooms,bathrooms etc plus an excellent well provisioned kitchen. One minor comment is that the dishwasher perhaps needs some attention but this is being very pernickety. We thoroughly enjoyed our fortnight in the villa with the stunning views, swimming pool and gardens. Loule is quite close by and the restaurant Tango Sierra only a 20 minute walk down the road. Fast alles wie gewünscht

Lage, Grösse des Hauses, Vermieterkontakt waren bestens. Lediglich der nahe liegende Tierschutzverein störte je nach Windrichtung zu den Fütterungszeiten durch Hundegebell. Keine Garage oder schattenspendender Carport vorhanden - das Mietauto "brutzelte" in der Sonne. Gute zentrale Lage und Nähe zu Loulé.

Amazing Holiday

I couldn't have asked for more from this family holiday. The villa itself is as seen in the photos. Spacious, clean and excellent quality. The main bedrooms are enormous with en-suite bathrooms finished to excellent quality. The living room and outside area was our favourite with it providing everything you'd need for a relaxing poolside vacation. The location is great, with it being slightly outside of Loule (5 minutes) where you can get everything you'd need and 20-30 minutes away from larger towns if you want a day out. To top it off, Joao was a sensational host. Super responsive to any question you may have while also giving you the privacy you need. My family and I will be coming back next year.

Simply Stunning

My husband and I stayed for 12 wonderful nights at the end of June. Beautiful villa in wonderful location with stunning views out to the countryside and sea. Ideal location for some relaxation - private and peaceful. The villa itself is modern and furnished to a very high standard and offers everything you need. More importantly, it was spotlessly clean. Gorgeous pool and BBQ area. Lovely seating areas to relax on an evening in. All the outside furniture is of a high quality and really comfortable. The little touches meant a lot. Arrived to a lovely welcome pack including water, bread, cheese etc. There was even coal for the BBQ - never had that before! The Med Festival was on whilst we were there and we got a complimentary taxi ride into Loule with the offer of picking us up when we were ready - really impressed with that. We were also given free tickets for the festival for all 3 nights. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners Joao and Sonia who were always on hand if you needed anything at all. Would we return? In a heartbeat! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Modern house with pool and amazing ocean view

Villa Cabanita is a really amazing place and we had a wonderful and relaxing week here in July 2016. The house is well planned and both the interior and exterior has a very high standard. What we appreciated the most was the silence and the solitude. We could swim in the pool looking out across the ocean and the amazing hills surrounding the house. During night time, we could see the lights of Loule while having an evening drink on the veranda. It is a great feeling that can't be described; you must be there to experience it. The city of Loule feels genuine and friendly and we could buy fresh food at the market every day. It is not a place for partying and there are not many great restaurants but we loved it anyhow. You can reach many good restaurants by car close to Loule and the beach is only a 15 minute drive away. The hosts, Sonia and Joao were extremely helpful and supported us whenever we needed help. They gave us a very warm welcome and assisted us during the week with everything that we asked for, such as recommending the best beaches and restaurants. They were amazing hosts and we hope to meet them again soon.
